From the depths of our soul a Voice is rising to call to our attention the myriad little things we need to be aware of in the course of our daily life to succeed at mastering the many challenges we have set for ourselves in this realm of physical experience. One of the greatest challenges we have at this point in our individual and collective evolution is to actually start paying attention on a continual basis to this famed "Still Small Voice Within" that so diligently and yet so gently does its best to remind us of Who really Are and Why we are here, at this juncture of the infinite Continuum in the Eternal Now. As part of the adaptation process into this sphere of existence, the physical apparatus employed by each embodied soul normally develops a mind of its own – which some call the ego – which plays a crucial role, as the body develops from a toddler into a fully grown adult, in maintaining the integrity of this vehicle and ensuring it receives the necessary sustenance and other elements necessary to fulfill its needs. Gradually, over time, and depending on the kind of spiritual stimulation it receives from enlightened inner and outer sources of assistance, every human being is given repeated opportunities to wean itself from the sometimes overwhelming influence of its egotic self over both its very conscience and the direction of its life. The process of taming its human personality with its never-ending self-focused desires and making it more pliable to the higher Will of Source coming through the channel of the soul, that by its very nature is perpetually in perfect synch with the Omniversal Being it stems from, is a delicate act of dynamic balancing in a forward going movement of ascending synchronization with Source that is both the nexus of successful achievement of one's life purpose and a springboard to ever higher attainments in all fields of manifestation in this multidimensional Universe.
Grasping from the inherently limited scope of consciousness of the ego self the simple fact of the profoundly superior value of the intuitive knowledge issuing forth from the quantum field of consciousness from which the soul consciousness permanently taps its moment to moment guidance is a nearly impossible feat as long as this same ego self strives to remain in full control of every aspect of this soul's existence in this physical realm. It is simply antinomic to its very own nature to relent enough control for the magic of instantaneous flow to occur and thus gradually allay its fear of losing control, so as to make possible the kind of leap of faith that can ultimately open up countless new possibilities to perceive and experience What Is. Please dedicate time during your moments of meditation from now on to send healing succor to our brothers and sisters suffering from the calamitous tragedy that is engulfing the entire Horn of Africa caught in the worst drought in 60 years, a dire situation aggravated by an ongoing military conflict in Somalia and compounded by a lack of sufficient international response to this crisis at a time of global financial stress. Let us all pray and envision that in this area of our planet, as well as in others where numerous human beings are exposed to life-threatening situations, the consciousness of humanity will rally in concerted efforts and persistent determination to address both the current urgent needs and the deeper causes at the origin of such unbearable human tragedies. "The 2011 Horn of Africa famine is a famine occurring in several regions in the Horn of Africa as a result of a severe drought that is affecting the entire Eastern Africa region. The drought, said to be "the worst in 60 years", has caused a severe food crisis across Somalia, Ethiopia and Kenya that threatens the livelihood of more than 12 million people. Other countries in and around the Horn of Africa, including Djibouti, Sudan, South Sudan and parts of Uganda, are also affected by a food crisis. People in the Horn of Africa are suffering from the worst drought in more than half a century. Among the worst hit countries is Somalia, where the situation is now threatening millions of lives. The United Nations Children's Fund says up to 300,000 malnourished children are at risk of dying in the country. Aid agencies have estimated that $1bn is needed, but only a fraction has been donated so far.

I am standing in what many describe as the largest refugee camp in the world, in eastern Kenya. It is filled with Somalis who have fled the horrifying famine now spreading across their homeland.
This is my first trip to Africa since 2007. As fate would have it, I am back at the same time as the United Nations has declared a famine in southern Somalia.
The scenes I have witnessed outside of the Kenyan town of Dabaab, a mere 100 kilometres from the Kenyan-Somali border, defy description. Nothing could prepare me for what is unfolding before my very eyes. I am trying to make sense of something so senseless.
