1) SUMMARY

For untold millennia, human beings on Earth have been subjected to an utterly devilish ploy to subvert their souls and subdue their will to rise to the Light in order to force them to serve darkly inclined souls from other realms who have entrapped themselves into a dark pit of spiritual amnesia as to where they come from and just Who they are. This situation, which is not unique to this planet as it affects a vast range of this universe, is now coming to a head as more and more Light is being poured from the higher dimensions into our physical reality to assist the countless souls who volunteered aeons ago to immerse themselves into the intricate matrix of illusion we live in, so as to help alleviate the sufferings endured by the fallen souls and help guide as many as possible back to the Light. God's plan for the redemption of all Its lost children is being carefully implemented thanks to the diligent assistance of legions of beings from the angelic realms as well as from all lower realms of existence, so as to enable all those souls, now ready and willing, to choose to gradually ascend back to the Light of the Omniversal Creator Presence.

At this critical juncture of the infinite space-time-dimensional continuum, we are being asked whether we wish to claim back our divine inheritance as children and Christed fragments of the One Source of All, or prefer instead to continue our slow maturation process and evolutionary journey into physical realms where the self-chosen living conditions we have experienced for times immemorial will be perpetuated for another very long cycle of karmically-driven learning experiences, until another opportunity presents itself, in some distant future, for graduation into more and more spiritually refined realms of existence. As we ponder the choice offered to us in the remaining and increasingly fast-paced years ahead before the Great Dimensional Shift, there is a vital lesson we still have to completely master in order to fulfill the conditions required for access to the next dimension. The grip of fear that for so long has prevented us from accessing our infinite Love and Light creative powers must be permanently dissolved, and all residual psychic scars from past hurtful experiences must be healed as best as we possibly can.

To achieve the vibrational uplift thrust that is necessary to rise above, metaphorically speaking, the reach of the fear tentacles lashing at us from the lowest realm of existence where darkness-entrapped souls reside, there is just one and only means available to us: Love. Realizing our true immortal, divine nature, surrendering to the inflow of Love streams radiating through our souls assembled in a global communion of minds, hearts and wills, and accepting to hold in our innermost sanctuary the sacred Graal of our common Oneness with All That Is, we shall release any residual attachments to the false claims of this physical realm as to who we are supposed to be, and together open the doors of radiant Light leading to the ascending pathway back to the One Source, and in so doing, conquer all residual fears and lead the way up, so that many others can follow in our spiritual footsteps, for the Highest Good of All... as One.

"There is no issue of greater importance today than clearly understanding how the darkness uses fear as its ultimate weapon against individuals, nations, your whole world. Fear of an idea, of what might be, is as much a captive state of consciousness as the fear of what you consider concrete actuality. When information about merely conceptual fearsome situations is passed on as foregone conclusion by sincerely well-meaning individuals, they may be doing so in concerned innocence, but the fear that's created nevertheless is as virulent as if the peak of darkness itself had pronounced it. This is what happens: The energy of fear forms a barrier between the feared object or circumstances and the energy of light. Because of the barrier, the light in the souls of fear-full people cannot reach their consciousness to dispel the power of those fears over their lives, and the light being sent to them by light workers cannot penetrate. The barrier feels like a real wall, isolating the person with the consuming fear and leaving no way out. This energy blockage of the light intensifies the power of whatever is feared, thus enabling it to draw to itself more manifestations to be feared. Fear is wildly contagious, and due to its magnification in power, fear sensation streamers have sticky edges that attract the kinds of energetic interactions that omit common sense, sound judgment, and wise decisions. Fear is so insidious that it can convince a person that the only way to escape is through portals leading deeper and deeper into darkness. Fear is the forebear of such actions or characteristics deemed prejudice, tyranny, greed, cruelty, belligerence, deception, dishonor and hatred, and even those seemingly senseless tortures or deaths of innocents arise through psyches that have been twisted and tormented by fears. The light, in which love and universal knowledge and spiritual clarity abide, cannot reach those souls to let them know their spiritual powers are far stronger than anything the dark powers can conjure to frighten them. Nothing is stronger than the light, which is the gift to every soul of the love and power of God. Because the dark forces cannot create light or capture it and they cannot coexist with it, they can only try to create fear and try to capture souls through fear. The magnified energy of fear draws to the people like thought forms from the universal soup, and the power of natural laws then brings into reality the fearsome ideas manifested into form through sustained conscious belief in their existence. Then there is indeed something to fear – it's what fear itself created! The viciousness of the cycle permits people to be held captive by the darkness whose stronghold is simple: It doesn't permit them to “see the light” because that light would reveal that what they have been told to fear is only an idea. Belief in the fear-filled idea's reality is what makes it so. Literally “seeing the light” exposes the fabric of lies and desperate measures of the dark forces and destroys their grasp on awakening minds. Now fearing for their own continuation, these forces are creating fear through any possible means, no matter how transparent or arrogant the falseness of their claims in their last gasp to maintain control of their darkly-inclined helpers on Earth."

