1) SUMMARY

Can you imagine for a moment what the common man's thinking was several centuries ago when enslaving humans was a practice so common in some countries that no one was giving it any second thought? Never in their wildest dreams could the slaves believe that, one day, their descendants would live free and that one of their kin would be considered a leader of such charisma and intelligence that he could soon become the president of one of the most powerful countries on Earth. And yet, such a dream has come to pass... Can you also imagine for a moment what the common's man thinking was a mere hundred years ago when half of the world's population was considered so unworthy and inferior, because they were female, that they didn't even have the right to vote? Never in their wildest dreams could the women of a century ago believe that, one day, their daughters and grand daughters would become equal citizens endowed with the same rights and benefiting from the same opportunities as men, and that several of them would have become powerful leaders in every field of human activities, heads of states and perhaps even president of one of the most powerful countries on Earth. And yet, such a dream has come to pass... Can you imagine now what the common man's thinking is today regarding the seeming inevitability of war and violence perpetrated by humans against other humans and nature as something that will never change, like a never-ending plague that befalls humanity beyond its control? Never in our wildest dreams can we believe that, one day, no longer raising one's hand to hurt or kill another being will be tolerated nor even be thinkable. And yet, such a dream is soon coming to pass...

At this very moment, a power surpassing everything humanity has ever seen is about to become fully manifested on this planet. This power is the very key to our future and it is through discovering and using this inner Force that has lain dormant for countless millennia in our souls' heart of hearts that all the endless tragedies that have left an unending trail of suffering and madness in humanity's past and recent history will finally come to an end. Love is a universally available free-flowing form of cosmic energy which can come through us only when it is invited. As we are learning, for it to then flow freely through us, any possible residual resistance must dissipate through a conscious act of will. Once no resistance impedes its flow, all that remains to do to unlock its infinite power is to radiate it from the core of our Being, from that sacred innermost chamber in our soul where the Spark of God resides. As Love radiates through us, we become like a shining sun, forever more expanding in brilliance, forever more radiating Love to all Creation, within and without. By gradually increasing the Light of Love everywhere on Earth and beyond, we are now raising the basic level of the sea of Love in which all life floats. As this sea of Love rises, all living beings rise as well.

So, the three key principles of Love in action can be summarized as follow...

- We invite Love... - We dissipate any resistance to its flow... - We radiate Love like a shining star...

Please allow yourself to become, as guided from within, a conduit for the ever intensifying manifestation of Love on Earth and beyond, so as to cocreate with the countless other souls, in this and other dimensions, similarly attuned to its power, a New Era of universal Peace, unconditional Love and perfect Harmony, for the Highest Good of All.

In any or all of these instances and many others that you may encounter that instinctively you know are love in action, you are manifesting your love for and of God. "

The End of Suffering - The Beginning of Rejoicing

Across centuries, millennia and metamorphic eras, our species has travelled towards this moment in time. We started as a mere speck of Life somewhere in the primeval ocean and we gradually and oh! so slowly evolved to become the intricately complex life form we are today, with trillions of atoms and billions of cells forming our bodies. And as we grew, so did the vast numbers of other life forms with which we share this incredibly beautiful and yet so fragile planetary vessel and blue pearl of Life swirling around its star with its sister planets within the infinitely vast expanses of our galaxy, which is only one spiralling island of lights amongst hundreds of billions more galaxies, ad infinitum, all around us, as far as we can peer out of our telescopes, into the empty, black void of space.

One of the most amazing feats we can accomplish, amidst the innumerable abilities we have, is to think and expand our awareness to encompass and understand our past, present and potential future while contemplating the astoundingly vast multidimensional universe we live in. Poets, philosophers, artists and scientists have all contributed towards developing a multifaceted culture that keeps expanding at breakneck speed as we plunge headlong into a new era of global interconnection and experience in the process a growing sense of unity in our splendid diversity.

This is in a nutshell where we have arrived so far. But there is another side to this bright, stimulating picture. Despite the best and ever growing efforts of a multitude of organizations and people devoting themselves ceaselessly to make sure no one dies for lack of food in a world that produces more than enough to feed all its human inhabitants, despite the persuasive warnings of concerned scientists and environmentalists as to the increasingly dire state of our world’s threatened ecosystems, and despite the best efforts of countless groups dedicated to bringing about peace in human relationships and between nations, we are still battling seemingly insurmountable odds as we come closer and closer to the slippery slope that leads directly into a massive collapse of all that we have taken for granted for far too long.