All around me, television crews are setting up their cameras under the hot sun, creating a carnival-like atmosphere incongruous with a landscape of hunger and despair. They are here in search of the best possible “angle” to film starving children and dazed families.
International aid workers, meanwhile, furnish this place with a measure of hope that inspires and amazes me. They prevent me from becoming completely heartbroken because they show, through their urgency and actions, that individuals can make an enormous difference in a crisis such as this.
At a “reception centre” at the camp, more than 1,300 new arrivals are seeking relief, seeking life itself. And the aid workers have been alerted that another 1,000 will soon reach these grounds.
The first triage station is “health status,” where the malnourished are determined. A day before, the sole doctor on duty confirmed that all 1,300 qualify. But the centre can deal with only 20 people at a time, so this overwhelmed physician was left with making profound life and death decisions. “This one,” he said, “is not so appallingly malnourished that she will be able to respond to intensive therapy. This one is not …”
Imagine for a moment being a Somali parent, staring down into the pleading eyes of your children. Or imagine being the aid worker saying, “Please come back tomorrow,” knowing that, tomorrow, the mother or father will return alone or carrying their dead child.
Standing in the hot sun, taking in these moments of pathos, one cannot help but reflect. I am emotionally drained by the end of the day. Yet, what I have seen fills me with an intense drive to want to help.
How can one see these scenes of suffering – forlorn families in search of a little loving kindness – and not feel the heart becoming swollen with compassion and a desire to alleviate suffering?
Their story needs to be told in such a way that you, the faraway observer, will feel it in your very core. The scenes of stark privation must transcend the typical CBC or CNN or BBC nightly reports, becoming something that attracts and holds our interest for the long term.
As I search for a way to say that something catastrophic is happening to our human family, I do not want to write another plea for help that goes unnoticed. I want to transport you to the middle of the dust and the crowds and the tents and the heat, to see what I have seen and feel what I have felt.
I want to compel my fellow citizens, especially those from that part of the world where I come from, Canada, to take action. We can make a difference, just as those exhausted relief workers have done. Now is the time for us to summon our highest ideals, combining education, mobilization and dedication. I want people to understand that now is the time to act, to build a better planet.
And in doing so, there rests a hope we might render what I am witnessing here a thing of the past.

The United Nations is calling countries, banks and aid agencies into crisis talks to deal with the escalating humanitarian crisis in the Horn of Africa.
Famine has formally been declared in two regions of Somalia, with the rest of the country and neighbouring Ethiopia and Kenya also badly affected.
According to the UN's food and agriculture organisation, the number of Somalis in need of humanitarian assistance has sharply increased to 3.7 million people in the last six months.
Speaking from Mogadishu, executive director Josette Sheeran announced the World Food Program would open up a number of new aid routes by land and air into the core of Somalia's famine zone within days.
"We are calling on the world to really back operations, to scale up very quickly to reach those in the epicentre, in the famine conditions in southern Somalia," she said.
"It is very dangerous and risky but we have to reach people, they are not making it all the way to Mogadishu. These are the ones lucky enough to make it here and even these feeding centres are overrun."
Early this month, driven by the scale of the crisis, Islamist militia group Al Shabaab announced they would lift a two-year ban on foreign food aid.
But yesterday armed rebels abducted Somalia's newly appointed women's minister as she was travelling to her first cabinet meeting.
The executive director of Medecins Sans Frontiers in Australia, Paul McPhun, says a deal to allow more foreign aid into Somalia is looking shaky.
"Two weeks on we're still in a process of trying to negotiate how to put that into practice and currently we do not have any guarantees or conditions or real opportunity to be able to scale up our ability to put aid on the ground," he said.
Long-term costs
Mr McPhun believes malnutrition rates will have a long-term cost, which Somalia can ill afford.
"It will impact those children for rest of their lives as they grow to adulthood. It will stunt their growth... it will impair their mental ability and it will impair them or potentially impair them physically," he said.