Transforming Fear into Trust

As it was already mentioned, we need to release our hidden emotions of fear to be a clear channel and therefore become able to manifest what our inner guidance will prompt us to do for the perfect unfolding of our personal mission in this lifetime.

Fear is one of the most devastating hindrances to the evolution of Humanity. It is fear that prevents us from listening to the direct guidance we continuously receive within ourselves as to what has to be done in every moment of our lives. When we let fear interfere with the normal process of attunement with this inner guiding force that keeps wisely suggesting to us the best path of action or the best attitude in any situation, then we can only be totally confused as to what we should think, say and do.

That is not to say that fear does not have a role to play in our life as a built-in warning system, inherited through millions of years of evolution, and designed to draw our attention to potentially life-threatening situations. However, today it is just not appropriate anymore to let fear overwhelm us, control our behavior and dictate our decisions. It needs to be balanced with the most powerful force of the Universe. And this Force... is Love. For only Love can neutralize fear, open our hearts to the inner guidance and give us the courage to act accordingly. So to overcome fear, we just have to let the Light of Love guide us. Learning to attune to this powerful and beneficial force is as simple as learning to breathe. It comes to us naturally as we begin to open ourselves to the marvelous magic of Life.

The moment we really take the decision, deep within us, to open ourselves to new possibilities and accept as the necessary steps of apprenticeship the experiences appearing on our path of life, then Love can just grow and grow within us until it radiates like a sun through all our being. It is usually a slow process that gradually brings us from the illusion of separation and loneliness, from which fear can but arise, to the awareness of complete and eternal Unity with all that exists.

In this process, all the hidden fears resulting from forgotten childhood experiences gradually disappear and give way to a new sense of confidence and trust in the benevolence of the Universe. All sorts of techniques exist today to bring hidden fears to the surface of our awareness to be consciously re-experienced, assessed, understood and released. If the need arises to use such techniques to uncover and heal old "scars", it is certainly recommended to seek and use the techniques which we feel are right for us. However, for most people, it is usually possible to attain a high level of trust in the inner guidance and find the strength to act upon it. Through all sorts of experiences, Life is constantly bringing us the right amount of "pressure" to change and evolve and the right mixture of "support" and "encouragement" to keep us going towards the best direction for our inner growth. So we feel that one of the best ways to accelerate this process is to learn to let go of our resistance to change by gradually developing our faith in the Force of Life wisely guiding us.

So all we need is to discover this inner guiding wisdom and grow a strong link of trust and confidence in its ability to see from a "higher perspective" which path of action is the best for us. This means opening ourselves to the idea that there is a part of us which is inherently perfect and that we can tap at any time into its wise vision and instantaneous knowledge to solve any problem or bring out the best from any opportunity. Once we have accepted this possibility, we can begin to have more confidence as we gradually experience more of its infinite potential for perfect guidance and appropriate suggestions.

Finally, being involved in any Life-serving activity offers us a wonderful opportunity to learn this. For there is no better way than actually getting involved in some real experience to test our ability to take up new challenges and to grow through the process of implementing an idea into a solidly grounded manifestation. For those interested in pursuing this matter and deepening their understanding and experience of these concepts, there is at the end of this document a description of some exercises that can be helpful in this process.

CHAPTER 4

LEARNING TO CONQUER FEAR

If your idea of God is small
Your problems tend to be big
But if it is your idea of God that is great

This lesson is just a natural extension of the previous one. As we have seen before, and as we shall see throughout this book, all life lessons are, just like life itself, interconnected and interdependent.

We find ourselves better equipped to learn to conquer fear when we have learnt to trust the flow of life and to surrender to the infinite wisdom of our soul. When we have faith, the greatest gift of all, this becomes an easier lesson.

Of all emotions, fear is the one that engenders in humanity the greatest pain and trauma. It is also one of the lowest vibrational frequency emotions and the one responsible for the worst atrocities ever committed. People kill for fear of being killed; judge for fear of being judged; hurt for fear of being hurt, rob for fear of not having enough, lie and cheat for fear of the truth - and it has been so for aeons of time.

It is because of fear of the different and the unknown that we have in the past killed those who have spoken their truth from soul and spirit, those that we perceived to be dangerous - in general anyone who did not wish to conform to intolerant societal rules. We have come a long way since as we no longer systematically kill all those we disagree with, but a lot remains to be learnt. Unfortunately in some parts of the world and in many societies, fear still remains the sole entrenched ruler.

Ours has been a fear-based civilisation from the beginning of time. Fear has been used as a tool of darkness in order to control and manipulate how we feel and how we respond in every single aspect of our lives. In fact fear has been institutionalised to such a degree that every form of establishment has fear of some kind woven through its very foundation: fear of God in our institutionalised religions, fear of failure in our institutionalised society structures and rites of passage, fear of being unworthy of love and respect in our relationships. Everywhere, fear permeates our lives.

