1) SUMMARY

One of the most difficult shifts in perception to make, and clearly the most central one we all need to achieve, is realizing our True Nature as creations of the Almighty Creator of all universes. This shift in perception can be grasped through incremental appraisal of just Who we are, why we are here and what our ultimate Destiny is, but it can really happen only when we let go of all pretense of knowing and understanding something, anything about us, and simply accepting to feel/sense ourselves as One Indivisible Whole whose entire expression can never be fully manifested through any single entity, but whose real nature and unfathomable potency can be experienced through each and every one of our waking and sleeping moments. As we gradually worked our way toward Unity Consciousness and healing/balancing of our polarities through some of the previous global meditation themes, we may have touched on this essential conundrum of Life's experience through a fragmented sense of self, most entirely disconnected from any inner knowledge of just Who We Are.

Like the eye that cannot see itself, we are almost unable by design, and because of the enticing attractions of the seeming reality created through our 5 senses and through the disempowering mass hypnosis that human cultures are so good at creating, to see ourselves as the perfect expression and virtual extension of the Universal Creator that we each are. Yet, despite all that makes it so hard to disengage from the fallacy of limitations of any kind and to rise above the numbing routine of our day to day struggle to "make a living" in the crushing social and cultural matrix we accept as our prison, it is possible, if only for some fleeting but utterly blissful moments, to go beyond all restrictive self-perceptions and just Be Who We Are. Perhaps the first step in attaining this state of Omniversal Oneness is to simply open our heart and mind to the possibility that we each are far more than what we have been led to believe. Allowing ourselves to express without any doubt nor hesitation the thought "I Am God", or some similar expression of the Absolute, and letting grow within us the remembrance and echoes of all that we have experienced and known before, can be a stepping stone to access to this Place of Bliss where we truly understand the meaning of the realization that "There is nothing to do but to be."

So to give your Self an opportunity to exponentially realize the utterly amazing fact that you and the Almighty are One, participate to this proposed globally synchronized Meditation Focus this Sunday and the next three Sundays, joining through the power of shared emotions and thoughts the common vessel of Oneness as we will all let go of any sense of limitation, accept our divine nature and enter the Sphere of Bliss that permanently encompasses all those who made the conscious decision to Be All That Is. In so doing and being, we will create an unstoppable Force for Good, Peace, Love and Harmony that will render harmless any plan devised to create disunity, hatred and war, and we will contribute to create a New Shining Reality on Earth, for the Highest Good of All.

"There’s only what you choose, and how you can have it. If you choose peace and joy and love, you won’t get much of it through what you’re doing. If you choose happiness and contentment, you’ll find little of that on the path of doingness. If you choose reunion with God, supreme knowing, deep understanding, endless compassion, total awareness, absolute fulfillment, you won’t achieve much of that out of what you’re doing. Doing is a function of the body. Being is a function of the soul. The body is always doing something. Every minute of every day it’s up to something. It never stops, it never rests, it’s constantly doing something. The soul is forever being. It is being what it is being, regardless of what the body is doing, not because of what it’s doing. If you think your life is about doingness, you do not understand what you are about. Your soul is Me, and it knows it. What it is doing, is trying to experience that. And what it is remembering is that the best way to have this experience is by not doing anything. There is nothing to do but to be."

- Taken from "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch

"Our most powerful contribution to world healing and evolution at any time is simply who we are and the natural state of being we generally resonate to. "There is nothing to do but to BE". When we are in the "doing" mode, it is mostly the ego that is trying to drive the game, whereas when we are in the "being" mode, it is mainly the inner Divine soul that is radiating its all-encompassing frequency of Love which naturally soothes and heals everything and guides us onto the best path of action, the ideal wording and the optimal thinking and feeling."

- Amanumenoum -- Taken from http://www.earthrainbownetwork.com/

"Be the change you want to see in the world."