So it can be said that we are collectively standing on the very brink of either a new unprecedented era of amazing breakthroughs in technological, social and cultural sophistication as well as endless opportunities for the expansion of consciousness and the harmonization of humanity within the living sphere we call Earth, or a descent into ever more environmental degradation and spiritual impoverishment. The crucial realization to make however is that the choice is ours as to which route we want to take. We are NOT powerless to make the needed changes that can and do make a huge difference when we collectively set our minds and hearts upon a series of goals emerging from a shared vision and then go out of our way to achieve the possibilities we have seen.

But how do we go about sharing a common vision and defining - and let alone pursuing - such goals when there are so many conflicting voices and views clamoring for our attention and so many other distractions to contend with, many of them vital ones when just surviving another day, if you are poor and destitute, takes absolute precedence, or when the crushing pressure of an ever accelerating “modern” way of life deprives us of the time and inner space needed to even consider what is offered above?

The simplest answer is that there is a built-in wisdom in everyone of us, a sort of “Master Plan of Life” if you will, that is gradually emerging in all of us as a guiding beacon for all our thoughts, words and actions and that is taking us, in this very moment, towards the surest path of success and the brightest future we can imagine. If Nature has been able to design and maintain over aeons of time the vast and intricate Web of Life that graces our world - and undoubtedly a nearly infinite number of other worlds throughout the universe - with superb and absolutely perfect life forms fitting purposely with each other into a gigantic jigsaw puzzle, then it is only reasonable to conceive that we are being provided in this very instant with the proper “instructions” to proceed as a species towards the next stage in our odyssey through the time-space continuum.

However the analogy of a natural blueprint can be misleading for there is not a fixed series of steps to follow to achieve a certain result. Actually, because of our self-sentient awareness and the free will hence granted to us by our ability to make conscious, intelligent choices, we have become co-creators with the unrelenting Force of Life that has gradually shaped us over all those millions of years. And we are learning to become more acutely aware of the still small voice within which is prompting us, moment by moment, towards contributing, each in our own unique and essential way, to the accelerating upliftment of all human lives and the shifting of our rapidly globalizing civilization into a higher frequency of loving, caring and mutually empowering relationships with each other and with all other life forms.

This may appear difficult to see when considering the day-to-day dribbling of frequently negative news and distressing information we get through the mass media. Yet, if one makes time, as more and more people do, to take a respite from the pressing demands of daily life and enter a deep state of meditative awareness, in synch with the inner pulse of Life, then, sure enough, one will experience a sense of peaceful mindfulness and inner strength that speaks volume as to the actual direction our world is taking. Not only is there hope for our planet and all its inhabitants, small or big, but we can definitely pick the growing chorus of souls attuning as One to the common pool of conscious awareness emerging as the collective voice of humanity. And this voice resounds with the will of Good, the power of Love made manifest as the juggernaut of Peace rolls onward, pushing down all the remaining obstacles to complete world harmony and joy.

A Ray of Hope, a Beacon of Unification

Among the numerous initiatives that have emerged in the last few years to further facilitate the opening of a greater number of minds and souls to the innate, transformative power each human has to channel massive amounts of positive energies and love-filled vibrations into the emerging global awareness of humanity, the Global Meditation Focus Group is gradually being recognized as a simple and yet powerful instrument to help catalyze such a change. Resulting from a consensus made through the Internet among a small number of active lightworkers from several countries as to the necessity to better coordinate and regularly circulate calls for synchronized global peace and healing meditations in relation to critical situations occurring around the world, this Global Meditation Focus Group has rapidly defined and occupied a niche of its own in the field of meditation-assisted work designed to alleviate human suffering and foster world peace and a greater cooperation to protect our fragile planetary environment.

Needless to say, this is still a fledging initiative in its infancy and many possibilities remain to be explored and manifested before this global spiritual task force may reach the full expression of its potential. But there are encouraging signs indicating that a growing number of people are participating every week in support, through their prayers and meditations, of its general aims and specific Meditation Focus regularly suggested to everyone’s attention. And so far, it appears that the invisible yet pervasive influence exerted by all the good souls, joining weekly or daily in those moments of spiritual unification with the global family of like-hearted souls, is having a very positive impact on world events and world priorities with regard to alleviating human suffering and creating better conditions for peace, justice and environmental sanity on Earth.