Wherever we look, fear has been woven as a very deep, dark and thick thread into the very fabric of life on Earth, and humanity has responded like sheep, without ever questioning their fear.

As a strand of dark and dense energy, it is really an all pervasive one that is truly hard to conquer, for, in whichever direction we look, it stares us in the face and bombards us with heavy, dark, negative and unloving messages: not good enough, not smart enough, not in synch with the prevailing fashion, alien to the current mass culture, too fat or too thin, too dark or too light, too slow or too fast, too clever, too stupid. Fear has been so deeply ingrained in us all that we find it hard to believe that we can escape it and break free. And yet we must if we are to ever achieve our soul potential in human form.

This is really about the ultimate power - the power we have given away because we have not learnt to conquer fear, because we have forgotten that as souls, we have immense courage - just to be here on this planet takes enormous amounts of it. Of all the universes, only the bravest souls are here!

The first thing we need to do is to become deeply aware of how we have allowed fear to rule our lives, how the establishment in all its forms has been perpetuating and holding the threads of this negative energy together, in order to further its own interests. In fact, most of our excesses of consumption, in all its forms, are fed by fear: fear of starving to death, of not being able to survive, fear of having less than the next person, fear of not being able to compete, fear of not looking good enough, being clean enough, young enough, or thin enough, or being smart enough, fear of being unloved, fear of falling sick, and so on. Such are the real 'messages' behind the messages staring at us from most billboards anywhere on the planet.

This lesson therefore is about reminding us that, as soul and spirit, we are all just perfect as we are - for we are unique expressions of divinity and as such, we should be spending all our time and energy in bringing forth that uniqueness and not in trying to conform to somebody else's idea, ideal, suggestion, product, system, technique or agenda.

If this uniqueness becomes the focus of our lives, then we slowly learn to conquer the fear of rejection, because we soon understand that those who reject us are themselves still ignorant of the laws of the universe and the lessons they should be learning. People who reject others are often just beginners who have not yet learnt the first lesson anyway, so they should not be allowed to become our reference points on how to get on with our own lives. Never forget that those who meddle in other people's lives always do so in order to avoid facing their own problems, issues and unresolved conflicts. Typically, such people know it all when it applies to others, but fail miserably when it touches their own lives.

It is a bit like when we were little children in the classroom: some of us just kept busy with our crayons and soon learnt how to produce good drawings, while others spent their energy pointing out and criticising how ugly your little blue flowers looked. Still you learnt to draw, amongst other lessons, and went on to make something of your life.

I cannot help remembering how, as a very young child, I always used to draw blue flowers to the dismay of my class teacher who once asked me angrily: „what is wrong with you? Have you ever seen blue flowers anywhere?‰ In truth, where I grew up in the coastal areas of Mozambique, there were indeed no blue flowers anywhere, but I recall telling that teacher, long before I had ever travelled to other latitudes: "I like blue flowers and I am sure that there must be blue flowers somewhere in the world". Needless to say I have since travelled to places in the world where entire mountains are covered in blue flowers. One such place where this memory moved me to tears was in the Southern Franco-Italian Alps on a fine spring day after I had completed my first book. In fact, as I write these lines, I recall my sense of wonder and validation, and the feeling of having to be ever so careful not to squash too many blue flowers as I sat on the mountain top to express my gratitude for the privilege.

Know that as far as learning goes, nothing has changed: we are all still and forever in class and those who look within will learn, while those who look without will eventually fail or drop out altogether. Which is also all right - they will just have to keep coming back - again and again!

Learn to trust yourself and the inner voice whispering in your heart all the time. Learn to move on with expressing your own inner beauty and uniqueness instead of worrying about conforming to whatever someone else has decided you could or you should be. Take care that you never give your power to anyone or anything. Refuse to become a slave to any trend, tendency or fashion. Keep your inner power all to yourself, rejoice in your uniqueness, treasure it as the precious gift that it really is. Be an original. That is who you really are.

Learn to be bold and dare to be different - after all, that is not just who you are, but also what you came here to share with the world. Learn to fear nothing and no one in the knowledge that there is indeed nothing to fear but fear itself.

Never fear your God for He is Love. God is unconditional love, non-judgement, perfect peace, perfect abundance, perfect health and all the joyful expressions of life. Learn to develop a joyful, ongoing dialogue with Him in all things that you do or dream of doing and He will guide and inspire you at all times. Learn to trust the fact that if He walks with you, who could possibly stop you?

Learn to see all fear in your life for what it really is: an emotion, albeit a powerful one, but also a sign of your disconnection from God - the Source of All. The greater your fear - the greater your disconnection. In all things, trust that you are cared for. Control your fearful and limiting thoughts for they keep creating more of the same reality you have already created.

