WHAT A WEEK! As the situation keeps worsening without much positive effect so far
for our meditatons and prayers, we must *all* renew our commitment to work from the
spiritual side to help heal the opening rift that may all engulf us in - let's say
the dreadful words - a World War III scenario, relatively soon if calm minds and a loud popular
demand for peaceful means to resolve this conflict do not prevail soon over the warmongering
elite that holds sway right now over our future.
This is even having a real effect on our living planet Gaia...

CONTINUING THE LIGHTWORK
Thank you for all your messages and for joining us in the meditations for Kosovo over
the last few days. During the meditations we felt a deep sense of unity, a coming
together and a commitment amongst lightworkers to focus on peace and send out the
light to where it was needed.
As lightworkers, our work has only just begun, over the next few months we will need
to become much more active. We must continue our efforts to maintain a high level
of consciousness and try to keep our thoughts, words and deeds as pure as possible
in order to become receptors and transmitters of the light. In spite of the pain and suffering,
we have to keep our hearts open and to replace fear with prayer and trust.
Sometimes we may wonder if our efforts can really achieve anything, on the higher
levels we are assured that yes what we are doing is always helpful even though it
may not be apparent on a physical level. Together we are consciously trying to shift
and raise consciousness and it is therefor essential to remain peaceful and conscious within
ourselves no matter what is going on.
With the increasing intensity, chaos and panic now taking place in Yugoslavia (much
of which is not shown on the news) many lightworkers who are very sensitive may feel
anxiety or stretched in some way. The more sensitive you are, the more likely that
you may be feeling the turbulence and uncertainty that is occuring. Hence there is a great
need to try to maintain balance and a sense of equilibrium. This can be helped with
lots of early sleep, good diet, making time for meditation and prayer etc. Also organizing group meditations wherever possible to increase support and grounding because
we are going to have to carry and support others during the coming times, so we need
to be ready ourselves.

Relative to Palden's views on this situation (and I have great respect for his opinions
because he obviously has researched much of the background here), when we were hearing
that NATO was going to bomb and up to the day of the actual bombing, I became extremely agitated because I did not believe this was the way to bring about a resolution
of an area that has been in turmoil for hundreds of years. After the bombing started,
then I considered what good could come out of all of this for even if Serbia is brought to its knees (so to speak) it is not going to stop the hate and revenge. It
seems so often to me that when people are negotiating, they don't n use people who
are culturally cognizant of the mind-set of those with whom they are dealing; hence,
there is very little lack of true understanding. Suddenly it came to me that when this
comes to an end, there needs to be continuous mediation (it took three years to bring
an agreement between North and South Korea) and bring to the bargaining table not
only leaders of each of the original states of Yugoslavia but leaders of Russia, Albania,
Macedonia, Greece and Turkey (and any other countries who have ethnic ties) and
several religious leaders from those countries from Catholics, Greek Orthodox, and
Muslim areas since this terrible turmoil seems to encompass religious bias also.
It is my considered belief that although bringing in the light and prayer are powerful
tools, since we are in a physical dimension, we must settle matters among each other
by negotiation, understanding, consideration, and most of all patience. I too dream of our planet rising into a higher dimension where there is peace and love and joy,
but how can we be ready for that until we can express it right here, right now?
Like most everything else in life, there is no quick fix. And at the same time that
this is going on, the citizens of those areas must have full information of what is going
on for apparently part of the trouble there is that the citizens do not have access
to the whole picture.
And in such negotiations and/or settlement, each country must be allowed to keep its
pride and love of its culture.
I know what I say sounds like an impossible picture, but it has been done before with
wise leaders and above all, extreme patience. There are over 70 civil wars going
on globally and some of them at this point may not be amenable to this type of settlement, but these particular countries are educated, contemporary people and I am sure
that the common citizen wants peace and an end to all of this more than anything.
I heard a journalist in Germany say the other day that the reason that Tito was
able to hold this region together was because he understood the pecularities of each ethnic group
and he worked with that and then used overall force to hold it together.
This is food for thought for all of us and if others of you find reason in it, perhaps
you can envision this also. Namaste'

