1) SUMMARY

As we gradually make our way spiritually-wise into ever new territories of inner remembrance of what it is we came here to learn and accomplish, we tap into a vastness of knowledge and sentience that is literally infinite. We connect with the Source of this Universal Dream we are co-creating and co-manifesting. We adjust our puny little sense of self several notches up until we can fit easily into the greater sense of Who We Are, and even if this inner matching of vibrations and awareness lasts a mere flicker of an instant, it is enough to open infinite vistas of possibilities, realize the magnificence of It All, and often make tears appears on our smiling faces as unimaginably potent streams of Love burst through our entire Being in a radiating pattern that reaches to the confines of this planet and well, well beyond.

Change is all about neutralizing within ourselves any kind of ego-centered certainty and surrendering through bliss-filled tears into the embrace of the Higher Self, the Immortal Soul, the Infinite Being of Love we each are in essence. It is opening the floodgates of Divine Light pouring, overflowing and expanding ad infinitum through us. It is unreservedly accepting our True Divine Nature, going with the Flow of Love that spills out endlessly from the Well of Wisdom and Clarity shining at the core of our Being, and soaring ever higher on the waves of Sentient Perfection echoing the Omniversal Creator enshrined into each speck of matter, energy and consciousness throughout the entire dimensional range of Reality. In short, change is shifting up.

What is expected from each one of us in nothing less than remembering, accepting and integrating in every facet of our existence and within the very fabric of our waking consciousness the fact that we each are a Living Miracle, the embodiment of Universal Perfection, and the co-Maker of our evolving reality. All we need to do is ask... Ask for an universal upgrade... Ask to have our physical self, brain, bones and blood, adjusted to the higher frequencies now seeping through every atom of our physical reality to catalyze and precipitate the Shift of Ages into an unprecedented era of Heaven on Earth, Blissful Happiness in every soul, and ongoing Communion with the universal family of souls living throughout this galactic Milky Way and beyond in the Grand Symphony of Light, Life and Love...

You may choose to remain on the sideline of evolution and persist in sticking to your egoic certainties and separate sense of self. There is absolutely nothing wrong in doing so, for you have absolute freewill, just like every other soul in existence. Or you may choose to shift up towards the Light calling us all back into full remembrance of our truly universal, divine nature. If you so choose, then join many other souls, this coming Sunday and the following 3 Sundays at the usual time, as we will commune, rejoice and expand our reach together until Peace, Love and Harmony prevail, for The Highest Good of All.

If you could fully comprehend your greatness and your destiny to return to the higher realms, you would not have any cause for concern. You would know that your future is in safe hands, and that the cycle of duality has reached its climax that spells its end. That which has been set in motion cannot be prevented from manifesting unless it is at the sole request of the Creator. How you set out the pathway is up to you, but regardless of whatever takes place the end times will bring about Ascension. The Earth has also reached the end of its cycle, and like you is preparing for the changes. Therefore some physical discomfort will be experienced, but it will not be to the degree that some have predicted in the past.

Meanwhile you should concern yourself with your own evolution, and determine which path you desire to follow. As the Light continues to stream down upon you, take the opportunity to draw it to you by consciously raising your vibrations. Be calm and peaceful and keep your thoughts at as higher level as possible, ignoring the temptation to get involved with the negative energies. That means detaching yourself from them when you hear or read of their effect. Better still send out Love and Light to those persons or areas of the world that are identified with the trouble spots.

Each one of you can do your bit to raise the Light levels purely through the power of your thought. Live continually in the Light and you will find life will become so much easier. You need not carry the worries of the world upon your shoulders, but you can envision what it would be like if they were transmuted. It is your power of positive thought that makes a difference, and you may be assured that you are assisting the higher Beings who oversee the affairs of Earth. You are never alone in your battle to bring about peace, and many of you have linked that support to those that you now recognize as your true leaders.

All despots, tyrants and dictators eventually bring about their own end. Clearly the dark forces cannot exist without support, and that is ebbing away as the Light takes hold. The world at present is going through a period of intense cleansing which is unavoidable. Energies that have accumulated from eons of time ago are being revealed and played out so that they can be removed. These are the dark areas of the world where over centuries of war the very earth itself has become saturated with the blood of its victims. It leaves energies that continue to remain until they are cleansed away. Everything is energy, and there is an interplay between all life forms that determines the level of Light at which you exist.

Now with our support and the immense love of those that direct your events, the upliftment is underway. It gladdens our hearts to see such a response to the Light, and in consequence the next stage will soon commence. You are setting it up so that we can finally carry out our promises to you, and we are extremely near to that time. Your wait will be well worthwhile and the next period leading to Ascension will be truly magnificent. Even if you are aware of what is planned, you will still be astounded at the pace at which things will move. It will be dramatic and exciting for you, and what a relief to know that your journey is almost over, and you are firmly on the way to the higher dimensions. You will learn how dependent you have been upon Mother Earth for your existence, and how she has sacrificed much to carry you through this cycle.