Learn to discard the need for outside approval and look for it within your own soul. Ask for guidance and protection from the divine presence within yourself. Make sure that all you do and all you dream about is for your greater good and the greater good of all. This is how you will conquer fear of failure in all your endeavours.

When you learn this lesson and integrate its power, then you really trust and know that you are sustained and loved infinitely whatever happens. Lovers or friends come and go, but your love for yourself stays and where there is love there can be no fear. Where there is love there can be no judgement, where there is love there can be no doubt, no lack nor failure of any kind.

Learning to conquer fear is learning to see all others as you see yourself - divine in essence and unique in the heart of our Loving Father/Mother/God.

This is what Nelson Mandela said (quoting Marianne Williamson) about fear back in 1994 in his acceptance speech as the first democratically elected President of South Africa:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are not good enough. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond all limitation. It is our Light and not our darkness that scares us the most. We ask ourselves the question: who am I to be brilliant, radiant, talented and wonderful? In fact who are you not to be? You are a child of God. To limit yourself, to live a small life does not render service to the world. Enlightenment is not to act smaller so as not to render others insecure. We are born to manifest the Glory of God within us and that Glory is not only to be found in some chosen few. It is in all of us. And as we let our own Light shine we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.”

You will know how far you have progressed when there is no place in your heart for racism or any form of prejudice, no need and no place for any form of judgement or separation, no place for worry about tomorrow, no fear of survival, when you no longer experience the need for outside approval, when you cease to worry about being alone, because you will know that you are never alone, even if all other humans were to collectively abandon you, still you would never be alone.

As souls, we belong to the Father and in Him we have our being. To Him we return when our time here is up. For most this is the greatest fear to conquer - the fear of death. Death is only a return to our place of origin, it should be a time for celebration not sorrow, after all, that is the time your soul finds itself freed from all the needs, pains and aches of the denser body.

Learn especially not to worry too much about tomorrow, for it may never come to pass. Learn to live a day at a time and to cross every bridge when you have to, or when life brings you to it. Use your gifts wisely and know that all is well in your world.

Most of the time we worry about things and fear crossing bridges that never ever materialise. And we know that worry or fear never solve the problem - worrying simply makes the problem greater and fearing makes the fear grow. Where we focus our energy, it grows, so do not focus on fear or you will scare yourself silly.

Learn to transmute fear by seriously engaging in a spiritual practice like meditation. Learn to abandon yourself to the Creator and learn to ask Him to assist you in reconnecting with that from which you have been severed, either through ignorance or fear itself.

Learn to use the words: 'you have no power' each time a situation, a person or a thought creates fear or anxiety in you.

I suggest you use the following mantra in all situations of anger or conflict, where fear can bring out the worst in you and take control of your mind and words. Learn to say instead:

I am Love
You are Love
We are love

Next time you are confronted with any situation of fear, be it in the form of aggression, rejection, unhealthy competition or outright anger, try this sacred mantra which was given to us by Lord Maitreya.

I am Love
You are Love
We are Love

Keep repeating it silently to yourself and watch all things of fear melt into nothingness. Fear is a thing of ego. Soul is free of it.

Learn to conquer the fear of being, of speaking and of acting your truth. Recover your power and speak with dignity, integrity, compassion and wisdom. Speak here can also be used figuratively, some of us speak through art, others through music, yet others through silence.

Take a couple of deep breaths; when ready, visualise a spiral of white light above your head, covering your throat and penetrating all the way to the heart; then say aloud in your meditation:

I AM
I LOVE
I SPEAK

Then go out there and be, love and speak. Share your gifts with the world. That is why you are here. That is why I am here. That is why we are all here.

You could use the previous chapter's affirmations, as they are also very appropriate and easy to repeat, so here they are again:

TRANSCRIPT: The Alex Collier Interview

This interview was recorded by Rick Keefe in 1994 when he had an opportunity to sit down and chat with UFO contactee named Alex Collier. While this interview had been in existence for over a decade, for the most part it remained hidden until it was shown as part of the 16th Annual International UFO Congress Conference and Film Festival held in Laughlin, Nevada, on Friday night, March 2, 2007.

Rick Keefe: Alex, can you begin to tell us a little about yourself and your background?

Alex Collier: Well, my background is varied. Like many other people have done a lot of different things. I've had accounting practices. I've owned commercial industrial businesses. Currently what I'm trying to do is finish three books and lecturing across southern California and the western states trying to get out information that I agreed to put out regarding the earth dilemma, the situation that we all face here. I apologize. I'm two years behind schedule. I was supposed to have started lecturing two years prior to this. I've really been out since October of '93. It'll be almost a year. That's currently what I'm trying to do, so a lot of my energy and focus has been going toward that.

Rick: Now you're in contact with the Andromedans. Who exactly are the Andromedans?