"So the long-term cost of having large numbers of children suffering such critical health conditions is massive."
However, Mr McPhun says some of the most desperate cases have fled Somalia to refugee camps in nearby Kenya or Ethiopia.
"This problem is not going to scale down. If anything it is going to continue to scale up," he said.
"People are already talking about figures of 400,000 in the camps along the Kenyan border alone and who knows, it could be higher and we have a similar massive influx in Ethiopia also."
Mr McPhun says it is taking up to two weeks for the refugees to register at the camps.
"It is unacceptable that somebody could take two weeks to get registered when they are arriving already in a malnourished condition, where we have adults arriving in a malnourished condition and very young people arriving with a real clear critical risk of loss of life," he said.
"So [we have] space, shelter and the classics and basics of this kind of humanitarian crisis setting, refugee setting, but currently we can't have a queue. We can't have a queue that doesn't take into consideration who may be on the critical risk of loss of life and who may be at less critical risk of loss of life.
"So you need to have some kind of triage in this situation, really need that registration process to be speeded up."
Mr McPhun says the UN emergency talks must arrange for a safe pathway of aid into Somalia.
"There are many conflicts around the world and humanitarian access is secured, not perfectly, but assistance can get to populations and this is one context where massive numbers of a population are still largely excluded so we have to confront that, it has to be confronted by key stakeholders. They have to put the interests of the population first," he said.
The UN estimates about 12 million people in the Horn of Africa are currently in need of emergency assistance.

An international aid agency said a massive and immediate humanitarian response is needed to save the lives of millions of Somalis who are at risk of hunger and disease because of the ongoing drought in the Horn of Africa. A declaration of famine is a declaration of failure – a failure to prevent widespread deaths, malnutrition and failing livelihoods. As the UN declares a famine in Somalia (Report, 21 July), the Food Security and Nutrition Analysis Unit is also calling for "a massive multisectoral response … to prevent additional deaths and total livelihood/social collapse". But for many people this is far too late. Many of the poorest people across the region, those who are finding their way to refugee camps, are nomadic pastoralists. They don't grow crops and have few possessions: livestock is all they have of any worth. When pastoralists lose their livestock they are known as "dropouts" – they have dropped out of the nomadic lifestyle. SPANA, the charity for animals across the developing world, last supported feeding programmes in north-east Kenya five years ago. There I met dropouts who had lost their livestock and livelihoods. It's telling that on my last trip, just a matter of weeks ago, I met the same dispossessed pastoralists, now completely institutionalised and reliant on food aid, with no livelihood to return to. The situation is worsening, but there is still time to act. We must protect at least a nucleus of livestock to ensure a future for these desperate people."

ADDIS ABABA (IRIN) - While the ongoing drought has seriously undermined the food security of up to 4.5 million people in Ethiopia, a threat posed by expected flooding during the second half of 2011 could exacerbate the situation, say meteorological officials. Ethiopia's meteorological agency has forecast normal to above-normal rainfall during the June-September rainy season, with the risk of flooding in western, northwestern and central areas. Areas around Lake Tana in Amhara region, parts of Gambella and along the Awash basin in Afar region are likely to be affected by floods."Parts of these areas, particularly in low-lying [areas] and near riverbanks, could face flooding as we usually anticipate in this season," said Diriba Koricha, the director of Forecast and Early Warning Department at the agency. However, "as the season progresses in August and September, swift but heavy rainfalls could result in flooding anywhere", he said, adding that further preparation was needed to prevent any humanitarian crisis. Launching an appeal on 11 July for drought aid, Ethiopia's Agriculture Ministry said the country's food security situation had deteriorated since the beginning of the year to the La Niña-induced drought currently ravaging parts of the country. The country requires US$398 million for food and non-food aid between July and December 2011. The government made the appeal as humanitarian actors reported funding shortfalls. Judith Schuler, World Food Programme (WFP) Ethiopia spokeswoman, said many of its food assistance activities in Ethiopia "face significant funding shortfalls". WFP has a shortfall of 120,000MT of food, equivalent to about $112 million, until the end of the year. "Due to this lack of funding, WFP reduced food rations in relief operations in certain areas of the country from March onwards," said Schuler. A recent report by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Ethiopia indicated that food rations had been allocated without vegetable oil and with a reduced amount of corn-soya blend. Schuler said: "In order to resume full rations for all people badly hit by the drought, new contributions are urgently needed. Shifting from an Ego Mind-set to a Go-With-The-Flow Soul-set - A Soul's Perspective
This major shift is about surrendering our love of power to the only true power... of love.