Mother Earth is also lifting up and is being restored to her original pristine condition. Many of you have heard of the beauty and harmony that exists in the higher realms and it is your destiny to return to them. In so doing you too will have uplifted to those pure vibrations that manifest everything in perfection. Have you not always felt that life was meant to be different and much better than what you have been experiencing? In your subconsciousness you have deep memories of your times in the higher dimensions, and you will soon realize that it is your true home. Duality has been an experience that has enabled you to help transmute the dark energies, whilst at the same time raise the level of your own Light. There is no better experience for fast-forwarding your evolution.

There is a lot of serious acting taking place as the confrontation of dark and Light takes place. You take your roles to heart and together you are revealing the result of having become veiled from the Light, and literally losing your way. If you can accept the end times as the final act, you will experience the curtain coming down on duality. Life is a continual series of cycles out of which you grow, and all souls take their part with the goal of lifting each other up. There is realism and consequences in playing your roles; as for your time on Earth it appears as your true reality – one created by you. Life and its experiences will tend to seem less serious if you can allow for the need to learn lessons through them. They serve an important purpose, and once they are completed all souls can move on to the next phase of their lives.

Accepting life is infinite and you are immortal should reveal to you your high status as a part of God. All is connected and therefore whatever you do makes an impression upon the whole. It is in the acceptance of your place in society and the effect you have as one individual, that helps your understanding of Self. It calls for care and consideration in your attitude and approach to others, as all thoughts and actions carry energy with them. You and everyone else are continually recreating your reality, and we applaud you for having recognized this fact and your determination to bring Light to Earth.

I am Ag-agria a Guide to Michael and one of many that have come from Sirius to help mankind’s ascension. You are to become Galactic Beings and join the Federation of Ascended Planets. There are great organizations beyond Earth that comprise of millions of souls, each part of a wonderful collective of Lightworkers. The glory days are coming when peace shall descend upon Earth, and a great upsurge of co-operation will take place to sweep away the differences that have existed for eons of time. It will come through the recognition and understanding of your Oneness of purpose, knowing that all contribute to the upliftment of each other. It will be seen that regardless of your cultural or religious differences, that you are ultimately all on the same journey. Many factors have been slowly bringing you together, and people are becoming reluctant to accept more divisions or restrictions upon their movements.

Intermarriage and migration have been breaking down social taboos, that have maintained the differences between people of different origins. Language barriers are the last to be overcome, and with the coming of First Contact the technology will be distributed to overcome that problem. There is a small device that translates the spoken word, one that can easily accompany you wherever you go. Eventually you will reach a stage when even that is no longer required, as telepathic communication will become the accepted way.

There was an earlier time when telepathy was widely used, but with the descent into the lower vibrations that ability was virtually lost. Many different languages developed, and groups became isolated from each other because of it. It has served a purpose allowing uninterrupted growth with little outside influence. Now it is time to move on yet again, and become a civilization that acts and thinks in unison with each other. The doors of opportunity will open wide to a deeper understanding of the end times. It will offer a last chance to everyone who has yet to make up their minds as to their future. Freedom of choice is paramount as ever, and the options will be made quite clear.

There is not a single soul who can be considered unworthy to ascend, but unless you are prepared to lift your vibrations into the Light you cannot enter the levels that will carry you forward. The Laws of Attraction work in perfection, so that beyond the Earth it is a limiting factor as to where you can go. This is why there is two distinct realities emerging that will carry people onwards after this cycle of duality ends. No one will be without understanding of these times before the final choice has to be made.

The awakening process is something you attract to yourself, even if you are not consciously aware of it. It has worked this way all through your life, and it is why you always seem to gravitate towards those people and situations that harmonies with you. It does not mean that you will always like it, as you are creating your own circumstances all of the time. This has been the message all along, so that you can become aware of your power to create your own reality. It occurs on an individual level or as a complete civilization, and the resultant effect determines the level of Human consciousness. Because of the Lightworkers it is growing, and has reached a stage where its power is irreversible and is fast approaching critical mass.

Dear Ones, you are in the time of change which is causing the chaos and loss of direction. It is part of the cleansing away of the old regime that is breaking up. It no longer serves the higher purpose of those who aspire to evolve into the Light, and it must therefore be removed. Look beyond the daily happenings, and see that matters are gradually falling into place that herald the start of a new Humanity based on peace and love for each other. The dark have had their day and almost finished as their influence wanes. The Light permeates every corner of the world, and you will notice that unrest is not confined to the West. The energy being created is the bedrock for the changes you seek, as out of all the activity will come the results you pray for.

We of the Galactic Federation as always see the whole picture very clearly. More importantly for you we are authorized to prevent certain activities of the dark from succeeding. We monitor all that is happening upon Earth, and indeed all that is planned by the dark forces. Their hands are tied so that no longer can they use might and power to control you. Their ability to cause death and destruction has been curtailed until such time as they are finally removed. They look to impose total control over you on a global scale, but that will not be allowed. Have no fear, as we are a presence to be reckoned with, even if you do not hear a great deal about our activities.

