In our long journey from the star-shining moment of our creation as a thought in the mind of God/Creator Source to this instant in the eternal Now, a Presence has never ceased paying attention to our every feeling and thought, right in the very center of where our awareness stems from. This ever-mindful Presence, this silent Watcher is the Source of All That is. As an old Hindu legend says, man's divinity is hidden deep within him, and so for aeons humans have searched the Truth about Who they are everywhere except within the very center of their consciousness. Now, thanks to countless pioneering souls, it is easier than ever before to pierce the veil of illusion that still maintains most everyone in the dark pit of delusionary separation from All That Is, and to finally ascend into the glorious Light of our common Origin. Attaining the perfect Stillness of mind that can enable a first contact with this unfathomable Reality in One-Self is the Golden Way, and also the only way, for as long as we superimpose our constant mind chatter over the neutral essence of the constant flow of awareness in us, we cannot hope to access the Holy Grail buried in our consciousness, except for occasional, furtive glimpses into the vastness of blissful Lightness that shines there.
Now as part of the evolutionary process fostered through this collective spiritual apprenticeship that began nearly 10 years ago, when these Meditation Focuses were first conceived, we are being offered the unique opportunity to help give birth to a Golden Age of Higher Consciousness in all through embodying in ourselves the very template of this new era of Light and Love. And to summarize in a nutshell what that means, the coined word "Godsciousness" is being offered to make it clear that we are being encouraged to be living vessels and consenting instruments for the consciousness of God/Creator Source in this realm of existence. Having gradually heightened our understanding and intimate sense of being a soul living a physical experience, we are now to step up onto the next stage of accomplishment of our mission here on Earth through deliberately choosing to let go and let God. From that moment on, once the choice has been consciously made, we shall BE All That We Are through simply accepting with our whole being to let the Love of God shine in everything we feel, think, say, do, and, therefore, collectively manifest.
The moment to make this choice and firm it up will be during each of the next four globally synchronized meditations, every Sunday at the usual times, and through every single moment of wakefulness, as we breathe in Godsciousness and exhale, exude, express Godsciousness, ever more conscious of our Choice that, from now on, Thy Will Be Done, instead of the usual self-serving my will be done. Naturally, not everyone is ready yet for completing this shift from the illusion of separation to the dissolution of one's egoic shell and emergence into the blazing Glory of our innate Divinity, as One with All That Is, but through consciously joining during such moments of global communion with the Source of All in us, slowly but surely, the remaining fogginess of our disconnected sense of self will give way to the ever clearer sense of Oneness and we shall unite, and know, once again, the Perfection of our Origin, for the Highest Good of all as One.

You cannot master a world without being present within it. This is the way heaven can be experienced on Earth and a new Golden Age can become your reality.
It is truly within humanity’s Divine Blueprint to move into Oneness, yet this is not to imply that you are to identify with the maze of unconsciousness that has continued to support fear and separation within your world. If you move into Oneness with the collective consciousness of humanity before knowing who you truly are as the Eternal Self, you will be merging your own subconscious streams of thought and feeling with that of humanity.
The ego would like to have you believe that the past and the future are where you should focus your attention. It would like to continue its job of keeping you safe from your own pain and the collective pain of the world. To survive, it has to keep drudging up stories from the past or an imagined future that live solely in your mind. Your Presence, however, only abides in the present. For the ego to ascend and move into its freedom, it must trust that you are truly handing over your life to your God Presence. What a play you have all created for remembering and living as your true Self.
If you can lovingly transform the content of your stories back into their pure original energy, then your ego will see that there is really nothing to protect. This shift in authority from the ego to the Presence is taking place within a great number of souls associated with the ascension of your planet and galaxy. Thousands of you are now taking responsibility for your part in the creation of a new planetary consciousness.
As you transfer your loyalty from the ego to your Presence, you are beginning to create new ways of living and being in your world. The foundation for a new Golden Age of Freedom is already being built by those of you who are willing to transform the erroneous perceptions, judgments or beliefs that may have been held within your minds and bodies.
Part of being an emissary of the highest involves your willingness to be humanly and divinely present with whatever is arising. Mastery is staying awake and aware of your human expression while simultaneously remembering that your Eternal Self is free and already One with Source ~ “in the world and yet not of it.” Although your physical bodies are temporary abodes, they are instruments for the Presence that is pulsing through all of life.
To become one with all that is, you have to embody the unconditional love, wisdom and power of your Presence, for only from this level of Self can you lift all the beliefs that have supported your separate ego back into the Light of your original encoding from Source.