- Mahatma Gandhi

"It nearly is always the long term, more arduous path that offers the best chances of success, provided its premises, definition and implementation are not merely in response/reaction to what is currently wrong but incorporate a significant measure of intuitive, soul-prompted, almost visionary inspiration - what is often called the "vision thing" - coming from the higher aspects of the immortal being we all are. Often the individual working through such an intuitively-driven approach to problem-solving will not readily have a clear picture in mind of where all the pieces fits, where the needed assistance is going to come from and how the means to implement the guiding vision will be found. Yet the ultimate success of such a long term endeavor for a better world for all Life rests with a peculiar kind of inner trust - some would call it faith - from which the awakened initiate will spontaneously "know/sense" when an intuition is right on and in perfectly synch with the Greater Plan of the Universal One Who masterfully directs the Grand Symphony of Life based on the perfect, all-encompassing music-soul score we all co-create as we go. And as long as one feels his/her way ahead, one step at a time, in co-creative reliance onto the inner guidance and in one's own unique abilities to manifest whatever is necessary in due time, then everything will turn out all right at the "end" of this cycle of earthly experiences. In short, what I mean is if we think like a soul, instead of just as a limited human being, then we will most simply *be* in perfect synchronicity, in every unfolding moment, with what is to be done, said, written and ultimately accomplished without have really to be in the "do-this-do-that" rush, rush, anxiety-driven mode presiding over the actions of so many humans disconnected from their divine unity with All That Is. Or said otherwise "There is nothing to do but to be."

The Meaning of Life in 700 words

by Story Waters - Updated April 19, 2007

You are amazing. You are the creation of yourself. You are that which creates. You are the choice to experience existence – beingness. The only limit to what you can be is your self-belief and your imagination. To be born into this reality is to enter a wonderful, shared illusion that grants you complete free-will in the creation of your own personal reality; this is your creatorship. Within the illusion we believe that we are looking at a separate, objective world where we experience self and other; beneath this apparent separation we are unified; we are one.

Reality is a mirror of your being. You are creation exploring itself in a space-time mirror. Through what you choose to believe you create your reality. You change your reality by changing your beliefs about both it and yourself. The eyes with which you look actually shape what you see (this is now shown in quantum physics). Perception is not passive; it is an act of creation. Your choice of perception forms not only how you experience yourself, but your entire reality. Awakening to your creatorship leads your experience of reality to become more fluid and direct. This is to enter conscious creatorship where what you desire is quickly manifest.

The key to conscious creatorship is the allowance of change; the birthing of the unknown into the known. The basis of allowance is acceptance. To change your reality you must first accept it. As long as you reject what you do not like about your reality you are in denial of your creatorship, leaving you feeling stuck. To accept that you are choosing your reality, release attachment to any preconception of how life should be and instead love what is. This comes through the taking of complete responsibility for every element of your reality. This is to love your choice. It is to love yourself. You are the choice of yourself.

Release your fear. Fear is fear of the unknown, fear of being limitless. Fear creates limitation. There is a natural, beautiful unfolding to life that can only arise when you let go of the control that arises through fear. To face your fear is to allow yourself to be vulnerable and put down the shields you have used to protect yourself. All shields are a representation of a belief in danger and therefore lead you to the very danger you want them to protect you from. Whilst you are barricaded behind shields (fear) you will never truly feel safe. All that blocks you in life is the manifestation of your fear. The discovery of freedom is the realization that the only force pushing against you is you. You hold the key to any cage you may be in. To cease to judge and control your own being is to release struggle and enter joyful, effortless creation.

You are awakening to your creatorship and the nature of the illusion. This is a natural process and requires no more than fearlessly being yourself. This means opening and following your heart. This is your freedom: believe whatever your heart feels to believe. This is to live in the Now. It is to awaken to the equality of all beingness and release judgment of both yourself and the world. Ever changing truth is the reflection of the ever unfolding birth of beingness that is life. In this state there is no such thing as ‘The Truth’. There is no need of an answer for there is no problem. Just be. There are no limits to what you can be; you are infinite. The joy of this life arises through completely allowing your own being.