This growing positive influence felt by many as well as the innumerable positively-oriented movements, groups and individuals actively working to make this world a better, safer place for all mean there is every reason to rejoice as more and more people shift their attention and priorities towards the Light of a New Dawn steadily emerging, against all odds, and heralding a new era of spiritual renaissance and expanding awareness of our common responsibility to help make the dream of Peace, Love and Harmony on Earth come true.

As for the choices we can each make to better contribute to the unfolding odyssey of our collective spiritual evolution, let’s just say that the first place to start to find out what our best options are is within, in the silence of meditation and contemplation. Unless we decide to make time for such a vital at-one-ment with the guiding beacon of our spiritual Self, and in so doing create and nurture the inner Knowledge of our Unity with our greater Universal Self, we will be left spinning in the void of illusion, gripped by the clenching hands of materiality and possessiveness, forging ahead aimlessly without any deep sense of our true purpose and mission in life, unable to see beyond the immediate torments of our times the glowing promise of a brighter future for all human beings and every other life form on Earth. The end of suffering is at hand. Let us all rejoice as we make the conscious choice of serving the Light, sowing Love and learning to live in Peace with ourselves and the rest of the world, here and now.

Message from Ker-On -- 21 March 2008

Dear Ones, for many of you today the Spring Equinox is looked upon as being something special. It draws out love and compassion at the thought of a world teacher known as Jesus, who suffered at the hands of those who opposed his teachings. He taught love, gentleness, caring and modesty in all things, and his disciples carried his message far and wide. It was the most influential message of its time, and put down the roots of a new understanding. He came as a Man and his mission was to spread the word of God, and not to create a religion. His words were meant for everyone to hear and they have touched people all around the world.

Jesus was not the first to give Man powerful messages of Love, but his energy was such that it became grounded wherever he went. His disciples and adherents spread it further afield, and today it has successfully created the conditions and opportunity for upliftment. The great awakening has been happening for at least the last century, but today even higher energies abound upon Earth, and there has never been such a great time to speed up the Ascension process. The Creator's Plan was made eons of time ago and you now stand in readiness to step up out of the cycle of duality.

All Seers have foreseen the future and although their interpretations have differed as to the detail, the fact remains that great changes were noted together with the ending of the cycle. Those that saw only death and destruction were aware of the possibility of such a happening, but time has changed the end-times scenario to one that is less volatile. Man has gone beyond the original expectations, and through his awakening consciousness has established a network of Light all around the Earth. It has halted the march towards total destruction, and on more than one occasion you have faced the ultimate fate of nearly destroying the Earth. You have saved yourselves by recognising the truth of your being, and seeing your higher potential to bring Love and Light to it.

Knowing you have infinite life has brought hope and determination to fully manifest the Light upon Earth. It has rapidly reached levels that have started to halt the slide into oblivion. Indeed, you have taken charge of your lives, and the power of the dark has been weakened so that it can no longer rule you. The uprising against the dark is gaining momentum, and there will come a time very soon when they will have to concede their power and authority to others. No longer will you be lied to and used as slaves to the whims and fancies of those who rule now. They know their kingdom of darkness is breaking up, and no longer do they carry sufficient influence to control your lives. Matters are becoming quite dramatic, as the moneylenders are again having their tables overturned. You are seeing the end of your present financial system, as it cannot serve in the Light of the changes that are approaching.

Inevitably you will experience inconvenience, and some will take the brunt of what is taking place as the walls cannot come tumbling down without someone getting hurt. Be assured that we along with our allies have tried to direct the negative energies in such a way as to lessen their impact. However, Man has to create his own pathway out of the mire that he has got himself into, and there are lessons to be learnt. We cannot do it for you but shall join forces with you at an appropriate time. This shall be when we are allowed to speed up events, to put the plan for major changes firmly in place. The call for peace in a world racked by war, and subject to the design of those who would curtail your freedom even further, has been heard loud and clear. It gives us greater impetus and we stand fully prepared to lead you out of poverty and disease. You are to lift up and the remaining years will be a joy to experience, and we shall ensure you have all that you need.