About a year ago I was watching something like Face the Nation on TV and they talked
about the fact that worldwide there were approximately 70 civil wars going on and
some of them are in areas that we don't think about, but when you think about it,
like there are four wars against the Kurdish (Russian, Iraq, Turkey and I can't remember
the other), Ireland/England is iffy, Quebec/Canada is in a stew (PUTTING US IN THIS
LIST IS HIGHLY EXAGERATED JOAN - I LIVE IN QUEBEC/CANADA AND THIS IS AN EXTREMELY
CIVILIZED COUNTRY WITH DECENT ALBEIT PASSIONATE PEOPLE AND ALTHOUGH THE DRIVE FOR INDEPENDANCE
HAS BEEN SIMMERING FOR OVER 30 YEARS IT CERTAINLY IS NOT A "STEW" OF VIOLENCE NOR
A WAR) Southeast Asia has several conflicts, several conflicts in Africa, there is
an ominous quiet in Iran, Indians in the mountains of Mexico, etc. so you see in some
areas although there is not open obvious civil war, there is resistance against the
governments in power and I am not sure what these newsmen were including, but when
one looks deeper, then you can see that in many cases warring is going on, but the dissenting
side does not have the military strength to struggle harder. Recently on 60 Minutes
they showed the absolute misery and struggles of the "untouchables" who are now starting to resist. I don't remember Ghandi speaking about that problem, although he
probably was more bent on getting rid of British rule.
I have always been for peace, I have always promoted peace and compromise and mediation.
I worked in law offices for 35 years and I know it can happen, but it takes a great
deal of patience. I think both Kissinger and Jimmy Carter have this kind of patience and when mediating, the mediator has to fully comprehend the nature of each side
and although he cannot take sides, he must have the wisdom to understand when a
point is well made.
As far as Kosovo is concerned, it has been a tinderbox for years. World War I started
there, Yugoslavia was cobbled together after World War II and as you go through the
historical background of Europe you can see where people were jerked around and partitioned and transported against their ethnic cultures. This is why I respect Palden
Jenkins so much because he is so well studied and as a matter of fact I have printed
off all of his material that he has on his web site.
I am also a Light Worker and have been since I was a child; I feel that Light Workers
are instruments of God, in service, and must work on all levels to accomplish what
I believe to be God's work. However, I also acknowledge that the interpretation
of what God's work is varies from individual to individual.
Now relative to the Bilderberg conference reports, I downloaded all of the material
under that report and after having studied it, it appears that the newspapers reporting
on this are all Socialist newspapers which shows a definite bias there. It might
very well be that there is an international banking association, but how was this newspaper
able to get all of this information they put on line as to the plans of this group?
I suggest it was fabricated or exaggerated for the most part in order to prove their point. The group that a retired Senator in the US suggests is more ominous to
world peace is the Trilateral Commission but Taylor Caldwell suggested that the group
which is the behind-the-scenes group is about 12 men, extremely rich like maybe a
Greek oil magnate, and they are so secret that no one knows how they make contact, and
of course, every chance someone gets, they throw in some Jewish person who is wealthy.
You see, Jean, working in law offices and some of those years was in law enforcement,
I have found that it is easy to turn the attention away from oneself by pointing
the finger at someone else and we have been seeing that going on in our own politics.

It's a not-uncommon statistic, usually provided by UN, though I saw the last count
in the Global Futures newsletter from Australia (which costs a small amount, yet
it's exceptionally ground-level informative as regards many global issues). This
number includes small tribal-scale conflicts which often are not reported - such as the anti-Karen
war in Burma. Actually, FYI, the number of wars in the world is down slightly from
the early-90s, when there were up 110 wars going on, big and small - and now it's
down to around 70. Which might be a good sign.

The Citizens' Peace Conference in The Hague, 11-16 May 1999
The Hague Appeal for Peace 1999 will seek to re-focus people's minds on the vision
of a world in which violent conflict is publicly acknowledged as illegitimate, illegal,
and fundamentally unjust. The Hague Appeal has three stages:
1) a 2-year preparatory process, which already involves over 500 organisations; 2)
an end-of-the-century conference to be held in The Hague, 11-16 May, 1999; and 3)
a follow-up campaign on the Agenda for the 21st Century on Peace and International
Justice that will emerge from The Hague process.
The Hague Appeal for Peace Organising Committee believes that the last major conference
of the century should be on peace and international justice.
Goals and Programme
The goals and framework of The Hague Appeal for Peace 1999 draw from those set at
the First International, Peace Conference of 1899, updated to address contemporary
conditions. These themes are:
* to strengthen international human rights and humanitarian law and institutions;
* to advance the peaceful settlement of disputes, including conflict prevention and
peace building,
* to link and develop substantive issues in disarmament, including nuclear abolition,
and
* to create a culture of peace and alleviate the root causes of war.
Using the expertise of the Organising Committee, the Appeal is forming strong cross-sectoral
working groups on key focus areas, such as women and armed conflict; peace education;