Alex: They're a particular race that exists in the constellation of Andromeda. They're just one of thousands that exist out there. They are the particular race that I have talked to and have had contact with and have given me and shared information with me, are human. They're white skinned to light blue skinned, anywhere to four foot tall to eight feet tall, and they are human in every way.

Rick: Now where did they originate, Alex?

Alex: All human life originated in Lyra. When Lyra fell during a war, long before one of the stars there exploded, they migrated out from Lyra during a war in order to preserve the race and they went to different parts of our galaxy. So all human life originated from Lyra, originally. Because of their environment, they will, from generation to generation, pick up physical changes depending upon the surface and the organic stuff, their planets, so on and so forth. The different colored race skins have to do with genetics involving the stars in which that they're exposed to. So that's basically where they came from.

Rick: So they're primary home star then is Lyra?

Alex: Yes, originally it was.

Rick: Is that currently still their home star?

Alex: No. There's no human life on Lyra.

Rick: So then where do they exist now?

Alex: In the constellation of Andromeda.

Rick: Throughout the constellation?

Alex: Yes.

Rick: They must be very plentiful then. There must be a great, vast civilization there.

Alex: Yes there is. It's an ancient, ancient race.

Rick: Have they described what their civilization is like to you?

Alex: Yes, they have.

Rick: Could you go into some of the details that struck you the most about their civilization?

Alex: Essentially, no matter where they are they are a one world government. Their society would be approximately forty seven hundred years more advance than ours on a spiritual level. On a technological level they're fifty thousand years. But there's a balance between their technology and their spiritual. In other words, the technology they create is based on a spiritual necessity to evolve and not on one to defend themselves, even though it can be used for that.

Rick: Now when you say forty seven hundred years advanced spiritually...

Alex: Yes.

Rick: How do you measure spiritual advancement in years?

Alex: I don't really know. That's what they've expressed to me.

Rick: I see.

Alex: They don't even use time in their world. There's no such thing, really. They use those numbers to accommodate us so that we can use those as a point of reference.

Rick: I see, okay. What do they call their world in their language?

Alex: They don't speak. Everything is a symbol there. The whole race is telepathic. I want to back up just a little bit. There are twenty-eight different races there. Not all are human. Many are dimensional, plasmic, organic, that were there before the human aspect of the Andromedans themselves. Or the Lyrans got there and became Andromedans.

There's a lot of life on the different dimensional levels. If we were to go to fifth density, we would be physical on fifth density even though here we're on third density, our perspective of them as being spirit. On each of the different dimensions there is an abundance of life that is completely different than how we would perceive it because our perception is of what third density is like. Even fourth density is very different, but we will have physical form in fourth density.

Rick: Now is third density the lowest density or are there other lower?

Alex: The animal and insect kingdoms and planetary systems would be considered lower but, to be perfectly honest with you, I've not had a clear definition of that because I haven't asked. My focus really has been us and "where do we go from here?"

Rick: What is the main difference between the third density and the fourth density?

Alex: The real difference is consciousness. In fourth density you can pretty much instantly create what it is that you think. Whatever your thoughts are, you manifest almost instantaneously. So there's a major degree of responsibility in dealing with that.

Also, in fourth density we become more of a group mind. In fourth density we're all telepathic. In other words, everybody can read each other's minds. Which means you have to be real. You can't have hidden agendas because people will see right through you. Also, in fourth density we all become clairvoyants. We'll be able to see energy fields, see life forms. Which means that if you're hiding something it'll be seen instantaneously.

They've also said that in fourth density, when we move into that, our court systems will change. There's still a positive and negative. That exists all the way to the fifth density where you'll experience, to a strong degree, the dualities in our everyday environments. What will happen is you'll have a judge and you'll have a jury who will all be clairvoyants. They will read the energy field and know who is telling the truth and who isn't. Everything will be judged based on that. It will be based on energy, not on words.

In fourth density, when you walk by somebody or you touch somebody's hand, you will instantly know everything about them. Again, there will be no hidden agendas. Everybody will really have to be real. If they choose to have and continue to play out their agendas, whatever those are, then they will have the space. But, you will know, or people will know, I will know who we're dealing with instantaneously.

Rick: Is there an economy?

Alex: No.

Rick: And what is the basis of their economy? Is it like a spiritual economy? I've heard some people describe their views of other extraterrestrial civilizations as having a spiritual economy where the amount of psychic energy you put into something is given a value. Have they expressed any of how their social systems work?

Alex: Ok, I know a little bit about that. Essentially, everybody is given exactly what it is they need to evolve. There are many different races, and each race has their own uniqueness about them based on their particular belief systems and my understanding is that everything is a belief system. As far as the Andromedan culture, children go to school. Or the Andromedans, they go through a birth process just like we do. Those that are physical. They go to school for anywhere from one hundred and twenty to a hundred and fifty years. They're taught all of the major sciences and arts. They would be equivalent to Phd's or doctorates or masters, whatever you want to call it, in all of the arts. It is at that point, once they are done with all of that education, that they choose what it is that they wish to do, where to evolve. And they can change their mind any time they want. The whole purpose is the evolution of the soul and life. They're given whatever it is that they need to do that. I'm not aware of crime or whatever, or anything along those lines. Their whole focus is on education and not distraction. If it's something that is not educational, from what I've observed, it's just something that they're simply not interested in. They just have it within them to just constantly evolve on an educational as well as a spiritual level. And whatever they need is there for them to use. I'm not aware of them having to pay anything for it. To my knowledge it doesn't exist.