It is in your interest to ride out these times without adding to the chaos. Some of you bear ideas of aggression against those who have imprisoned you for so long, but it is something to be guarded against as it is not the way forward. Love is your powerful weapon that is now sweeping the Earth, and any negative actions restrict its flow. You are in volatile times but the real battle is not fought upon Earth. It is in your hearts and minds, and every care must be taken to remain in your place of everlasting love. It is your suit of armour and cannot be pierced by the dark energies. Let the attempts of the dark forces to unsettle you pass you by, and bless them on their way. Their time is coming to an abrupt end, but they will fight until the futility of it dawns upon them.

There is amongst the ruins of bygone ages, an everlasting energy that has survived all attempts to extinguish it. It is the love that has grown until it has taken its place at the front of the campaign to restore your freedom and rights. It has attracted many wonderful Beings who have become empowered by its energy, and they have stepped forward as your Knights in Shining Armour. They always knew that their lives had a divine purpose, and when called have answered it and stepped into the affray. They are protected by us, but know that if there are casualties it is all in their plan and they are to be applauded for their sacrifice.

Today there is a special potent energy rolling around Earth, and it brings introspection and much feeling as to how you can bring out the changes so strongly desired. There will be prayers and petitions directed towards God, and it is true that every single word is heard, as is every thought. They are answered by returning to you a love capable of manifesting the means to fulfil your desires. Prayer is never wasted, but do not necessarily expect the answers to come as you have requested. God is cradling every soul in his arms, and what is done is for the good of all.

I am Ker-On from Venus and I feel the energy of love that you have, and it is particularly powerful today. Use it wisely and vow to live in your highest concept of it, sharing with all as far as possible. The energies upon Earth will continue to expand until you reach critical mass, and then all shall change forever. On behalf of the Galactic Federation I wish you a joyous day filled with happiness and love.

Brit spies confirm Dalai Lama's report of staged violence

London, March 20 - Britain's GCHQ, the government communications agency that electronically monitors half the world from space, has confirmed the claim by the Dalai Lama that agents of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the PLA, posing as monks, triggered the riots that have left hundreds of Tibetans dead or injured.

GCHQ analysts believe the decision was deliberately calculated by the Beijing leadership to provide an excuse to stamp out the simmering unrest in the region, which is already attracting unwelcome world attention in the run-up to the Olympic Games this summer.

For weeks there has been growing resentment in Lhasa, Tibet's capital, against minor actions taken by the Chinese authorities.

Increasingly, monks have led acts of civil disobedience, demanding the right to perform traditional incense burning rituals. With their demands go cries for the return of the Dalai Lama, the 14th to hold the high spiritual office.

Committed to teaching the tenets of his moral authority---peace and compassion---the Dalai Lama was 14 when the PLA invaded Tibet in 1950 and he was forced to flee to India from where he has run a relentless campaign against the harshness of Chinese rule.

But critics have objected to his attraction to film stars. Newspaper magnate Rupert Murdoch has called him: "A very political monk in Gucci shoes."

Discovering that his supporters inside Tibet and China would become even more active in the months approaching the Olympic Games this summer, British intelligence officers in Beijing learned the ruling regime would seek an excuse to move and crush the present unrest.

That fear was publicly expressed by the Dalai Lama. GCHQ's satellites, geo-positioned in space, were tasked to closely monitor the situation.

The doughnut-shaped complex, near Cheltenham racecourse, is set in the pleasant Cotswolds in the west of England. Seven thousand employees include the best electronic experts and analysts in the world. Between them they speak more than 150 languages. At their disposal are 10,000 computers, many of which have been specially built for their work.

The images they downloaded from the satellites provided confirmation the Chinese used agent provocateurs to start riots, which gave the PLA the excuse to move on Lhasa to kill and wound over the past week.

What the Beijing regime had not expected was how the riots would spread, not only across Tibet, but also to Sichuan, Quighai and Gansu provinces, turning a large area of western China into a battle zone.

The Dalai Lama has called it "cultural genocide" and has offered to resign as head of the protests against Chinese rule in order to bring peace. The current unrest began on March 10, marking the anniversary of the 1959 Uprising against Chinese rule.