Fear is still the greatest enemy of the Light, and you would do well to keep that in mind as the dark try to extend their draconian powers. It calls for brave men and woman to stand up for the truth, and galvanize opposition against them. The power of the people is critical in such times, and know that however many laws are created they cannot take your rights away from you. We see the Light ever increasing and that is the assurance of victory for both of us. Also remember that you are here on Earth at this time, because you desired to participate in the end times. It will be a fitting end to duality and a unique event because it is your opportunity to leave it permanently behind.

There is a time coming very soon when we will have openly landed upon Earth. You will have been prepared for that great reunion which we eagerly await, one that shall finally put an end to the old ways of living. You will be quickly transformed into the first stages of a Galactic society, until all undesirable aspects of old Earth are cleared away or transformed. This will all be in preparation for your final upliftment into the higher dimensions. The joy and happiness will know no bounds, and a freedom experienced that has not existed upon Earth since the great spiritual heights of Atlantis and Lemuria.

We are you, and who better to make that link with your future selves – we know what you desire and will ensure that the Plan for Man is fulfilled. You are to move fully into the Love and Light, and Ascension is the manner in which it shall be done. The Circle of Blessings Meditation is a visualization of peace on earth. It is an opportunity to open our mind's eye to see humanity moving upward in its evolution, with peace and unconditional love and understanding between nations, races, communities, religions and individuals being the result.

Done daily, this meditation is very effective in increasing the peace and love in our own hearts and then spreading those vibrations of peace and love outward to the farthest reaches of the Cosmos. Peace will never be attained by war, nor can we reach love by following the pathway of hatred. Like attracts like. When we send forth love and peace, it is love and peace that returns to us.

Whatever our minds, intent and focus is directed to, we attract back to us. This is one of the ways we create our own realities, and it is one of the ways that together we create our world. By choosing to focus our attention on peace and well-being across our planet, we draw peace and well-being to us and as we join together, one by one focusing upon the good we would wish for this world, our vibration grows stronger and stronger until it resonates outward to blanket the entire world. And that which we have thought in our minds and felt in our hearts becomes a planetary reality.

Daily we hear reports that make it seem humanity is spiraling downward toward self-destruction. Reports of war and crime, hunger and atrocities come at us from a thousand different sources. We can either choose to feel weighted down by these forecasts of gloom and doom or we can recognize them as a call for us to return to blessing. We can see them as a time for each and everyone of us to offer unconditional love and support to one another and to our world. The Circle of Blessing meditation is an effective way of doing that.
Best practiced sitting with eyes closed, the Circle of Blessings meditation may be prefaced by a moment of silent prayer or by mentally drawing light to fill and surround you. This is your choice.

Like all meditations, it is most effective when it follows three to five minutes — or more — of meditative breathing such as the Blessing Breather.

Some of us are more visual than others. That is, we are able to clearly "see things" with our mind's eye, while others are more inclined to simply think, the focus of their imagining formed by words and thoughts rather than by images. Either way is perfect.

This meditation may be practiced any time and any where. Sitting down is not mandatory. nor is listening to the guided Circle of Blessing Meditation you will find here. To step into the Circle, all you need do is bring to mind the ideal whenever you can, letting it sink into your heart and radiate outward as your own attitude of love and peace and goodwill for all.

The words to the meditation:

Take a deep breath now, and as you feel the air entering and filling your lungs, imagine that it is the shimmering white light of blessing. Mentally affirm, "I am so blessed." Hold the breath in your lungs for as long as you can, and as it releases, imagine this light spreading foward to touch and bless others. Mentally affirm, "I am a blessing."

Now imagine that you are stepping forward to join a growing circle of like-minded others who have gathered for the purpose of blessing our planet and all it's inhabitants. Imagine now that you feel each of your hands being gently clasped by the person standing on either side of you. As you join hands with those around you, realize that the circle is becoming an unbroken ring of blessing surrounding the entire world.

As you stand in this ring of blessing and look inside the circle, you see the entire planet there before you. imagine that a little golden bits of light, like snowflakes, are now gently falling to earth to softly blanket the entire planet and all it inhabitants in peace and love. Imagine people everywhere looking up to see these bits of light falling upon them. People the world over are smiling, laughing and joyous as these tiny bits of light float gently down from the heavens. Watch as some catch flakes of light in their hands and gleefully laugh, eager to share this light with those around them. Watch others grow blissfully quiet and reverent as the light falls upon them. This is a magical moment as you watch this light blanket the world. Feel the peace and love and healing it brings, as all over the world people begin to extend mutual love and affinity to one another. People of every society, of every race, of every religion, all reaching out to one another in genuine love and respect. This is the beginning of peace on earth.

Peace has come. Love has come. Joy has come. Feel it in your heart now. Breathe it in. Breathe it out.
Now gently let go of the hands holding yours. The Circle of Blessing has been established. It is done. All is well. And so it is.