When you know your true Self, you have the courage to look compassionately into the face of your false self. This gives you the potential to express love not only from the intimate depths of your humanness but also from the ultimate heights of your Presence, for every part of you is now being called into Union with the Divine.
You, beloved, are being asked to live and love authentically for the first time since the last Golden Age. This shift is calling you to recognize and surrender all of your ego’s separate agendas as well as its ultimately false protection of your magnificent heart.
Mastery often unfolds in digestible increments so you can enjoy your awakening without being overwhelmed by it.
We are assisting you in staying as present a possible within your everyday lives so you can actually get into your bodies versus being almost entirely in your minds and, therefore, absent and living in separation. Pure consciousness is in your body as surely as it is in the Heart of Source.
Lady Nada:
You must be willing to embrace all that has come through your human DNA in order to reestablish the crystalline DNA of your stellar inheritance. Those extended levels of your DNA were active in the last Golden Age of Atlantis. When your dedication and discipline are centered on being present, you are in loving service to all of your ancestors and all of life everywhere.
You cannot create heaven with your relative mind and its endless content. Beyond form and content is the I Am as pure consciousness arising in every moment. Your true capacity to love unconditionally is just now being remembered in your world by those of you who are awakening to your original encoding.
I am here, beloveds, to share with you that the real you is your Presence ~ your unique expression of the God I Am and freedom comes when the consciousness of your Presence is directing your life. There is no great dividing line between anything or anyone. The fear of pain and death are mental constructs created by the mind. Living as the Presence means training your personality and your ego to live in the silence of your essential, eternal nature until you can hear the Presence versus the thoughts of your separate mind.
What comes forth from the heart of your Presence will always be in support of whatever is arising in the moment.
When you truly know who you are outside of the framework of the beliefs and ideas that have been holding you hostage within your separate self, you can start building the foundation for the new Golden Age of Freedom within your own life.
Lady Portia:
I come forth as the Goddess of Justice and the overseer of Harmonious Resolution between your mind, body and feeling nature of your human expression.
As you keep focused on the mind and heart of your Presence, which lives within the undefined and unlimited Light of Source, you will be assisting in the awakening of the Crystalline DNA that is lying dormant within the nucleus of every cell in your body. The moment you define yourself, you limit your Presence and its capacity to bring you into the newness of each unfolding moment. Your Presence is as indefinable as Source it Self.
Free yourself daily by observing any tendency to define yourself according to old paradigms, beliefs and patterns.
For the Crystalline Strands to be activated, the thoughts and feelings that have created your planetary amnesia must be filled with so much Source Consciousness that it can be aligned with the Presence of all of life everywhere. There are exercises for opening up your dormant Spiritual Centers and the dormant strands of your DNA in the Courses we have created to Walk the Earth as a Living Master, thus initiating your capacities to embody more of the Love, Wisdom and Power of your Presence.
Are you courageous enough to see where you may still be creating separation and if so, are you willing to love your creations back home into the light of Truth? Although these creations are not truly who you are, only your love can set them free.
You can lift yourself out of the mire (mirror) of the unconscious collective mind and feeling nature of humanity. We are with you always in your focused endeavors to extricate yourself from your own unconsciousness, and yet we implore you to do this transformation with the depths of compassion that is the natural state of your Presence.
As you prepare yourself for the new Golden Age of Freedom, you are expanding your internal capacities to use your extended senses. Enjoy them, yet be not so fascinated by them or by the opening up of your dormant DNA that you lose sight of your ascension. For that is what happened in Atlantis and it is why these openings have not been available until now. You have free will, so it is still your choice as to how all of this is going to turn out.
Everything within and around you is coming back into harmony and balance. Every sound, color and geometry that is holding you within your form body is readjusting itself to a new dimension of being. In Unity Consciousness there are no divisions or any boundaries between all levels of life, whether it be plant, animal, human, angelic or extraterrestrial.
We ask that you stay alert in a deep listening/feeling mode as much as possible so you can enjoy the process of your own ascension.

Please listen, beloveds, to when you are being asked to rest, meditate, eat or extend your compassion to another, to a particular situation, or to your precious Earth. Every gesture of love comes simultaneously back into your heart, mind and body.
This is the kind of compassion that erases the need for extending even the kind act of what you term forgiveness, for who is there to forgive if you are truly loving?
