The pace of change is accelerating
Hello family
Well... There is kind of a swift acceleration now going on as more and more people
share their feelings and most personal experiences as a result of the posting of
The Time of Reckoning letter - which incidentally is now going to be posted in some
e-zines and printed journals.
So to keep the ball rolling and to energize the awakening process many seem to be
sharing at this time, I need to send you this big one right away and another email,
possibly as soon as tonight, to keep you abreast of all the new developments.
And once again, to all those to whom I am not able for lack of time to acknowledge
by a personal note their beautiful comments and contributions to the Earth Rainbow

AMERICAN Stonehenge found!
Did everyone hear about the found AMERICAN Stonehenge located in Miami??? Many elders
are heading there now, to try to stop the bulldozers from tearing it apart on this
coming Wednesday??? The Hopi elders, elders from South America, Robert Ghostwolf
is heading there, Richard Hoagland is there already... ~~~
They just found the Stonehenge, and it is about 38 ft in diameter, and covers about
2.5 acres, the whole thing is made out of limestone...
The person waiting for building permits, allowed archeologist in there to dig around,
they have found carvings on the walls, but now the permits from the city have come
through, and they will be dozing it in Wednesday, to build some sort of apartment
complex if it can't be stopped... Going to be a great loss to ALL of mankind...
Please look at the link and then consider sending faxes to plead for non-destruction
of it...

The question has been posed countless times in many places. My impression is that
talking and abiding together -is- "doing something", and that the world will quite
thoroughly be changed by this.
When we think it might be necessary to bridge the gap to all the many others who are
not on Internet, we may be thinking that (mental) information and persuasion are
what will introduce that change into the world. Not so, I expect; rather, spirit
is where it begins, and then words, ideas, connectedness in appropriate ways cannot help but
follow.
When we set out specifically with certain worldly change in mind and seek to make
it happen, I think we run the risk of plugging something arbitrary into the void
that spirit otherwise would perfectly fill.
Sometimes what serves best is patience and to pause just five minutes more before
taking action. In that five minutes, sometimes the shadow-shape of future things
emerges through the mists, and the action we then take proves to be the right one,
the one that fits perfectly, has high leverage, and accomplishes fully that whereunto it is
sent.

Not true! I am spreading this information all the time in my school community, my
town, everywhere possible. Some of this work is done silently and quietly, using
the trust I has built with those around me.
YES, WE NEED TO GET MORE AND MORE INTO THE MASS CONSCIOUSNESS COMMUNITY WITH THESE
IDEAS. There are many ways to do this.
Many communities have Y2K organizations now. In our community, this very much crosses
belief systems -- wildly. There is a lot of sharing. People are opening up!
Everyone could get articles into their local small newspapers (most places have quasi-alternative
papers), and regular media too. Aspertame, for example, is a story which needs to
go everywhere. Let's use this as an example: some of us could condense the material we are sharing into small articles with the absolutely most essential info,
and then see if you can get it distributed into more mainstream places.

of the wonderful work done on assisting the whales by a large group of us when the Navy
was attacking them [of course, this still is an ongoing issue...]
YES, JEAN. I am definitely in favor of becoming more action oriented. If a structure
is needed, I volunteer to help you create one with whomever else is a "container"
person.
Let's put this concept out to our group and see how people feel. Some will wish to
do direct networking, others not. No matter. The work [the "play" is the thing...]
can take many forms. We are all a wonderful family!!! with much to contribute from

I've just read your *really* magnificent comment on my last post re Using ERN ACTIVELY.
I'll share it with everyone and add this comments. This could lead to great benefits
and much more action if others decides to jump in. Your observation that the Y2K
issue is serving to catalyze much community interaction is, I feel, the hottest topic
we should work on and use to help spread abroad the empowerment of thousands of people
into taking charge of their life and future and not let it any more in the hand of
the Elite (over 3000 of them!) now meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
Aspartame is also another hot issue I'll be working on as an awakening trigger. Check
this in a coming mass email this week. And then there is this banking regulation
which needs to be placed into the proper context of the Big Brother schemes (and
a string of other Clintonian stealth presidential decrees) to try to enslave the planet.
So plenty of educational work and mass mobilization to do in the next 10 months!
We have our work cut out for us! WE THE PEOPLE!

