Subject: Various feedbacks on some of my recent emails + HELP LAUNCH EARTH DAY 2000
Hello everyone
I've been quite busy this whole week with work here which explains my almost complete
email silence.
Still I kept receiving lots of emails including feedbacks from many of you. And as
usual I want to thank all those who shared their comments and perspective on various
subjects - some of which are included below. There are a few more things to celebrate
in this email: Ginny Rodgers sent an info on a national Bell ringing to celebrate the
Banning of Land Mines on March 1st one year after a global treaty has been signed
by almost every country on Earth - except the USA a fact not mentioned below...
And some media in the US have reported or plan reporting on some on the issues we
raised recently.
So I've put together this first email from all those comments and interestingly positive
news and info many shared with me.
And I've also prepared another big email on a much more militant tone regarding the
genetically engineered (GE) food - the so-called "Frankenfood" - which I also send
you separately, hoping you'll have some time to digest all this additional and yet
crucial information.
Also, I'll send you all shortly a special introductory letter on the Planetary Awakening
Network (formerly known as the Consciousness Network) created last year at the instigation
of Michael Lightweaver which has been revamped recently and which should be of interest to many of you.

Not too long ago, Jean asked us to think about the value or possible uses of all of
us sharing information in this email network. In my recent meditations for the healing
of the earth, I was surprised to receive a message from spirit which directed me
to narrow my focus to outcomes that are more possible. Instead of visualizing people around
the world holding hands in peace, I was advised instead to IMAGINE ALL OF US OF LIKE
MIND COMING TOGETHER TO WORK FOR THE HEALING OF THE EARTH. Upon reflection, I now
see how this is indeed our next step in the process of halting current destruction
and beginning to reverse the effects of our destructive ways. WE ARE OUR GREATEST
RESOURCE. There are enough of us concerned with these issues to make a difference,
not only in prayer and meditation, but in practical, everyday life.
It is wonderful to feel connected with people around the world, but what is the use
if we do not know persons of like mind in our own neighborhood? I am focused on creating
opportunities for us to connect and work together. To that end, I was wondering if
it would be possible to send out a list of participants in this email network organized
according to geographical region. How many of you out there live near me in Warren
County Virginia? Anyone from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia?

RING YOUR BELLS ON MARCH 1: Celebrate the Banning of Land Mines
On March 1, 1999, church bells will ring around the world to celebrate the historic
date that landmines are outlawed and to mourn the past, present and future victims.
Landmines kill and injure innocent people around the globe every hour of every day.
Millions of uncleared landmines lie dormant in the fields and alongside the roads
and footpaths of as many as 70 countries. Claiming 24,000 deaths and injuries each
year, landmines are a weapons of large-scale destruction in slow motion. That's one too
man, woman or child every 20 minutes.
THE RINGING OF CHURCH BELLS March 1, 1999 On March 1st, the day the Ottawa Treaty
goes into force, we are appealing to all churches around the world to ring their
bells in hopes of drawing attention to efforts to rid the world of landmines. The
recommended time for ringing bells is 12 noon (in your time zone). However, please feel free
to choose a longer period to different time according to preference or custom. Church
are asked to ring 2 sorts of peals on that day:
CELEBRATE THE TREATY -- Ringing the first peal will signal our rejoice in the historic
achievement of a total ban on landmines that will legally oblige countries to clear
landmines and destroy stockpiles, as well as prohibiting manufacture, trade and operational use.
REMEMBER THE PEOPLE AFFECTED -- Ringing the second peal will send the vital message
that the issue of landmines is not over. To make sense of the progress that has
been made we must send the message that the issue of landmines is as important now
as it's ever been. Just because the Treaty will go into force, does not mean the problem
goes away. The terror and danger of unexploded landmines is as real as it has ever
been. The issue cannot be over until the casualty rate has been brought to zero
and land safely restored to the people who depend upon it.