And the difference between these two states of being colours all life experience on Earth: social, political, economical, environmental and above all, spiritual.
Of course, we could go on for ever, waxing lyrical about what one does or where the other can take us...
But in the end though, this is about reminding ourselves - every instant - about this simple divine truth: there is absolute perfection in every instant of Creation.
And - when we do, all the atoms in our awareness rearrange themselves to agree.
Having said the above let us be mind-full of some guiding signposts to assist us:
Ego sees only imperfection: in ourselves, others, society, environment, in the roles we play, how we play them, the ravages of time, war, destruction and all the rest.
Soul sees the perfection of the moment for it knows there is no-thing else.
Ego thinks and therefore believes it knows more and better with every new thought...(it is a mind set for real!)
Soul observes and knows all thoughts and their ensuing creations or miscreations come to pass like fallen leaves down a river current (the flow)
Ego tries to have-do-be… more!
Soul is All: Knowing, Perfection and ever free Presence
Its state is beyond thought (or game, or judgement, or delusion of knowing better, or imaginings that some have the solutions, others hold the key, etc.).
This shift happens when we see and feel only the perfection of each moment.
This means that most of us shift from one state to the other a zillion times a day, as we live mostly in zones of automatic unawareness alternated by spells of spiritual amnesia or worst, disconnection.
Here is a reminder/command we can all practice, given to us by the Loving Masters who ascended before us:
Divine Presence, take command of my thoughts, words, feelings and actions, so that all I think, say, feel or do, is in Perfect Divine Order every instant of this day!

And to conclude, a single lovely line from Yogananda’s classic, Autobiography of a Yogi, which I am reading again after 15 years – only this time, in full awareness and in total Soul Presence:
One day I entered a motion picture house to view a newsreel of the European battlefields. World War I was still being waged in the West; the newsreel recorded the carnage with such realism that I left the theater with a troubled heart.
“Lord,” I prayed, “why dost Thou permit such suffering?”
To my intense surprise, an instant answer came in the form of a vision of the actual European battlefields. The horror of the struggle, filled with the dead and dying, far surpassed in ferocity any representation of the newsreel.
“Look intently!” A gentle voice spoke to my inner consciousness. “You will see that these scenes now being enacted in France are nothing but a play of chiaroscuro. They are the cosmic motion picture, as real and as unreal as the theater newsreel you have just seen—a play within a play.”
My heart was still not comforted. The divine voice went on: “Creation is light and shadow both, else no picture is possible. The good and evil of maya must ever alternate in supremacy. If joy were ceaseless here in this world, would man ever seek another? Without suffering he scarcely cares to recall that he has forsaken his eternal home. Pain is a prod to remembrance. The way of escape is through wisdom! The tragedy of death is unreal; those who shudder at it are like an ignorant actor who dies of fright on the stage when nothing more is fired at him than a blank cartridge. My sons are the children of light; they will not sleep forever in delusion.”
Although I had read scriptural accounts of maya, they had not given me the deep insight that came with the personal visions and their accompanying words of consolation. One’s values are profoundly changed when he is finally convinced that creation is only a vast motion picture, and that not in it, but beyond it, lies his own reality.