Jean......The love for your fellow-person simply exudes from your posts....I always
save your e-mails to read before I go to bed so that I am inspired and drawn completely
away from my plunderings of the day and brought into a new reality -- bright, inspirational and loving -- I have opened to your sharing.....and I thank you for the part
you are playing in my spiritual life......that said, I have a little story to share
with you about my own experience which parallels the recent experience you've had
with your teacher/mentor.
I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict.....At death's door in 1974 when through
a "quirk" (I'd prefer to call it Divine Intervention) I had a profound awakening
and abruptly stopped drinking and using and moved to Connecticut from Venice, CA,
(where I had been "playing" for ten years). Within two weeks of arriving in Connecticut, I
pleaded with the House Manager of a Women's Half-Way House to allow me to move there....I
had no place to be and knew no one who could help me. Angels again.....I stayed there for six months and attended three to five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per DAY...and
found out that I needed to have a "Power Greater than my Own" and an "Understanding"
of that Power in order to move along the steps......People in meetings talked about having a "Spiritual program" in order to stay sober
free of drugs. I set out on a quest to find out what "Spiritual" meant.
During the first year and a half, I investigated my childhood Presbyterian Church,
the Catholic Church and others too numerous to mention. I went to prayer healing
meetings, a conclave in New Haven attended by an array of spiritual Masters and teachers....and was even asked to be a "catcher" in a mass-healing event where the anointed one
placed his hand on people's foreheads and they fainted dead-away. When they awoke
they had obviously "seen the Light" because their faces were radiant....elderly people
looked like they were 20!
Along the way, I became involved with the work of this "anointed one", discovered
his notariety stemmed largely from his trance-state readings done in an Edgar Cayce
fashion....I was intrigued...There was a spiritual group around him -- an ashram
setting -- in Virginia and I soon moved there to be a part of that group. The day-work was
exhausting - I typeset articles, brochures and mailings all day long....We had Sanctuary
time with him almost every day replete with spiritual lessons......My saving Grace
there? Our very own teacher from India....His name is Tara Singh, gentle, enlightened
and Powerful!!!... who later wrote definitive texts on the Course in Miracles. (I
was there when Judy Skutch
Jerry Jampolski delivered to us the very first cartons of the Course in Miracles
brought out to the public.) Our afternoon prayer/meditations sessions with Tara were
tintilating.....He is delightful! I learned so very much from him!
Our "teacher" had a grating personality, seemed to dislike women ... but this did
not deter me....I was on a quest to find "spiritual" and the energy in, about and
around when the trance-state readings were done was electrifying! And, of course,
the "entities" speaking through him were "spiritual" in nature....had to be! He taught many
things that I still utilize on a daily basis....BUT...all of a sudden I became disenchanted.
It just did not "feel" right.....money became an issue.....Lots of time was spent with people visiting from afar who appeared to be "of means".. and there seemed to
be manipulations going on......We began, it seemed, to put on a "show".
I remember walking out of the Hall one day.....extremely unnerved... and saw Tara
walking quickly toward me from behind.....He fell into step with me, put his arm
around my waist and asked what was clouding my usually cheery face......I said, "Tara,
I am so very disillusioned!"
Tara burst forth a huge smile....He broke stride and stepped in front of me......turned
around looking directly in my face, and said, "Very GOOD!! Now you do not have
to travel under illusions any more!"
Within two weeks I left......Full of energy, knowings, and fully aware that I had
passed my initiation.
CONGRATULATIONS, Jean....You need not travel under illusions any longer.....The lessons
in spiritual discernment have been learned! AND, I might add.....not an easy task!
Was going to apologize for this being so long...but I need not! I have continued my
spiritual quest....practiced yoga for seven years and experienced a kundalini awakening
which lasted 3 months...and pretty much live a life of service.....doing what I can.....what I do best...and that is networking.. ( I also own a very large bead store
here in Atlanta which provides healing to many from accessing their creative natures
and learning how to be with themselves.)
Thank you for helping me remember who I am and where I came from! YOU are a powerful

Yes! we must acknowledge the people who have taught us but a leader is only valuable
if he or she is leading in a positive and believable direction. Where we are going
as important as how we get there! The means do not justify the ends, they must be
in harmony otherwise the destination will be chaos. Leaders are only valid in this context.
The best leaders show us how to lead ourselves.

Having read further into your replies I find so many assumptions of what God wants,
thinks, is. We do not know and any person who claims to know the unknowable is suspect,
ego is the first and only sin, knowing self is the path. Can we stop preaching and
be just loving? this is all. Yes, I am also preaching, it is virtually impossible to
avoid so better to guide with silence in peace.

Thank you for your sharing of the above information. What courage and a high level
of integrity to come out in this way and say what you did. When you first wrote about
this fellowship I thought this sounds interesting but then when I looked at the website and considered the book and the course everything inside me said no you don't need
this, life is your teacher now, and whatever you ask the answers will come from within.
May be it is a certain degree of lack of trust in ourselves and our ability to truely
manifest our truth that pushes us to look for yet another book, teacher or course
whereas most of us who have been on the path for many years and been around the different systems and experimented with all the so called techniques have already acquired
a mountain of information and abilities, many of which we have never really put to
use.
This has been my own experience recently as I step back and try to evaluate life and
my spiritual evolution and what that means to me. In sharing what you did I find
it very helpful for it cautions, reminds and awakens us to who we are and gives us
the opportunity to discern what is right individually at any given moment. Sharing of opportunities
both enlightening ones and those that trip us up helps to open and clarify who we
are and where we are aspiring to and of course that changes all the time.
Thank you Jean for the radiant light you are and the work that you are doing and for
reminding us that we are all gullible.

February 6, 1999 marks the twenty-third anniversary of Native American leader Leonard
Peltier's incarceration for allegedly killing two FBI agents on the Pine Ridge Indian
Reservation in 1975. With a profound hope that he will be free before the millennium, numerous groups have planned events about Leonard's plight on this anniversary.
As supporters of Leonard's innocence, right to freedom, and valued leadership, we
are determined to work for his release.