Within your heart is a dream. The meaning of life is to live that dream. You can only live that dream if you believe you can. Believe in your dream. You are free to be whatever it is you wish to be. You are an embodiment of all creation. The answer to every question you can conceive is within you, for you are both the creator and perceiver of all you experience. Allow your beingness to blossom without limitation or control and you will experience the limitless love and freedom that you are.

Love Is Awake

“At the heart of awakening is love, the Love That Is Awake. To experience this universal, unconditional, unrestrained, awakened love is to feel a living energy whose only volition is to empower you to be All That You Are. It is felt as a gentle uplifting motion towards complete freedom of being, moving with you to best support you in whatever you choose to do. It is the realization of your limitlessness made manifest in the unfolding of your journey to where you want to be.

This feeling, this joy, is what you are. It is the energy beneath all of your layers of definition, your cloaks, your disguises. Underneath your fascinating stories, your linear time, and your physicality, is the freedom of what you are, your limitless being, your Godhood, the Love That Is Awake. To experience this love is to realize that there is nothing that you need to do except let go and enjoy the journey that awakened love carries you on. It unleashes the knowing that life is awake to All That You Are and will take you to where you want to be. Love That Is Awake will empower you to be whatever you want to be. It is the solution to any problem, the key to any cage, the fuel to any engine. It is that which utterly and sublimely affirms and accepts your being. It is to know that you are God. To know you are God is to know you are love. To know you are love is to be awake to love. It is to be awakened love, Love That Is Awake.

To be awake is to live in the conscious realization that this Love That Is Awake is not separate from you in any way. It is not a destination to which you must travel. It is not a secret that you must discover. It is not a reward that you must earn. There is no must. The Love That Is Awake is you; it is life, the seed of your very beingness, the limitless energy field from which you create your reality in each and every moment. Being awake is a complete opening of the self to All That Is. You are love. You are awakening. You are awakening to what love is. The love that you are is awakening to itself within your beingness. You are awakening to the realization that All That You Are is love and now your love is awake. You are a unique, self-aware, self- determining expression of the Love That Is Awake. To touch this state of beingness is to experience the unity of all life. You are it and it is you. You are one. You are the Love That Is Awake.”

You Are God. Get Over It!

Unfolding 29 - 'Clarity'

Discernment is the clarity of choosing from your heart. All choices that flow with clarity from the heart are in harmony with not only your personal unfolding, but also the unfolding of the world. The mind tells us that this is not possible, that we as individuals must at times want things that the world does not. This is logic, and is founded on the idea that we are separate from each other. A unified diversity is the realization of the intimate fusion of the unity of the whole with its expression of diversity. It is the realization into being of each individual choice fitting perfectly with the whole. (…)

Love and respect the world by letting it choose for itself. To do this is to free yourself from your own control, as when you are trying to control others that energy is reflected back and experienced in your own reality. To control others is to live within a personal reality that is defined by control. To love and respect the world is to live within the energy of love and respect within your own personal reality. The foundation of bringing love to the world starts with loving yourself. Choosing what feels best for you, from your heart, is simultaneously the most selfish and selfless thing you can do. It is to see the illusion of the polarity of selfish-selfless as being a mechanism of control and limitation. To release it is to see through the judgment of self-indulgence. (…)
Beliefs are rarely clear cut. They usually reflect many fragments of experience that may conflict with each other. The motion of the unfolding is to clarify this fragmentation. This clarification occurs through the choices that unfold before you. Many of your choices are symbolic representations of your fragmented beliefs. For example, one experience may have told you that being in love is wonderful, whilst another told you that love was the route to pain. This creates a fragmented belief about being in love. Eventually this will manifest as a choice, with one option symbolizing the choice to see being in love as pleasurable, and the other choice as painful. Whatever perspective you then choose represents the clarification of your belief about being in love. Regardless of how you choose, the fragmentation is resolved.