However, his followers are not listening to his "message of compassion." Many of them are young, unemployed and dispossessed and reject his philosophy of non-violence, believing the only hope for change is the radical action they are now carrying out.

For Beijing, the urgent need to find a solution to the uprising is one of growing embarrassment. In two weeks time, the national celebrations for the Olympic Games start with the traditional torch relay. The torch bearers are scheduled to pass through Tibet. But the torch could find itself being carried by runners past burning buildings and temples.

A sign of this urgency is that the Chinese prime minister has now said he is prepared to hold talks with the Dalai Lama. Just before this announcement, Britain's Prime Minister Gordon Brown declared he would meet the Dalai Lama, who is to visit London next month. This is the first time either leader has proposed to meet the Dalai Lama.

On Sunday, the Olympic flame will be handed to Chinese Games organizers in Athens, and Tibetan exiles have vowed to stage protests. Activists disrupted the torch-lighting ceremony earlier this week. Mar 29 - Tibet's spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, has urged Beijing to give meaningful autonomy to Tibet and end China's "cultural genocide" in the region.The Nobel Laureate, who won the Peace Prize in 1989 for leading a non-violent struggle for the liberation of his homeland, reiterated his assertion that he was not for a separate Tibet, but, sought meaningful autonomy for Tibet within China. Zimbabwe's opposition claims win on early results

HARARE (Reuters) - Zimbabwe's opposition claimed victory on Sunday based on early results from an election in which it is trying to unseat President Robert Mugabe after 28 years of power and end an economic collapse.

"It's a historic moment for all of us. We have won this election, we have won this election," Tendai Biti, secretary general of the main opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), told reporters, diplomats and observers at a briefing.

The opposition, headed by former trade unionist Morgan Tsangaris, has accused 84-year-old Mugabe of employing election-rigging tactics in an attempt to stay in power and African observers say they detected fraud in Saturday's ballot.

Once-prosperous Zimbabwe is suffering from the world's highest inflation rate of more than 100,000 percent, chronic shortages of food and fuel and a rampant HIV/AIDS epidemic that has contributed to a steep decline in life expectancy.

"People are dying in hospitals and funeral expenses are very high. How do you expect us to survive? Shop shelves are empty," said mother-of-three Gertrude Muzanenhamo, 36, echoing the views of many voters interviewed by reporters.

Mugabe, who accuses the West of sabotaging Zimbabwe's economy, expressed confidence on Saturday he would be returned to office. "We will succeed. We will conquer," he said.

The former guerrilla leader, in power since independence from Britain in 1980, rejected the vote-rigging allegations.

Biti said the MDC's election agents had reported that early results posted at polling stations showed Tsvangirai was projected to win 66 percent of the vote in the capital Harare, an opposition stronghold.

SIGNIFICANT INROADS

He said Tsvangirai had made significant inroads in Mugabe's rural strongholds by leading in the southern province of Masvingo and Mashonaland Central Province, north of Harare, where the MDC has not won a parliamentary seat since 2000.

Tsvangirai's winning trend had also extended to Mugabe's home province of Mashonaland West, where the MDC had taken a rural parliamentary seat, said Biti.

He said that in Zimbabwe's second city of Bulawayo, another opposition power base, Tsvangirai had a slight edge over former Finance Minister and ruling ZANU-PF official Simba Makoni -- also standing against Mugabe.

But Makoni, whose decision to run was seen by many analysts as a sign of increasing unease in ZANU-PF ranks, was leading in Zimbabwe's southwestern Matabeleland South Province.

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission said it would start to announce official results later on Sunday. Final results are not expected for several days from the presidential, parliamentary and local polls.

Observers from the Pan-African parliament said in a letter to the commission they had found more than 8,000 non-existent voters registered on empty land in a Harare constituency.

Most international observers were banned and a team from the regional grouping, the Southern African Development Community (SADC), did not comment on Saturday. Critics say the SADC, which has tried to mediate over Zimbabwe, is too soft on Mugabe.

The powerful heads of the security forces have backed Mugabe, and voters said they had seen patrolling police and army units with armored vehicles and water cannon.

Some security chiefs say they will not accept a Tsvangirai victory but the opposition leader told reporters: "I am not seeking the security chiefs mandate but the people's mandate."

If no candidate wins more than 51 percent of the vote, the election will go into a second round.