The first time that a conference was held not to conclude or settle a war, but to
focus on building a lasting world peace was organised by the Czar of Russia and the
Queen of the Netherlands in 1899. At the close of the 21st century, the Hague Appeal
Organising Committee is supporting the governments' plans to commemorate the Centennial,
organised by 25 nations led by the Russian Federation and the Netherlands.
In December 1997, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution supporting
the 1999 Centennial plans. This resolution refers to The Hague Appeal for Peace and
suggests that the sequence of conferences in 1999 could be considered as a Third
International Peace Conference.
Other Activities
Many organisations and individuals will not be able to attend the citizens' conference
in The Hague. Organisations across the world are invited to participate in The Hague
Appeal by developing appropriate events, workshops, lectures, and other initiatives

Good Morning,
There are many many changes occuring this year around the world and it is truly a
time of TRANSITION for us both individually and collectively.
There is a lot of fear and as we approach the various dates of prophesy we will encounter
a greater degree of emotion welling up. It is time to remember that nothing is outside
of us and what we see is what we are projecting both individually and collectively. It is a time of owning the emotion, feeling into it and tranmuting it into
love. It is too easy to fall back into the old ways of pride, anger and retaliation.
We must stand firm and acknowledge that we are masters of our own destiny.
I believe that all humanity wants peace and harmony yet so many feel that they are
alone and powerless to effect change. The internet and email network messages are
gathering strength daily, Meditations are continuous. We are making a difference.
Yesterday I spoke with a 72 year old lady who lives in a little country town near
Melbourne, Australia.
Single handed and with no resources except a determination to take her power back,

And next week she gets a computer and will be bringing those 112 groups into the international

in Kosovo, Mr. Cliff Bragdon stated that the Stealth B2 Bomber "uses antigravity

NOTE FROM JEAN: To better understand the significance of this critical information
-- confirming the existence of this antigravity technology!! -- that slipped through
the lips of this military expert, go check Mr. Boylan's webpage at and click on the link with the mention about the "Antigravity
Drives". I remember reading that this antigravity technology has been obtained by
the US through retro-engineering the propulsion system found aboard the various extraterrestrial spacecrafts that crashed in the USA since the famous Roswell incident.
Those stealth B-2 bombers have normal jet propulsion for take off and landing but
once they are out of sight at high altitude, they apparently activate this technology
that allows them to fly much faster (some experimental planes allegedly fly as fast as Mach
50!) at far greater distance without refueling - they wrote in Time that these B-2
bombers make the round trip from their US base in Missouri to Belgrade for their
bombing runs and back to the US without landing in 31 hours, but I think it is complete
disinformation for how could a crew fly a plane for 31 hours in a row without being
exhausted!. And you can easily guess that they most certainly have secured many more
such exotic technologies - including possibly the radar invisibility technology of the
F-117 black stealth fighter planes and the B-2 bombers and possibly this new secret
communication-and-microchip-disabling bomb that was reportedly used in Serbia a few
days ago according to the news clip sent by ilyes (Thanks sister!) -- see below - and as
heard in the news last night.

