Special Equinox Meditation Focus


Hello,

The following two suggested meditations for the coming equinox on March 20 — one, the Solar Wave, to be done preferably at sunrise, the other one, the Golden Water Activation meditation, to be done preferably at 8 p.m., local time — will evoke an inner resonance within many people and are inspiring formats through which a global unification of souls, in common purpose for the Highest Good of All, can be furthered.

The Solar Wave was an idea born in 1990 while on a pilgrimage to Palenque Mexico. In an amazing overnight stay in the Temple of the Sun, I was taught, or better yet down loaded with a vision. I was shown an energy that was coming to the planet. It was going to come in energy waves in multiplying voltage. Today, 15 years after the initial vision, the waves are getting too big to ignore. I have been watching the effects that these waves have on Humanity and our Planet. It is effecting us on all levels: Body, Mind and Spirit. Our bodies are evolving faster causing weird symptoms. Our minds are flooded with this energy making us feel overloaded. Our spirits are searching for something that we can not yet see.

We can use this energy to manifest just about anything we desire. The bigger the wave, or intensity of voltage, the easier and quicker it is for us to manifest. I'm sure you have noticed that the time between desire and manifesting has shrunk considerably. You have to watch out for that instant Karma! There is not much time between Cause and Effect.

Another way this energy affects us is that it's sort of a form of universal justice. It puts things right that are out of sync with the natural universe. It clears out anything that is not in alignment with the a divine plan. We are beginning to see the effects of the earth setting things right. We are seeing an increase of solar flares, earthquakes, tsunamis and strange weather patterns.

We are also experiencing unusual physical symptoms. Just in the last couple of months, we have been seeing a shift of sleeping patterns (like our internal clock is off); deep exhaustion or lethargy; feeling a deep inner sadness; extreme allergies; loss of appetite; mild nausea; a feeling like the ocean washing back and forth inside; feeling faint or dizzy; a feeling of drowning; increasing gravity; increased feeling of stress; unusual women's cycles. The list goes on and on, and the symptoms are getting more pronounced. This is not a time to go into fear. It is a time to take action! The more we merge and assimilate this creative power, the more we have control over it. The Star Elders say that we live in an age of prophecy. An age during which humanity has the opportunity to re-awaken to timeless inter-dependent relationship with the cosmos. Without a doubt, we are here at this special time to help fulfill an awesome and delicately orchestrated plan to align Earth with the cosmos and humanity with the universal heart. We are here to awaken to the full potential of being authentic human beings.

Over the last 11 years, I've encouraged people all over the world to join in on the Solar Wave. Every year I feel encouraged to continue on with this, but this year it seems even more appropriate and important. It is clear that the earth is telling us that we are out of balance. The earth is asking us for our help. With our new heightened manifesting abilities, we can NOW do something about it. We can anchor balance, peace, harmony, love, truth, and integrity… and all positive intent by living these qualities in each moment. We can magnify these intents one thousand times if we use powerful balanced energy of an equinox.

Many ancient traditions of the world marked the EQUINOX as a powerful time for manifesting dreams and visions in the future. From the pyramids in Egypt and Mexico, to the stone circles in England, to the solar markers in the Native northwest, this time was revered as a powerful and transformative time. We have an awesome opportunity to make even a more profound difference this coming equinox. On equinox, the Earth and Sun are in perfect balance and harmony, as the sun is centered between the Northern and Southern hemispheres, and centered between earth and sky. This creates a sacred cross of balancing energy that naturally harmonizes the planet and humanity. If we consciously work with this energy in a balanced harmonious way, we have a great opportunity to affect even deeper and positive changes on this planet.

Adams from Australia had received an almost identical meditation from Master Germain back in 1991 which he called the Global Marine Meditation. I am once again reminded of 1998 when I was initially inspired with the words to the Golden Water Activation. (It was originally called the Global Cetacean Meditation.) I had been contemplating the right course of action concerning the U.S. military's use of LFAS and their negative impact on dolphins and whales. LFAS means Low Frequency Active Sonar. Dr. Marcia Green, an extraordinary woman who researches cetacean behavior, told me all about LFAS over dinner one evening many years prior. Getting to know Dr. Green was delightful. Hearing about LFAS caused me to lose my appetite.

So another large group of dolphins have beached themselves. Many have died. Many believe it is because of LFAS.

How many times will this issue return to haunt me? Wasn't I writing articles for environmental magazines years ago about this same thing? I don't think there has ever been an issue that has disturbed me so. Like many people on the planet right now, part of me is dolphin. Part of me is whale. Much of what we all are is water. Orcas are my true family. An aspect of my consciousness is with them always.