Rick Keefe: Now are art and music important to them too?

Alex: Yes, all of it is. But those things are very different from what we perceive. Art is creation to them: things that are created out of thought. Out of the "is-ness" - what they call "is-ness" - the Pleadians call creation - what we call God. Things that are created just by thought. By nature.

They consider art. They use extensively holographic technology. Music, their music, is of the universe. Of what the music that certain planets make as they rotate around their sun. What different solar systems make as they revolve around their sun. And what whole systems - the sounds and energy that they create. To them, that's their music. Then they put things together. Different constellations, different star systems. They'll put those together and overlap them to create music. It's different than what we just pull out of thin air here.

Rick: How have they expressed what their daily life is like? Is there a solar day for them. Or is there night or day? What is their daily life like. Or periods of life.

Alex: There is really, to my knowledge, no set schedule. I'll give you an example of what I observed aboard one of their motherships. They don't require much sleep to my knowledge. Simply because I guess they're healed. Their beings, their physical form, they're just incredibly healed. They're just in touch. There is no night and day. They don't need to experience that. Although I'm sure other races have that, the Andromedans don't. They're just constantly stretching themselves. Trying to evolve and experience more and more and more all the time. They're happy people. They don't have the extremes of emotion that we express here. In fact, I've been told that virtually few races in the entire galaxy express the realm of emotions that we experience here. They're just always in a very wonderful space. They're not a civilization that really judges. They do accept things the way they are. With the exception of when those things threaten their particular lifestyle. Or what they're about, their essence. And others, what other races might experience or perceive as a threat.

Rick: Alex, you said that they were evolving spiritually. What do they want to evolve towards? What spiritual goals do they have?

Alex: I guess just to be the best that they are. To be completely one with all that there is at all times.

There are eleven creational densities. My understanding is that within each of the creational densities you change your physical form. Their goal as a race is to go from the densities they experience, which are three four and five, I guess to move to five six seven and eight. Then from there eight nine and ten. And then to eleven. And now the new dimensional realm twelve. It's just to continue to evolve. Nobody knows exactly what the ultimate goal is. Because the essences that they're in touch with, which are on nine ten and eleven, are continuing to evolve. And now there's a twelfth density that is being added to our universe. And they're being drawn up to experience this new density. So nobody really knows what the ultimate spiritual goal is. They themselves are still searching for what God is. They know it exists, but what it is nobody really knows. Which is why they call it the is-ness. It's just a force that's there. And how we perceive it is based on how we perceive ourselves and our own belief structures, belief systems. And that's how we use the energy to create.

Rick: Now, you mentioned that they're in contact with essences from the ninth, tenth and eleventh?

Alex: Yes.

Rick: Could you describe what they describe these beings to be like to them and what they would be like to human beings?

Alex: It's just pure consciousness. What their daily lives are like I don't know. I don't have any idea.

Rick: Have they described them at all in any kind of detail?

Alex: Just light. Just light.

Rick: Just light?

Alex: Just light. That's all I know.

Rick: Ok now, what abilities do the Andromedans possess that exceed those of earth humans? You've mentioned telepathy...

Alex: Well, that's an interesting question and I don't know that I necessarily like the way you put it. The abilities that they have are latent in everybody. They just haven't lived in a society that has been screwed with like we have been here. They're all telepathic. They're all clairvoyant. They're all healers because they're taught all of the sciences. They're just whole. I guess that's the only way that I can put it to you is that they're completely whole. Every soul knows who they are. They know who they've been. They know what their reincarnational past has been. They as a soul have a personal agenda which every time they incarnate they're consciously aware of. So they know where they're going. They see improvement in themselves life after life after life. We, if we hadn't been so screwed with here, would have the same abilities. We could very much be where they are.

But we've been manipulated incredibly for the past fifty seven hundred years. On an intense level every day. Our real manipulation really started about fourteen thousand years ago when the Orion group started manipulating our DNA structure. So it isn't that they're better because they're not. We're just different. We're a little bit behind than they are because of our manipulations here. But the real bottom line here is: We're All Spirit. We contain a soul. That soul is a part of all that is. And that soul has been really trying to be recognized in each of us. And it hasn't been because the material and the belief systems that we have evolving around us being earth people, being physical, and about the real truths of our essence. Of our existence. Of who we are having been blinded from us. From our spiritual teachings. From the religions and us being convinced that we're something that we're not: that we're physical, that we're animal form. And we're not. We're spirit. Our spirit animates these physical forms. Period.