As I finished writing this chapter, I sat on my bed in the lotus posture. My room was dimly lit by two shaded lamps. Lifting my gaze, I noticed that the ceiling was dotted with small mustard-colored lights, scintillating and quivering with a radiumlike luster. Myriads of pencilled rays, like sheets of rain, gathered into a transparent shaft and poured silently upon me.
At once my physical body lost its grossness and became metamorphosed into astral texture. I felt a floating sensation as, barely touching the bed, the weightless body shifted slightly and alternately to left and right. I looked around the room; the furniture and walls were as usual, but the little mass of light had so multiplied that the ceiling was invisible. I was wonder-struck.
“This is the cosmic motion picture mechanism.” A voice spoke as though from within the light. “Shedding its beam on the white screen of your bed sheets, it is producing the picture of your body. Behold, your form is nothing but light!”
I gazed at my arms and moved them back and forth, yet could not feel their weight. An ecstatic joy overwhelmed me. This cosmic stem of light, blossoming as my body, seemed a divine replica of the light beams streaming out of the projection booth in a cinema house and manifesting as pictures on the screen.
For a long time I experienced this motion picture of my body in the dimly lighted theater of my own bedroom. Despite the many visions I have had, none was ever more singular. As my illusion of a solid body was completely dissipated, and my realization deepened that the essence of all objects is light, I looked up to the throbbing stream of lifetrons and spoke entreatingly.
“Divine Light, please withdraw this, my humble bodily picture, into Thyself, even as Elijah was drawn up to heaven by a flame.”
This prayer was evidently startling; the beam disappeared. My body resumed its normal weight and sank on the bed; the swarm of dazzling ceiling lights flickered and vanished. My time to leave this earth had apparently not arrived.
“Besides,” I thought philosophically, “the prophet Elijah might well be displeased at my presumption!”
The Truth: You are in an Illusionary Virtual Reality Game, a Simulator to Experience in
The game I will call “The Infinite Matrix” is a multi level and multi dimensional simulator. An illusionary holographic virtual reality game which was created by the ONE for aspect of itself (Oneness Beings) to experience, understand and explore the ONE, while co-creating with the ONE.
Our 5 sense reality is a very low vibratory dimension that is part of the Infinite matrix. Where only the courageous, adventuress and powerful warrior type of Oneness beings will come to play in.
In other words - a complete insane being; who has lost its marbles... hey don’t laugh you are one of them.
The concept of the Infinite matrix game at the 5 sense level, is we hide all our creative power in the game and make ourselves believe the game to be real. Thus allowing the game to create and control us, giving us the experience of everything opposite to who we really are.
We leave clues in the game for us to reclaim our creative power and move up the levels until we realize the truth. The game is not real and you are not the character in the game but a powerful Oneness being playing the character in the game.
You even create an egotic self to prevent you from finding out the truth and prevent you from reclaiming your creative power, keeping you entrapped in the illusionary game.
Do you want to know where most of your creative power is hidden?
It is hidden in your egotic self, and all your fears and beliefs that are not in alignment with the real you.

How can I be everywhere at the same time?
I understand that to get your head around this, fries the brain. So lets simplify it a bit.
A oneness being "The More Aware Self" is consciousness, which is holographic; meaning each part of it has all the information of the whole. So if I take a piece of consciousness from the oneness being I will have a replica of the oneness being in that piece of consciousness. No different if I take a cell from your body I will have all the information in the DNA to make a replica of the body.
Let’s say your human body resembles "The More Aware Self"
The human body experiences itself through 100 trillion cells' all expressing and experiencing themselves as different parts of the body simultaneously. I.e. skin, bone, muscle, respiratory and brain cells, etc.
Your More Aware Self also experiencing it's self through parts of itself known as souls/cells of consciousness in trillions of different dimensions simultaneously ; And all the experiences it registers affects the whole of the More Aware Self, the same as the human body.
You are one of these soul/cells, you are a oneness being expressing itself in a 5 sense reality, like a cell in the body. If you are in harmony and communicate with other soul/cells and the body you will thrive and vibrate and feed of light - infinite love.