What is seen here is that clarity does not mean to see through to some transcendent, universal truth; it means to see clearly what you believe. There is no right or wrong to what you believe. The existence of right and wrong itself is simply a belief. To awaken is to come to clearly know what your beliefs are. This is to be consciously aware of the stage from which you create. Your perception of reality can be used as a gauge of this. You are seeing clearly when you experience your reality as a reflection of your beliefs. Clarity is to see reality without judgment or preconception. Your vision may be clouded, but if you see it is clouded then you are seeing clearly. Clarity is not a definition of truth; it is to see yourself clearly as you are – without the distortion of fear. It flows from allowance, as it is only when you look without trying to control what you see that you see clearly. (…)

Bring clarity into your life by looking at your choices as statements of belief. Look at what your actions convey about what you believe. Look at any judgments you may have about what you are not choosing. When you let go of seeing choices as right and wrong, you will come to see that all options are equally valid; they simply represent different flavors that you can choose to taste. This is to be choosing with complete freedom. (…)

When you feel your heart leading you to move in a particular direction you are feeling your Godself. As you come to allow yourself to live by this feeling of inner guidance your growing trust in it will make it ever clearer. The more you come to live by your heart the easier it becomes. You are birthing the realization of your unity with your Godself. Living by your heart will take you through your unfolding in the most joyful of ways. Coming to live by this feeling is the realization of joy. To follow your heart is to love yourself.

Instincts - Primary Perceptions

Have you ever wondered about our instinctual response to life processes and events? There are times when we no longer function under the rational logic of the cognitive brain, but rather we respond intuitively relying upon the instincts encoded within our body. Famous athletes are an example. How would you respond to a baseball coming towards you at over 100 mph? Or remember the great musicians. For a pianist cognitive thought dissolves as their fingers instinctively respond to the musical score. Then there are the deep and difficult to remove memories stored in the bodies of abused children or soldiers who return from the horrors of war. I am working with a martial arts teacher and am amazed at how our bodies can be trained to instinctively react to repel an attack - there is no time to "think." One appears to be training a survival technique based in antiquity.

Are we observing the original way that life had of knowing and surviving? Could this be how the simplest form of life responded to a threat? The process of life started when the first living system, the cell, appeared about 3.5 billion years ago. It was about a half billion years ago before the first multi-cellular organisms appeared on earth. However, it was only in the last few million years that human beings appeared. The human body can be considered a community of cells - about 100 trillion, with 200 different types, that need to live in harmony. To accomplish this feat a very effective cellular communication process essential to the survival of these more complex life forms must have evolved.

What evidence do we have today that cells can join together, form cellular communities, communicate and share their awareness and thereby become more adept at survival? An amoeba named Dictyostelium, a single cell organism that feeds upon bacteria, provides an interesting example of how individual cells can cooperate. When these amoeba are under stress due to food shortage, about 100,000 individual cells form a mound about the size of a grain of sand. The mound then begins to act as if it were an organism and develops into something like a crawling slug form. The slug now goes through another change - the back end catches up with the tip, and the slug turns into a blob. The blob then grows into a slender stalk carrying spores. Later these spores split open and free the individual amoeba to start their life process anew.

Cells may have a survival instinct but is there such a thing as a cellular memory? The medical profession is becoming increasingly aware that the cellular structure of transplanted organs carry with them a memory content to a degree never before considered possible. After heart implants, food and music likes and dislikes sometimes change dramatically, a persons behavior such as their approach to sexual activities can suddenly be modified, and recipients occasionally even use words they never spoke before.

If cells have a memory and can communicate, can the effects of this biocommunication between cells be detected by instruments? For almost 40 years one researcher, Cleve Backster, has pursued this question. Cleve had become an expert with the use of lie detectors. He was Director of the Keeler Polygraph Institute and worked for the CIA on interrogation tactics. In 1966 he attached a plant to a polygraph. The polygraph recording pen moved rapidly to the top of the chart when Cleve's thought and intention was "to burn the leaf." As a result of this intriguing response, Cleve became obsessed with a desire to understand the cellular communication process which he called primary perception. Studies were done on various plants; brine shrimp; non-fertile chicken eggs; E. Coli bacteria; bacteria present in plain yogurt; bacteria from an aquarium; in vitro animal cells; in vitro human white blood cells (oral leukocytes); human spermatozoa; and human whole blood. The instrumentation used was primarily the GSR (skin conductance) component of the polygraph, but later included electro-encephalograph (EEG) and electro-cardiograph (EKG). Distance seemed to impose no limitations to communication between cells. For example, Dr. Brian O'Leary, a NASA scientist-astronaut, conducted successful experiments with Cleve both in the laboratory and over distances of 350 miles away using his own donated white blood cells. Also, the use of electromagnetic shielding in experiments produced no deterring effects upon results implying a non-local process.