Rick: Alex, what is the Andromedan council?

Alex: It is a political body that's represented by now a hundred and thirty three different races and cultures and planetary systems. There are over twelve hundred systems and planetary races. Evolving races that could be part of the Andromedan council but not all of them are. It would be comparable to earth here to compare it to something like the united nations. Except it's not a united nations in a sense it has a political agenda. The Andromedan Council has a body. Their soul purpose is to facilitate evolvement of all life in the galaxy. And that's really what their goal is. It's to allow all life forms to evolve on their own without manipulation. Obviously that's not occurring here on Earth. And we're not the only ones: this is occurring on twenty-two other planets in our galaxy. But the other planets are not stuck in the muck that we are, to the degree that we are here. And this is a major concern for them because we're not moving in a direction that we should be moving. There are elements here that are definitely holding us back. And Earth has become this real price, and not only Earth, but us as well. So I'm getting off a little bit and want to stay with your questions.

Rick: So its overall goals then are to elevate the spirituality of all life forms in their own particular way?

Alex: Evolutionary ways, right. They evolve according to the degree of their consciousness.

Rick: Ok. Please describe where and when you were born, and your youth.

Alex: That’s not something I want to talk about either.

Rick: Ok.

Alex: Because it’s not about me, it’s about the information.

Rick: Ok, that’s fine. In detail, please describe your first contact at eight years of age in 1964.

Alex: I didn’t really know anything about it. I just knew that I supposedly had fallen asleep, and when I woke up it was evening. Everybody had been looking for me, and I wasn’t where I was. And then I took them back to show them where the imprint was. We were playing hiding-go-seek. It was at the peninsula of Michigan, at Woodstock, Michigan, and the people had been looking for me and I wasn’t there. And I got a spanking because I wasn’t where I was supposed to be, and I had been missing for hours. I didn’t really know what had occurred until the second contact, which was at age fourteen. Or I was told what had happened, that they had given me a physical. They had given me a suggestion to forget because of my family members simply wouldn’t understand. And they were right. They were really right about that.

Rick: Why was the physical necessary?

Alex: Well they do that all the time. They do that to everybody to make sure that you’re physically fit because they generally care about your physical health, and if there are problems they want to make us aware of it and maybe offer suggestion like maybe you shouldn’t do this, you shouldn’t do that. Some people are even experiencing healings. And it’s a genuine caring for, of acknowledging who you are, not only on a physical level, but on a spiritual level.

Rick: At age fourteen, what was the nature of that contact?

Alex: I was taken out of bed, and I woke up, and I was on a table in a room, and this was my first introduction to Vissaeus and Morenae, at least a conscious introduction. And they were looking down and I did on a soul level experience a recognition. There was no fear whatsoever. We talked and they showed me some things about my physical self. They also gave me a ball, which recorded my entire energy field, who I was, who I’d been in past lives. And as it was recording this, I could see all these different images of whom I’d been going across the screen. And they saved this, and this was put into the computer so that they would contact me and could contact me, no matter where they were, at any particular time that they need to. I was asked if I wanted to help them. I agreed to do this although at the time I didn’t know what it would entail. I had at any time the choice to say “no more.” But it’s been an incredible experience for me.

Rick: Alex, I presume then, if you had soul recognition with them, that you had had previous incarnations with them.

Alex: This is true.

Rick: Do you want to talk at all about any of that?

Alex: No.

Rick: Okay.

Alex: No. Everybody on the Earth is from some place else. None of us were born and hatched here. None of us as souls were created here. We all come from another time and place. My understanding is that all of the conscious spirit that’s in this universe came through different black holes from other universes in time and space, which we simply aren’t privy to. So we, we’re ancient. There’s no age to us. We weren’t created with the universe. We came through another universe through the black holes to this place that we now call our universe, to continue to evolve. That’s everyone, virtually everyone.

Rick: That contact at age fourteen, was that contact time travel in any way by the Andromedans to prepare you psychologically for your future contacts?

Alex: Yes, all the contacts is where they had to come back because they came here in 1980. So they had to go back in time. And that’s what they’ve done with a lot of people. Even the Pleiadians to some degree I understand them don’t that, where they go back and they start preparing people early for responsibilities they will have in the future, as opposed to hitting them all at once and saying: “here you go”, just dumping on your lap and just thinking: “oh my god, what is this. My whole reality!” So there are increments of preparations that have occurred and that continue to occur. And this is occurring with humanity as a whole in a similar fashion, where information is being disseminated and little bits and pieces of ground roots people are starting to come together and really sensing change. And they’re slowly but surely being brought to a level that when the real truth hits them, they’ll be able to experience it, handle it and assimilate it for our good.