If you are not, you will not vibrate light and the cell will become out of alignment of who you really are and feed of low vibratory energy of the this level of the matrix game - fear.
The person that you call you is an illusionary character of the game.
Your personality that you identify with as you, is made up of beliefs, emotions and mental constructs. It is really a preprogrammed character acting out a preprogrammed game which was designed and developed by the ONE.
There is infinite different versions of the character and the game all happening simultaneously. The vibration of the soul cell of The More Aware Self determines which version of the character and game it will play in. Otherwise the level of awareness it is determines what reality it selects and manifest. The More Self Aware it becomes, the more inline it co-creates with the ONE and The More Aware Self.
The character has an egotic self that control's and maintain's the program you call a personality. The egotic self has hypnotized the real you, the soul cell, convincing the real you the game is real. Leaving it powerless to create and keeping it in a mind and emotional prison.
The object of the game is to awaken the soul cell and take back its creative power. Thus integrating the egotic self with the soul cell. Therefore the soul regains control of the program/personality and transforms the character and its outer illusionary experience to a more self serving and aligned experience with the ONE.
The Art of Creating
You are a Divine Spark of the ONE Immerged in a Sea of Vibratory Waves of Thought.
All matters' fundamental structure is energy and you are an energy being inside a sea of pulsating energy.
You are like a drop of water making ripples in a infinite ocean.
You are sending out energy frequencies into this vibratory sea of energy where it synchronize with the same frequency which is then beamed back to you simultaneously to decode into physical matter, as a time, place event or person.
Your beliefs that reside in your unconscious self/ soul are made up of beliefs, mind, emotions and a state of being. Your beliefs which are really interference wave patterns determines which frequencies are sent into the field of energy that is then reflected back as your reality. I.e. if you are sending out angry vibratory waves they will be reflected back to you as a life experience.
You are like an antenna receiving and transmitting energy waves.
The ONE is beaming back your synchronized waves to be de- coded as a physical experience in the same way a TV decodes the waves that are being broadcast by the TV station. It decodes the incoming waves by shinning the essence of the one on to the belief interference patterns. It then manifest as a hologram.

The holographic universe proves that the physical world we believe is real is in fact illusion. Energy fields are decoded by our brains into a 3D picture, to give the illusion of a physical world.
This voice inside of you ... that so often you pretend not to hear. This knowing inside of you ... that so often you ignore. This knocking at your inner door ... that so often you turn away from. This thing that pursues you over and over again, talking to you, making you think about whatever it is that you continue to turn a deaf ear to, this thing is your intuition and your connection to the divine.
Caroline Myss says that self esteem is essential in order to be able to listen to one's intuition, that it is imperative that one hones one's self esteem if one wishes to come into contact one's own divine self, and that seems to make a lot of sense. Consider that we are rarely encouraged as we go through school to pay attention to our intuition. Rather, our rational mind is extolled, and in its continual exaltation over emotions and intuition, we quickly learn to distrust emotions and intuition, and hence, in order for us to even begin to listen to our intuition, we require rather great resolve and self esteem.
In recent years much fascinating work has been done in the world of neuroscience and social psychology indicating that our erstwhile haste to disqualify the non-rational world of emotions and intuition was perhaps not well-advised because inter-disciplinary work by scientists is beginning to indicate that emotions and intuition are not only valuable adjuncts to our rational intelligence, but possibly even prime stars themselves in our quest for a balanced understanding of our world and ourselves.
But why is intuition our connection to the divine? What is the divine? Is it not the eternal part of each of us? Is it not the part of us that connects us not only to all others, but also to all creation? And if that is so, then isn't it logical (if I may use such a word in such a context) that somewhere inside of each of us there must be a connection to this divine part?
Joseph Campbell, the great mythologist, very much a Jungian at heart, wrote this:

Awe is what moves us forward.