Cleve Backster's research has been replicated, but others have failed in their attempts at replication and disparage his work. Cleve believes there exists a strong propensity for an "experimenter effect" in this type of research. The connection or bond between the experimenter and the life form being monitored must be eliminated. This is the reason that Cleve eventually used automated experiments. In addition, his research clearly indicates the importance of spontaneity and sincere intention. Both plants and human cells appear to discriminate between a thought that you do not really mean and a thought that is "for real." Thus, what appears to be occurring in Cleve's experiments is a communication between one's thoughts and one's cells regardless of where the cells are located - an instantaneous non-local linkage.

In quantum physics non-local "communication" requires two identical particles that were once together to be separated. Is their any data supportive of the existence of non-local connections between humans? In nearly all cases, the development of a multicellular organism begins with a single cell - the fertilized egg. Identical twins result for the splitting of a single egg. Now imagine identical twins separated at birth who meet each other years later. Since they have identical DNA one would expect that their physical characteristics like height and weight would be quite similar. However, although they were never in contact over the years and experienced different environmental conditions, researchers found that frequently habits like smoking, drinking, nail biting, the way they laugh, their gestures and mannerisms were also identical. Even their religious attitudes, their choice of jobs, and creative activities were often identical.

The model that Dr. Bob Shackeltt, Dr. Dean Brown and I put forth predicts that all cells are linked to a non-local spaceless-timeless continuum that we have called the Absolute. The cells therefore can access the wisdom of the interconnected web of the whole. Since you can not deceive the all-knowing Absolute, your cells and those of a plant "intuitively" perceive when your intent is not sincere. This "primary perception" and instinctive knowing of the cells in your body is the reason it's important for healing to use visualization and sincerely "talk" to your body. It is also why you say "thank you," since you are interacting with the Absolute - some would say God.

"Years after he had made this discovery - and after he became a great fan of Star Wars - he would think of this moment as one in which his plants picked up a major disturbance in the Force, and he had discovered a means of measuring it. If plants could register the death of an organism three doors away, it must mean that all life forms were exquisitely in tune with each other. Living things must be registering and passing telepathic information back and forth at every moment, particularly at moments of threat or death."

Reality Shifts

by Cynthia Sue Larson - April 26, 2006

Preface

Reality is shifting all around us in this everyday, ordinary life. We most commonly notice reality shifts when we set something down and it vanishes, or reappears somewhere very different from where we know we left it. Reality shifts are physically observable changes which occur without any direct physical intervention. The more attention we pay to the idea that reality shifts, the more reality shifts.

We live in an incredibly dynamic universe that gives us what we wish for, like a waking dream. Reality is fluid, occasionally discontinuous, and fully responsive to our thoughts and feelings. Scientific studies have shown that our wishes and thoughts do not come only from our brains, but from every cell in our bodies. We attract to us what we most focus our attention on, and the better our wishes are aligned, the better we can notice how the universe responds to our every question and thought.

Our thoughts and feelings seem to shift reality to create the coincidences that make our lives exciting and rewarding, and our wishes and prayers come true. Even our own bodies are capable of miraculous transformation, as I've found by participating in healing myself and others. We really do have the power to change reality with our thoughts and feelings, and to see our dreams come true. We can heal ourselves and others and even the things we love in the world. In each moment of life, we can choose to enjoy our lives by opening our minds and hearts to feel the incredible energy of pure Love right now and let go of feelings of anger about the past and worry about the future. There is a great abundance of love, joy, inspiration and prosperity in this universe, and it is freely available to us all.