Dear Jean: Thank you for your kind note. Actually, you're not on the aspartame support
list or the Mission Possible list. I just knew you were doing something on feedback
and I thought I would send you a few case histories. I forgot if I send you the
one exposing aspartame by a former FDA Investigator who left because of corruption.
If I sent you every case history as it came in or put you on either one of the lists
you might be getting mail every couple of minutes while I'm on Internet. Remember
I said that we estimate 5 out of 7 people on aspartame already have the symptoms or some
disease. We are talking about exactly what Dr. James Bowen told the FDA 14 years
ago - mass poisoning of the American public and more than 70 countries of the world.
If I could stay awake I could answer case histoires around the clock and that doesn't
include the phone ringing every two or three minutes and mail piling ceiling high
with case histories. This is probably one of the biggest epidemics in world history.
and you have to remember all the other Mission Possible operations (around the world) are
also taking case histories.
If I really think its important I'll send it to you but will stop the case histories.
I thought I had just sent you a few and I guess it is considered a few compared
to what we get in. They come in every minute of the day. Even if I had 10 secretaries
I couldn't keep up with this world plague.
I also want to thank you for the email address of the other contacts. An attorney
is very very complimentary of your writing. When I told him I had to write something
else he said: "Let Jean Hudon see it first - he is an incredible writer." I thought
that was so very nice. And he told several other people the same thing about your writing.
I am grateful for all the help you have given us and it has saved thousands of lives
the world over. They keep calling and even doctors are getting the original Nancy Markle post still in hospitals. One ran to a patient who had been there for 4 weeks
undiagnosed and said: "Are you on diet drinks??!!!!" The doctors had a meeting,
stop the dietitians from giving the patient more aspartame, and said they were taking
this very seirously. In the meantime, this lady half dead, is getting well.

Hello Jean,
I would like to make a comment about the Makah.
They will respond to Love coming from the heart. They are Native Americans, and
so they will understand Love coming from the heart, and they will respond in a positive
manner.
The Makah will not respond to negativity. They will close their hearts, as they
have done often in the past, and they will respond to nothing. They will turn away
all suggestions.
And so, my suggestion is to ask the people to send PEACE, LOVE, and LIGHT to the
Makah, with the desire within THEIR hearts that the Makah will come to an understanding
that the whales are their brothers, as the whales are ours, and one should not kill a brother.
In the past, the Makah killed the whale for shelter and food. This was necessary,
and their brothers the whales understood this and gave their lives in Love so that
the Makah could themselves live.
Now, there is no need to kill the whale for shelter and food. Therefore, the killing
should not go forward. It breaks the Law.
Send PEACE, LOVE AND LIGHT to the Makah with the prayer that the Makah will come
to the understanding that they should not kill their brother when there is no need.

I'm saying this: ----- Recently there have been efforts to stop the Makah tribe in

As for the question whether anyone has approached the Makah to better their financial
situation, it is my understanding that a helicopter owned by a wealthy person (million
or billionaire) flew in a representative of this wealthy person (The Whale Desk would know whom I'm referring to. I don't remember the name), plus a member of the Jacque
Coustreau team, to talk with the Makah about some kind of a deal for them if they'd
stop killing the whales. I remember one part of the proposal. Trees would be planted in their area. I don't remember the rest of the proposal.
It was a fair enough deal to at least consider, but the Makahs turned it down.
You see?....the guy with the money didn't touch the hearts of the Makahs. That's
why they didn't respond positively.
The wealthy guy was on the right track, but you've got to show your heart when you
talk to the Makah. The representative didn't do that.
Re people wanting to rant and rave and fight over the decision of the Makahs, I can
understand this feeling, but on the other hand if you force the Makahs into a corner,
they'll 'get their backs up' and turn down every proposal, even if it may be to their
advantage to accept one. They don't want to be in a position to admit they're wrong.
That's human nature. Nobody wants to admit wrong. So, you have to give them some
slack, as well as pour on positive energies. They can only change if they want to
change. It has to come from within. And so, pour on the positive energies so they have
something TO WORK WITH to bring about a change.

may soon have up to one million in support (counting the groups who are represented)..
(clip) The billionaire who offered support was Craig McCaw, cellular phone money
man.. but the Makah want $350 million not to kill whales.. ridiculous blood money.. The
history of this issue is extremely complex... (CLIP) The whole issue of native rights
versus the environment /whales/wildlife is one that will come to a head very soon.
The earth's life support systems and the kingdom/queendom of animals are not something
to be bartered by any tribe or society. Like us, the Makah are on a steep learning
curve and who knows the outcome.. all I know is that its important to have an in
depth understanding of the issue first and boy.. that's a tall order ! with best regards

Despite many important victories, we continue to face an unprecedented array of perils: unhealthful air and water, vanishing species and wild places, explosions in population and consumption, global warming, toxic wastes, collapsing fisheries and the threat of weapons of mass destruction.
No community can solve these problems alone. To address them, we must mobilize public and institutional will to a degree far beyond what we have ever seen.
In 1970, over 20 million people participated in the first Earth Day. In 1990, 200 million people in 141 countries made Earth Day the largest organized demonstration in history. Now the new millennium offers us the opportunity to reconsider humans' relationship to the Earth and to each other. On Earth Day 2000, citizens around the world will join together in common cause to demand far-reaching and enduring action to reverse our deepening environmental crisis.
Earth Day, April 22nd, can be celebrated in any way that honors the environmental passions and challenges of your community. Each country, city, neighborhood, and school will highlight its own issues as part of a larger campaign expressing the public will to create a sustainable society. We invite groups to use Earth Day as a platform for connecting with each other to launch campaigns on the critical issues of our time.
In the United States and many other countries, Earth Day 2000 will highlight the need to replace polluting fossil fuels with clean, renewable sources of energy. We welcome all groups to join us in this energy campaign. We will also facilitate networking to launch campaigns on other millennial issues.