So here is this darn issue again. What are we to do with it? I can't remember anything that has taken me on such an emotional rollercoaster or forced me to look at something from so many perspectives. And I always end up with more questions than answers. I don't have your answers. Only you have the answers that are right for you in this moment. And you will probably find that as you continue to grow and evolve, your answers will change. I will share with you only a few of the thoughts that LFAS have inspired within me over the years:

What right does anyone have to cause harm to another? We are each here to remember the truth of who we are and to learn to allow. But I fundamentally believe that we should not consciously harm another. We harm ourselves all too often with our limited and self destructive beliefs and criticisms.

Cetaceans (dolphins and whales) are actually more evolved than we are. When you tap into their consciousness, you can heal and learn a great deal. And even if they physically no longer exist on our planet - which the continued use of LFAS will cause to happen - you can still tap into their consciousness. Are we to lose their beautiful, powerful, and loving physical presence forever? I certainly hope not.

What is the grand plan? Are we to allow the Bush administration, the U.S. military in its arrogance and Roman like conquering ways, individuals and corporations driven by ego and greed, to completely destroy our planet as we sit idly by? Is that also what it means to allow? Or are we to take action when individuals, groups, other beings such as dolphins or whales or a particular species of ant, the rain forest, the ocean, etc. are being destroyed?

And what happens if all the dolphins and whales physically leave the planet? Who will sing the whale songs, continuously stabilizing and balancing the grids in the deep ocean? Who will swim the great spiral causing the energetic vortex near Bali each year? What is its purpose? And what will happen to our planet when the vortex is no longer created? What happens when the only species that doesn't fight over females or territory is no longer here? Will there be a blueprint in place for humans to evolve into? Or will we be forever stuck in our barbaric ways - forever fearful, forever at war, forever hating those unlike ourselves? Will our species ever know peace or joy? Will we ever learn how to divinely love ourselves and others?

And what about victimhood? Is the idea correct that there are never victims, that we draw to ourselves our experience because of our limited beliefs and fears? Or is that only true of humans because we are the ones that have the ability to have fears and beliefs? Tigers kill their prey because they are hungry. And they never kill more than they need to eat. And sometimes they go hungry. And they probably have no opinion about that. Humans, on the other hand, have an opinion that having dinner is good and not having dinner is bad. We have polarized everything into good and bad, right and wrong.

And why do I care so much about cetaceans when I'll eat salmon any day of the week? Is that hypocritical? I've tried vegetarianism. It doesn't work for me. Do I love fish because of my conscious connection with cetaceans that also eat fish? I have no idea. Is it right? Is it wrong? Or is there truly such a thing as right or wrong?

And what about the idea that we are all one and that what we do to another we are actually doing to ourselves? Does that mean we can forcibly stop something and we are not interfering because we are just looking at and correcting an aspect of self?

Should we hold marches and protests, have endless talks on TV and radio, send political and financial pressure to the U.S. government?

Should we send in those who can astral project to energetically alter the programs, change the signals, and render it harmless?

Should we do some sort of energetic protection that helps the cetaceans handle the signals better? Creating harmony instead of disharmony?

The thoughts are endless and the questions never seem to end.

My son asked me this morning why I was crying. I asked the Universe to assist me in explaining such a complex issue to a six year old? I said the U.S. military has some equipment in their submarines that puts out a really loud sound and it is killing the dolphins and that makes me sad. Then he asked me why they wanted to kill the dolphins. And I said I didn't know.

There are a million theories. There are those who believe that the covert government knows exactly who the dolphins and whales are, what their level of consciousness is, that they assist humans in staying awake, enlightened, hopeful, and that if they can get rid of the cetaceans, they can better control the people.

Of course the military will tell you that in their paranoia, they must send out the signals to protect the people from hostility and silent submarines, etc. And it is O.K. to kill or harm whatever is necessary in order to protect the people. Of course they are only protecting certain people - those fortunate or unfortunate enough to be called Americans. They are killing and harming other people all the time.

What about Gandhi? He wasn't a pacifist. He refused to take up arms and he encouraged everyone else to refuse to take up arms. But he took action. They had a plan and they took actions continuously. They didn't sit back. They were active. They were active all of the time to attain a particular goal. They did it without firing a gun. But they did not sit back and watch and do nothing. They perceived that something was not right and they did something about it. It took courage. It required a definite goal and a great deal of dedication. And it was successful. Is that what we should do about war and LFAS and other similar issues?

In the Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East, when a small peaceful village was about to be attacked, a great Master stood on a balcony and radiated so much love that the enemy experienced chaos and confusion and the warriors ended up attacking each other. The people from the village then went out and helped the wounded. No one from the village was harmed.

Is that truly possible?

Can we raise our vibration to such a degree, moving beyond our own petty ideas of right and wrong, radiating the glory and magnificence of the loving Universe so strongly that those dedicated to power and manipulation over others will destroy themselves?

We all know that LOVE is the strongest force in the Universe.

George Lucas admits that the entire Star Wars Trilogy is about the redemption of Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader). In the end he kills the evil emperor saving his own son Luke. Anakin dies in the process. But love prevailed and the Universe is saved.