We understand that it often feels freeing to your soul to forgive yourself or another, yet I tell you that rather than placate the ego’s guilt through asking for forgiveness, it is ultimately more important to take on the greater responsibility of loving more unconditionally.

Greetings! This article is offered for your empowerment. Let us begin with a profound philosophical concept: God dwells within us as us... In our heart of hearts, at the core of our being, the Supreme Being is intimately known to us as our own immortal Self, Our magical, mystical, and majestic I AM Presence.
God/dess is All That Is. There is no way we can separate ourselves from That which Was, Is, and Shall Be. We have always been one with life, we are one with life, and we will always be one with life. Any belief contrary to this constitutes denial. This denial, rooted in the belief in separation (sin/ignorance), generates fear. Fear, a third dimensional experience, is the root cause of dis-ease and the seven o'clock news. And what is it that we are afraid of? Is it the fear of death and/or the fear of the unknown, and/or becoming who we really are? In truth, it's all, and none of these, because in truth we already know the truth... The truth IS... and whatever we believe it to be. After profound philosophical deliberations I have come to realize my truth which is: God/dess Is, and so am I... And in this New Age of Awareness, we all are becoming conscious of this profound truth... God/dess Is, and so are We.
This is what the ancient prophets meant when they spoke of the coming of a New Age, the Second Coming of Christ Consciousness. We are referring to the Christ, who is Archangel of Humanity, a vast solar being who resides within our day star (the sun) and whose body is the evolving body of humanity. The esoteric understanding of Christianity, an evolving solar religion, is rooted in the awareness that the Son is the Sun. The ancient Egyptians who prayed to Ra (synonymous with Christ) were fully aware of this truth.... Indeed "The Son of God" is our Sun, the source of life itself... Scientists today are in agreement that we are living in a multi-dimensional holographic universe, where all is energy, all is light, and all is consciousness. E=MC2
Indeed, the Ancient and Eternal Wisdom has come of age... As we become progressively aware of the fact that we are living in an organic, multi-dimensional expanding, YES UNIVERSE, we are given the unprecedented opportunity to transform our lives in accordance with the understanding that we live in an infinitely abundant, benevolent, and super intelligent universe, governed by the law of love. We are individually and collectively in the process of restructuring our fear/time based reality into a Christ Conscious reality wherein "Health, Peace, and Freedom for All" abide. This transformation, guided by infinite intelligence and love, constitutes a global metanoia, the Armageddon (the end of the world). "The end of the world," a psycho-physiological event, constitutes the end of duality, and resides in the conscious understanding that life is free and so are we!
This profound planetary transformation is being assisted by many factors/forces. The Earth has moved into the Aquarian Age, due to an actual astronomical event known as the Precession of the Equinoxes. Aquarius is the zodiacal sign of humanity, truth, and science (the search for truth). Truth sets us free.
Aquarius brings us into the influence of the all powerful Violet Ray, which is the frequency of freedom. The Piscean Age, ruled by Neptune (sacrifice) and Jupiter (religion), was a sacrificial and religious period initiated by Jesus, The Christ. The Aquarian Age, initiated by The Cosmic Christ of the Violet Flame, The Lord Saint Germain, and The Ascended Masters of Light, is governed by Uranus (freedom) and Saturn (creator of forms)... This is a spiritual age of unprecedented freedom and liberation for all of humanity.
The Violet Flame is being consciously invoked by planetary Lightworkers, to assist in our transformation into freedom. The Violet Ray, a direct transmission and emanation of light form the Great Central Sun of All Creation is serving to transform and transmute fear on an atomic and sub-atomic level. The Violet Flame is accelerating an evolution/revolution into a higher frequency of light where "there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away."
In fulfillment of prophecy, cycles within cycles are culminating together as we rapidly evolve into The Eternal Here and Now (the Fifth Dimension). This is substantiated by Hindu cosmology which reveals that we are now in The Diamond Age. The Diamond Age, an age of intense purification, is a transitional period between the Kali-Yuga (an age of ignorance/sin) into a Satya-Yuga, a glorious Golden Age of Light (the Aquarian Age, the New Heaven, the New Earth). The initiation of the Satya-Yuga occurs at a precise moment, "A twinkling of an eye"...
The Mayan Calendar places this cosmic moment in the Earth year 2012... This prophetic moment constitutes the Earth's Permanent Ascension into the Fifth Dimension, a higher harmonic of light where peace, love, freedom, and multi-dimensional realities co-exist in joy. Also the Earth becomes an official member of the Intergalactic Confederation of Planets. What this means is that our beloved Space Brothers from other advanced, intergalactic civilizations will be free to visit, and share their awareness with us.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT WE MAY INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY SPEED UP THE PROCESS BY SIMPLY REALIZING THAT 2012 IS NOW!...