Yet we have also inherited enormous challenges. For the first time in history, humans have the power to alter the entire planet. We are changing the climate, triggering an epidemic of extinctions, drilling holes through the ozone layer, reproducing and consuming beyond the world's carrying capacity, and maintaining an arsenal of weapons capable of causing more destruction than an asteroid collision.
Now it is our turn to choose our legacy. Working together, we can end the world war we are winning against the planet and ourselves. A vibrant, healthy planet with flourishing human communities can be our gift to future generations.
We invite you to begin organizing for the largest demonstration on the planet.
On April 22, 2000, the millennial Earth Day, hundreds of millions of people will join in actions to create a sustainable global environment. Earth Day 2000 will call for tangible results and far-reaching policies to protect the environment. It will enlist a new generation of environmental activists, building alliances that transcend the boundaries of countries, continents, and cultures. It will galvanize the sort of broad, deep support that makes tough choices politically possible.
We cannot afford to waste time complaining, avoiding, denying, or fighting each other.
Together, we can create a positive future.
Earth Day's Precedent
Earth Day began in the belief that people, working together, can accomplish extraordinary things. Earth Day is unique in that it links citizen activists around the world with each other while inspiring action on personal, community, national, and international levels.
On the first Earth Day in 1970, 20 million citizens in the United States came together to create a national environmental agenda. Within two years, the country's main environmental agency had been created. Important laws to clean the air and water and to protect rare species had been adopted.
On Earth Day 1990, over 200 million people in 141 countries on every continent participated in celebrations in their communities. The mobilization of citizen groups that started with Earth Day 1990 empowered citizens, linked non-governmental organizations (NGOs) globally, and pressured heads of state to participate personally in the UN Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro.
Since 1990, Earth Day has been embraced by citizen groups the world over as an international citizens' day. In Canada, Japan, France, and many other countries, national offices coordinate Earth Day activities. In Eastern Europe, the Regional Environment Center reports that most of its 2300 affiliates organize yearly for Earth Day. We look forward to connecting with those groups who have already been using Earth Day as an organizing tool, and with those who are ready to begin doing so.
Earth Day Celebrations and Actions
Earth Day is celebrated in diverse ways. In 1990, Earth Day ignited environmental imaginations in France, where participants formed a 500-mile human chain along the Loire River, stretching across the country, to honor one of Europe's last clean rivers. In Asia, an international team of mountain climbers from China, the Soviet Union and the U.S. picked up the more than two tons of trash left on Mount Everest by earlier expeditions. Five thousand Italians staged a roadway lie-down to protest car fumes. In Haiti, Earth Day was officially declared a National Holiday. In Jordan, 10,000 students joined a national cleanup. In Tokyo Bay, 35,000 Japanese environmentalists gathered on Dream Island, an island made of garbage, to set up a temporary recycling center. Easy Petition to help stop restrictive banking regulations
Dear Friends:
This information is the most recent we have been able to find.
The notorious "Know Your Customer" Bill has not been defeated, despite public outcry.
If you already know about it, then all you need to do is go to

and sign the petition. It will be submitted directly to the FDIC. Plus, a copy will
be sent to your representative in the U.S. House and to both your U.S. Senators.
If you don't know about KYC, then read on:
The FDIC's Know Your Customer rule would force banks to "monitor" your checking and
savings account and report any "unusual transactions" to the federal government.
This frightening threat to your financial privacy would force your bank to:
* Discover your "source of funds"
* Determine your "normal and expected transactions"
* Report any "suspicious activity" to federal investigators
The government claims it is trying to thwart money launderers and drug dealers. But
what this law will do is turn every bank teller into a government informer and everyone
with a bank account into a criminal suspect.
In a free society, the government has no business asking where you get your money
or how you spend it -- and politicians have no right to force your bank to monitor
your account.
But that's exactly what's going to happen, unless we can generate enough opposition
before the FDIC's comment period expires on March 8. Outraged Americans have already
flooded the FDIC with over 15,000 comments against the Know Your Customer regulation
-- but the agency hasn't backed down yet.
Let's keep up the pressure.