Is this our answer?

Can we learn to love ourselves?

Can we love our enemy? If we move beyond us and them, is there really an enemy?

Is love the answer to all our personal and worldly dilemmas?

THE WESAK FESTIVAL

The great Eastern Festival of the Buddha expresses the keynotes of wisdom and divine purpose, and follows one month after Easter at the time of the Taurus full moon.

THE CHRIST'S FESTIVAL

Monday, May 23, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. (Gemini full moon, May 23, 4:19 p.m. EDT)
(World Invocation Day will be observed worldwide on Monday, May 23)

The Festival of the Christ follows one month after Wesak at the time of the full moon of Gemini. It has the keynote of “humanity, aspiring to God” and blending many different spiritual approaches in one united act of invocation. It has been observed since 1952 as World Invocation Day.

A gigantic group meditation is going on in many different phases upon our planet. All the meditating units and reflective groups are related to each other through unity of spiritual motive; they are seeking closer cooperation and endeavoring to bring their meditation work - consciously or unconsciously - into a state of universal quiet, so that the formulation of spiritual desire can be carried successfully forward, and the reception of spiritual energies can be a united reception.

For two days prior to the full moon, on the day of the full moon itself, and for the two succeeding days (five days) endeavor at sunrise, at noon, at five o'clock p.m., and at sunset, plus the exact time of the full moon in your own land, to say the Great Invocation with the intent to invoke, precipitate and anchor in outer manifestation the waiting potencies. Do this aloud when possible, and in group formation whenever feasible. It is the focused power of unemotional thought which will bridge the present existing gap and link more closely the two worlds of spiritual activity and of human demonstration.

4. GLOBAL ASCENSION MEDITATION

Global Ascension Meditation - Monday May-16-2005 at 7 pm GMT/3 pm EDT (New York)

Now is the time to become again fully aware of our true power of creation and truly live the love and the light, the divine essence of who we really are. Only thereby we experience the ascension into light, the way back to oneness and the creation of the New Age or Heaven on Earth.

The following meditation exercise came forth as a support for the process of ascension. You can do it any time whenever you feel like it. You can do this alone or together in groups. You have all the choices available which cosmos presents to you.

To strengthen the morphic field of ascension we invite you to do this meditation together with other lightworkers worldwide on a special day at a special time. For this purpose we ask all lightworkers to join us in this meditation on

Whit Monday, the 16th of May 2005 at 7 pm GMT / 3 pm EDT (New York)

and thereby support the ascension into light and the realization of the New Age. We would be very happy if as much people as possible join us in this meditation.

The Meditation

(Everybody starts to get into the meditation in his/her own way)

We open us to the cosmic energy. With our breathing white golden divine light is flowing into us. The light is streaming in every cell of our body. We are glowing in this light and we feel safe and secure.

Then we connect with our planet, Gaia. We let the light in us stream into Earth, deep inside her and see it anchor in the crystalline core in the center of the planet.

In this light we are one with the cosmos and the earth, ONE with us and with ALL THAT IS.

We feel our breath streaming through our body. We open our heart and direct our awareness into the middle of our heart. We connect with our inner light, our inner Christ-power, the divine source in us. Love, Power and Peace is streaming through our hearts and fulfills us completely.

We ARE in our divine presence.
We ARE completely in our truth.
We ARE unconditional love.
We ARE a manifestation of the divine on earth.

(Hold the energies for one moment)

The divine power who we ARE in our heart fills our whole being. The divine power expands around us and connects with the energies of the other physical or etherical beings in this room.

The divine power is expanding - into the house, the place, the city. This power in us expands into the whole country and into the continent and unites with all other divine energies on the surface of Earth to ONE light, to ONE power, to ONE beaming grid of love and peace.

Our united divine power is streaming deep into the earth, into the crystalline core of the planet. There we anchor our energies and from there they flow back to the surface in powerful rays of light - and out into our solar system, into universe, filling all levels of the cosmos, penetrating ALL THAT IS.

Everything now is light, everything now is love, everything now is peace, in ourselves and all around us.

We are back home again, at home in god, at home in ourselves. We have come back into the oneness of creation. Back to the paradise which we once left to experience ourselves, to become human beings.

We now realize who we really are: Ascended Masters in the Consciousness of Light, divine love and universal peace.

In the consciousness of our divine presence we create the New Earth. With our light and with the power of love in ourselves, we create the presence of the divine here on earth. A world full of peace, attentiveness and compassion.

This creation is awakening now. It is awakening in us, in our hearts. And through us it will awaken in this world. Humanity knows its divine potential and is finding its true nature of human beingness. The cosmic plan, the ascension into light, completes itself.

With our consciousness we come back to the place of our physical body. We become aware once again where we are.

We take a few deep breaths and come back completely into the Here and Now. Back into our own deeply felt truth.