To summarize: We, humanity, are now passing through a gateway in our psycho-spiritual development. We have now come to a turning point in our evolution. We are witnessing, participating in, and experiencing the disintegration and reintegration of the socio-economic and philosophical matrix of this planet. We are becoming increasingly aware that we are co-creators of our own destiny. Our future is being created NOW, through the choices we are all making. We are part and parcel of a poly-tantric multi-dimensional mind whose experience of itself is ecstatic. We are programmed for bliss!
We shall come to know that our limits are limitless as the light of pure reason shines within and without, dissolving and evaporating the shadows and the illusions of our collective "past," leading us onward, inward and upward, into heretofore un-imagined realms of pure experience. We are awakening to our true selves as sons and daughters of the most high, as children of the light, empowered by this light to live a life of freedom, love, and joy, consciously co-creating and manifesting a life here on Earth, which reflects the wisdom, love, and intelligence of our Creator.
Through the agency of grace (the spirit of guidance and education) we, the collective and individualized embodiment of the one reality, partake of this reality, a sacred divinity. We are now experiencing a progressive transformation of consciousness, which is leading inexorably to a "time" where "There shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there by any more pain; for the former things are passed away." The keys to our collective liberation, our ascension, are faith and applied knowledge, along with the determination and forbearance to follow our intuitions and inspirations. Now is the time to celebrate our Ascension into a Golden Age, a New Epoch, A New World where Peace, Health, and Freedom for All . . . IS . . . Amen, Selah, Allelujah!!!

"Another thought that has crossed my mind is that in this case we would be not be asking people to focus their prayers/meditations on a hot conflict in the news involving thousands of casualties or to join along with others for a planetary alignment or some other astronomical event of global significance. Instead of being "firefighters" helping to extinguish the flames of a burning conflict, we would be working upstream instead, before the actual conflict begins and then perhaps develops into a global conflagration with possibly even dreadful nuclear weapons involved. Like a Chinese doctor whose job it is to keep his patients healthy instead of waiting until a disease appears to do something as in the allopathic Western approach to medicine, we would be ensuring, hopefully, that the seeds of a potential world conflict never gets to develop. I feel all this must also be taken into consideration and sufficiently explained in the resulting Call for meditation to be circulated, a call that would preferably focus on praying for the highest good and simply sending positive vibrations, as Deborah suggested, to avoid falling into the trap of trying to micro-manage, in terms of any preferred outcome, what is better left in the hands of God and the spiritual "overseers" of humanity. (...) Regarding the notion of "working upstream" to prevent potential conflicts to flare up, I had a quite powerful dream last night. But I cannot describe it and its significance right now."
"I mentioned to you a dream I made this week. It left a powerful impression on me as dreams sometimes do and was instrumental in having me focusing the needed time to prepare this proposal below. So here it is for your consideration. The first picture I remember is that of the mushroom of a nuclear explosion seen from afar in a generally white environment. It was frozen in action. Then with a switch of perception that felt like quickly going earlier on the timeline, before the occurrence of this event, I felt I had something in my hands, a kind of instrument that if used properly, was enabling me/us (there was a sense of collectively doing something to mitigate this potential outcome) to change things at the source and thus set the stage for a better scenario in the future. A quick glide into the future after this shown me a world still alive, but the air was gray with the soot of pollution. Following another quick jump in the past and another use of the “instrument”, I came back in the future to see the results, and this time the air was perfectly clear and the ambiance light and serene. I then suddenly woke up in the middle of my sleep and made sure to impress myself enough with the memory of this dream to have a conscious remembrance of it after my “night” of sleep. The conclusion I drew from this dream is that we definitely have the power in our hands -- and hearts -- to affect the future of this world beyond our wildest imaginings. This is something we urgently need to learn and to wisely use. This is at the heart of our current evolutionary process. And this is not something that anyone of us can do alone... We ought to see past our individual limitations, whatever they may be, to co-create and co-conceive the necessary conditions for achieving the incredible potential for Good and of Love still mostly lying dormant in us. We owe it to our children and literally to ourselves for *we are the ones* who will eventually come back in this future to reap the consequences, positive or negative, of what we will achieve -- or fail to achieve -- today."