I have witnessed some amazing reality shifts. I saw magazines transport themselves. I saw bruises vanish from my left hand as I looked at it. I saw a previously dead cat walking around in my backyard, very much alive. These experiences are exhilarating and awe-inspiring for me.

I love to share reality shift experiences with my friends and family... such as the time two friends and I noticed a sun dial statue appear out of nowhere at the Marina one day looking as if it had been there for many years, or the time my daughter pointed out an illustration in a book I read every day to her was completely different. I've taken my husband's coat out of the laundry to find that it's fabric was changed! I've also seen car keys materialize out of thin air just under a friend's hands, as we wondered how to get into his locked car when we couldn't find the keys.

I've talked to total strangers about reality shifts while waiting in movie or grocery lines, and I've found that almost everyone I talk to has witnessed reality shift, and wants to know what's going on. Most people I've talked to have experienced situations where objects inexplicably vanish or relocate, and they are eager to hear more stories of shifting reality as well as some explanation for why reality shifts. The tremendous interest in this subject has given me the impetus and support to summarize my own experiences with reality shifts, and to investigate why and how reality shifts.

I hope these reality shift stories spark a sense of recognition for you, so you may increase your awareness of reality shifts, validate your own reality shift experiences, and be reassured that reality shifts are a natural part of life. This book may be considered a how-to guide for those eager to explore the changing nature of reality, while others may prefer to read and contemplate the significance of reality shift stories. This book embodies a unique synthesis of physical phenomena, spirituality, and personal development, because I believe that ultimately the greatest practical application for shifting reality is in changing oneself.

The "BIGGER PICTURE" Web Site

PAUL VON WARD

Interdisciplinary Cosmologist and Independent Scholar

Most personal and inter-group conflicts result from belief systems that keep us from seeing the "bigger picture". When individuals and groups assert their version of reality is The Only Truth they are more likely to attack or bully another.

When protagonists (two parts of oneself, two individuals, or two groups) will destroy themselves rather than admit to possible fallacies in their thinking, the results are breakdowns in personalities, political parties, governments, and civilizations.

The violent chaos in the present global society exists because belief systems (worldviews) in most institutions have reached a dead-end:

Scientists avoid dealing with anomalous aspects of human experience and nature.
The religious fear to examine the origins of their own beliefs.
Educators indoctrinate instead of helping students to become self-learners.
Institutions defend their beliefs and authority with arrogance.

All these groups, and the rest of us, know that if we entertain the notion that some of our assumptions have been wrong, we will be faced with the moral imperative to embrace new facts. We know that new evidence would challenge us "to change or refuse to change" the way we live. We fear dealing with such uncertainty.

Wars of all kinds (military, political, cultural, economic, and personal) generally result from one of two reasons: Either the party initiating the conflict wants to impose his "worldview" on the "enemy" or believes the "enemy" is attempting to force his "worldview" on him. Unfortunately, in every area of life, with the narrow exception of purely physical science, most people today have essentially closed off new areas of research, with minds fixed on models of realilty from the 18th and 19th centuries.

This site promotes escape routes from the 21st-century cul de sac in which human self-development finds itself:

(1) An interdisciplinary cosmology that includes all areas of human experience.
(2) A societal awakening to the full range of human capacities, including subtle senses.
(3) A re-examination of our religious, scientific, and philosophical views about nature.
(4) Public dialogues about the basic assumptions that underlie our belief systems.

Paul believes the expansion of human consciousness requires that we humans see ourselves as self-learning organisms - intellectually, ethically, and morally independent of more advanced beings. He believes the result will be a new Homo sapiens worldview based on self-responsibility - where we test the evidence for ourselves and become fully accountable for the consequences of our choices.

Paul intends this site to challenge himself and others to consider nonconventional versions of the basic existential questions all beings ask when they become self-aware:

1 What do I really know about the origins of life and the birth of my species?
2 Does my life experience to-date suggest that it serves a larger purpose?
3 What are my assumptions about reality beyond my physical senses?
4 What do I believe about the existence of nonhuman conscious beings?
5 If they exist, how do their lives relate to my own?
6 If the universe has multiple dimensions, do they affect my life?