Live from your own center.
The divine lives within you.
The separateness apparent in the world is secondary.
Beyond the world of opposites is an unseen,

So we must be able to connect to this divine part. Meditation is one method. Listening to our intuition is another. (And there are others as well).
We know that for most of us things don't come totally naturally. They have to be learned and practiced. And so it is with listening to our own intuition. Begin listening to that voice, to that knowing, to that knocking, to that thing that connects you to yourself in a way that reaches far beyond your physical body.
Introducing Our Second and Third Brains: We Do Think With Our Heart and Instinct

Neuro-scientists have finally done it! They have demonstrated that we have a brain in our heart and another in our intestines. What we have in each of these, in actual fact, is an extensive mass of neurons that behave in a fashion similar to the neurons contained in the brain, and that appear to function at mega-speeds, often much greater than those of our cerebral neurons.
The Second Brain
The second brain consists of about 100 billion nerve cells in the digestive tract – a greater number than those in the spinal cord. Professor W. Prinz of the Max Planck Institute for Psychological Research in Munich indicated to Geo Magazine that it is possible that unconscious decisions may be taken by the stomach network, which are later claimed by the main brain as conscious decisions of its own.
This second brain was brought to light by neuro-biologist Michael Gershon of New York’s Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, author of The Second Brain. When asked if the brain in our heads influences our second brain, he replied that it does, and that we get butterflies in the stomach when the brain sends a message of anxiety to the gut. This, in turn, sends messages back to the brain that it is not happy. However – and this is perhaps the most riveting part of it – the brain in the gut can also work in isolation.
The Third Brain
With his revolutionary research the University of Montreal’s pioneer neurocardiologist Dr. J. Andrew Armour first introduced the concept of a functional heart brain in the 1990’s. This brain in the heart – just as the brain in the digestive tract – may also act independently of the brain in the head. The size of this brain, according to Boulder Creek, California’s Institute of HeartMath, is as great as a number of the principle areas of the brain in the head. Studies discussed in Brain and Values, have shown that the consistency of the rhythm found in the heart brain is capable of changing – sometimes in spectacular fashion - how effectively the thinking brain functions. In theory that means that what occurs on a feeling level, has the capacity to deeply influence what occurs on a thinking level.
In The Heartmath Solution, co-authored by Doc Childre and H. Martin, an in-depth look is taken at the heart and its association with the mind and body. This contributes to the newly emerging view of the heart as a complex, self-organized system that maintains a continuous two-way dialogue with the brain and the rest of the body. Research available at the Heartmath website and published in major medical journals demonstrates that the heart has a significant influence on the function of our brains and all our bodily systems.
What This Implies
Imagine the implications of this! Those who live by “their instinct”, or who “listen” to their gut, or who make decisions based on what their heart tells them rather than their logical brain, now know that although that may not necessarily always be the right way to go, but that this clearly shows that in order to make decisions based on all of their knowledge, they should apply not only that which their logical brain tells them, but also what their feeling brain (heart), and their instinctive brain (gut) have given them to understand.

Energy is being rearranged within and around your body under the direction of your Presence in cooperation with your body elemental, the Ascended Masters and the Elohim who have elected to assist you in your ascension. They assist you in making responsible choices based on what is still important for your learning experiences on Earth, as well as what can be directly transformed back into Source Love and Light.
These “soul reviews” are a great blessing. They are expanding your ascension capacities, and right now there is nothing more important than your vibration rising (or ascending) back into the unlimited consciousness of your Divine Presence. You may want to ask yourself if your relationships, your way of living, your diet and your day-to-day thoughts and feelings are really supporting your ascension and the further embodiment of your Presence. These honest self-explorations will refine and expand your ascension potential as well as keep awakening the ancient strands of your crystalline DNA, which are naturally encoded to assist you in embodying more of the Source Love and Light that was originally seeded within every cell of your body.