General that the X-33 has electrogravitics (antigravity) system on board, [as the

regularly fly trans-atmospherically and into space. One of the aerospace craft they

Russian military officials late on Monday night accused the United States of testing
a new secret weapon in Yugoslavia -- a weapon that is somewhere between conventional
and nuclear! "The United States is using Yugoslavia as a test range for its latest
secret means of destruction," representatives of the Russian Defense ministry told reporters
late Monday night. The Pentagon refused immediate comment. Russia claims that a
bomb tested in Yugoslavia radically differs from conventional weapons. "It was created in Los Alamos and is aimed to destroy radio electronic equipment," the TASS newswire
reported in Tuesday flashes. The military said that the bomb generates an electric
impulse similar to electromagnetic fluctuations caused by a nuclear explosion. They added that the bombs are being carried by two strategic B-2 bombers of the Stealth
technology. Russian military officials provided no other details. FOOTNOTE: This
late night report from Russia's newswire service continues a strange trend that has
developed in the past week. By night, the ITAR-TASS wire moves provocative scare stories
-- many on Russian plans for military maneuvers. [On the first night of NATO bombings
in Kosovo, TASS shocked with a report that Moscow was considering moving nuclear
weapons to southern regions of Russia. Late night reports that Russian ships were maneuvering
also created intrigue.] But during daylight hours in Moscow, TASS, the official state
news agency for Russia, turns more diplomatic, most military talk vanishes. There
appears to be two forces at work inside of the Kremlin, the main source for TASS military
reports. A dark and cold-warlike force appears to be operating at night when Yelstin
and his close advisers are sleeping. Due to expanding information technology, these provocative late night stories quickly move outside of Russia and instantly bounce
throughout the world. In the morning, Yelstin and others rush news releases that
completely counter the reports that surface on TASS at night.

Thank you for your overwhelming response to my recent appeal concerning the religious
violence here in Indonesia. We received an overwhelming e-mail response confirming
15,486 individual participation plus 2,372 Networks and Groups having the potential
to involve close to 5 million people!!!
Last weekend, a large group of Inter-dimensional Energy Workers here in Jakarta did
a synchronized meditation involving around 6,000 participants on Friday, 11,000 on
Saturday and 5,000 on Sunday. This large Indonesian group (Satria Nusantara) has
over 4.6 million members around the country, but our communication is only via word of mouth
or snail mail.
The situation in Ambon has calmed down, and the refugees are trying to return. This
could be attributed to the current tight military control. However, an eye witness
has reported yesterday that in certain area in Ambon, Christian and Muslim people
are starting to work together, hand in hand helping each other to rebuild their houses and

Meanwhile, ethnic violence broke out in West Kalimantan (Borneo), and a few days ago
NATO started to attack Yugoslavia. I also receive PAN ALERTs for Kosovo as well
as Peace Meditation Calls from several other Networks and Groups.
Thousands and thousands of Light workers around the planet are coming together, praying
and meditating for a peaceful world. The power of our collective Light and our Love
is growing, the energy is building up and by the time that we do our Synchronized
Bridge of Light Global Meditation on April 16th - [from 14:30 to 15:00 GMT], I believe
it will reach the necessary critical mass.
I strongly believe that the current turbulence we are seeing around the world is the
final birth pangs as we are about to emerge into the Light of a new era.
Right now especially it is so important for us to "stay cool", keep our focus, and
above all keep our hearts open in compassion and Love - even toward that or those
whom we see as "dark" - for at one time or another, we have all been there. Send
them love, send them compassion, send them understanding, because that is what they most lack
and most need in their lives.

Compassion
Angels must be confused by war. Both sides praying for protection, yet someone always
gets hurt. Someone dies. Someone cries so deep they lose their watery state.
Angels must be confused by war. Who can they help? Who can they clarify? Whose mercy
do they cast to the merciless? No modest scream can be heard. No stainless pain can
be felt. All is clear to angels except in war.
When I awoke to this truth it was from a dream I had last night. I saw two angels
conversing in a field of children's spirits rising like silver smoke. The angels
were fighting among themselves about which side was right and which was wrong. Who
started the conflict?
Suddenly, the angels stilled themselves like a stalled pendulum, and they shed their
compassion to the rising smoke of souls who bore the watermark of war. They turned
to me with those eyes from God's library, and all the pieces fallen were raised in
unison, coupled like the breath of flames in a holy furnace.
Nothing in war comes to destruction, but the illusion of separateness. I heard this
spoken so clearly I could only write it down like a forged signature. I remember
the compassion, mountainous, proportioned for the universe. I think a tiny fleck
still sticks to me like gossamer threads from a spider's web.
And now, when I think of war, I flick these threads to all the universe hoping they
stick on others as they did me. Knitting angels and animals to the filamental grace
of compassion. The reticulum of our skyward home.