The only reason you have not had more access to your original Divine encoding is due to the armoring that your mind placed around your heart and eventually around the cells of your body to protect you from feeling too much pain. That armoring is not serving you during this time of the Great Shift. Your purpose is not based on protecting yourself from the suffering of the world, yet rather to see it with the compassion of a Christ, a Quan Yin or a Buddha. Your God Presence holds these immense capacities for compassion within your very own heart.
The armoring around your cells has been sustaining centuries of misinformation and yet your crystalline DNA has been maintaining your ascension frequencies so your mental, emotional and physical body would be prepared for these times! The ancient wisdom that these crystalline strands carry is connected into the supra levels of your heart and mind that are already living in Unity or Christ consciousness ~ beyond the constraints of duality thinking and the illusions that are still being carried within the 3rd and 4th dimensions of consciousness.
Earth has always been a school for learning how to live and love from the immense powers that are stored within the etheric substance of the heart. As you continue to balance the energies of love and power within your world and within your own mind and heart, you will become a conscious witness of the most glorious transformation humanity has ever experienced. What will emerge is more wonderful and more powerful than you can probably imagine. It is truly your time to walk the Earth as a Living Master and for you to demonstrate spiritual dominion within your own life so you can be a living demonstration to all those around you.

Meditation/Prayer for July 2011
Beloved Friends,
Today’s focus of meditation is our individual and collective power to really make a difference.
With this in mind, and knowing that every action has a ripple effect, I come to encourage us to remind each other today of what is truly important here and now...
It is time we all stop saying, thinking or feeling that we are too small to make any difference… if all the drops of rain were to ever think this way there would only ever be deadly drought all over. Every drop counts and nowhere more so than there, where is no water.
It is time to stop talking about and really starting to make a difference: in our own lives first then in the lives of those closest to us: family, friends, neighbors… Like dew drops, every effort can be collected, harvested and shared to alleviate the thirst or need of someone.
It is time to stop believing that we have no time for this, that or the other. Time is an illusion and yet a very real and precious one at that, so we all have to play along within its defined atoms. Every instant lost is like trying to watch a movie on TV and then go to the kitchen repeatedly for a snack before the commercials. After a few such snack-breaks we all loose the plot.
This can be said for our relationships with self, with others, with our health, our dreams etc… in short: it is Time to be Present.
It is time to stop the litany of “excuses” – frankly nobody really ever wants to hear or even believe any excuse – what we do not do, do not say or do not give is always lost whether we ourselves believe it or not. So, let us write that book, start that project, form that group, help that neighbor, read that article, acknowledge that person, be the Peace and Love we wish to see.
It is time for us to continually express gratitude for all people and things in our awareness. Ours is the reality we have called forth, whether we like, know, and recognize it – or not.
It is time to finally apply the “law of fingers’: each time we point our finger at someone or something, there remains three other fingers pointing back at us. They remind us to ask ourselves some of these questions:
What about me? Am I that perfect or can I still learn and improve?
How responsible am I for this?
Why do I refuse to see myself as the Creator of this unpleasant reality?
And finally let us never forget that the entire universe only uses two letters of all the infinitude of existing alphabets, namely: O and K.
Whatever we are saying, feeling, thinking, the universe is permanently re-arranging its atoms to agree with us and it goes like this:
We think: I can’t do this….and the universe goes: OK
We say: I Am too small… and the universe says: OK
We say I can do this and the universe says OK
And so it is with every breathe we take!
Let us pray together beloved friends slowly and in full presence so as to integrate the value of these sacred prayers’ words:
I am a child of The Light. I love the Light. I serve the Light. I am protected, illuminated, provided for and sustained by the Light. I bless the Light.
I am the governing Love, Wisdom and Power, with its intending, intelligent activity, which is acting today, in every single thing that I say or do. I command this infinite activity to take place every instant of the day and be the sustaining guard about me, that I move, speak or act only in divine order.
And so it is.