Rick: In 1985 your contacts with Vissaeus and Morenae began to become more frequent. Please describe the nature of your contacts and the content of your discussions and the ways in which you communicate with them.

Alex: We don’t have enough time for that. But we have put together a series, series one and series two, of this information. In 1985 it really started to, the information, they were physical, it involved around the Greys, the Earth agenda, our spirituality, religions, earth governments, Earth history, our genetic creations, the twenty two different races that have actually colonized the Earth at one time or another, and who we have within us genetic racial memories of within our DNA. And present time, things that are occurring now, and probable, I stress, probable future events, because the future is being created every day, and is being changed every day, based on our thoughts. So just to sum up it, I would need ten hours. That’s not something I could very simply go into. But the series of eight, and so on and so forth, does in fact cover that, all that information.

Rick: How does the symbol they gave you play a role in your contacts with them?

Alex: Symbol?

Rick: Apparently they gave you a symbol that you used when you wanted to talk to them.

Alex: The symbol was something that I chose.

Rick: Do they ever talk amongst themselves in a language you don’t understand?

Alex: They do and it’s not really a language. They’re telepathic, and yes, they’ll stand in circles when they’re talking. And when they do talk, flashes of light where their third eye is, right here, different flashes of colours, colours that we don’t even have on our third density spectrum, just appear, and they’re just boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, flashing all this colour, and it’s like instantaneous senses are being just communicated, and then sometimes there’s nodding, sometimes there’s nodding this way (no), or sometimes up and down (yes), sometimes there’s gestures, but all the time there are these flashes, and their flashes is their language. It’s rare that I’ve been privy to what it is because they happened so fast. I couldn’t assimilate it.

Rick: So there are some universal gestures then.

Alex: Yes. All human beings are very animated. Yes, they smile. They also frown, and they also look very sad when something is distressing them. So they do experience it. They do experience emotions, but not to the degree that we do. After they’ve had their discussions one will turn to me, most of the time it’s Morenae, and he’ll talk to me, like I’m talking to you. He’ll actually go into great lengths to speak to me. Or, sometimes it’s just telepathic. He’ll just look at me and for a while I wasn’t always getting the message because I was so focused on the colour that was flashing in front, I was watching out, and I said wow, this is really amazing. So sometimes he would have to repeat it. But that novelty is one off so now I listen to the message. Vissaeus is almost always telepathic, so that’s what they do. What did they ask you to do in order to help them? Just to disseminate information. I’m currently in the process of trying to investigate all of the current UFO information that’s out there. And [?] I’ve had the ability to do is sometimes check it [?] is that true, and they’ve said yes or they’ve said no. There is a lot of disinformation out there. So what I’ve been trying to do is just to assimilate what is real and give it from their perspective of how it affects us. We have a real mess on our hands.

Rick: Let’s talk about some of that.

Alex: According to your Andromedan sources there are three groups of extraterrestrials who are involved in very distressing agendas here on Earth. One is the renegade grey-skinned Zeta-Reticulans. Another is the Giza Intelligence formerly of the Pleiades. And a third is the Reptilians from Alpha-Draconis. Is there another? Yes, there’s the Orion group as well, and there’s a hundred and forty-one of them here, and they’re from Ursa-Minor, Ursa-Major, Rigel and Betelgeuse, from that particular group, that particular area of the (Orion) star system. There are a lot of agendas here, hidden agendas. And you have to understand that some of the races, for example the Draconians. The Draconians themselves did not evolve as a life form in our universe. They were dumped here. They were brought here because they’re just a pain. They’re incredibly smart. They’re incredibly psychic. They’re incredible builders, but they’re bullies. Their whole thing is control, domination. And because there’s no race in our universe that can really beat them up and wipe them out, they don’t have to choose light or dark. They’re just where they are, and they’ve chosen the opposite polarity. They’re a tough bunch. They’ve manipulated a lot of civilizations throughout our galaxy. They’re also responsible for the six hundred thousand year war which almost annihilated the human kind, human species in our galaxy. And they show very little remorse about it.

Rick: Hopefully they’ll be leaving soon.

Alex: But the others are life forms that have evolved, like the Orions. The Orion group has been genetically manipulated and have been deeply entrenched in Draconian belief systems. So they’re carrying that energy or that torch for whatever their agendas are, as well as their own agendas. The Reticulans, the Greys have been also [?] controlled by the Orion group. So there is a system, a class system here that’s been established. And this is very common in the non-benevolent or aggressive extraterrestrial structures where there’s a class system of workers, warriors, administrative or priests, and then the hierarchy, the royalty. And the lower you are, the worse you’re treated. We have a history of that here on our planet as well. And we have been taught this by the aliens themselves. And the Pleiadians very much were part of that as well. For a time they were very much in that belief system.

Rick: Let’s focus for a while on the renegade Zeta-Reticulans. What appears to be the agenda of the grey-skinned Zeta-Reticulans?

Alex: Number one I would like to say that there’s a lot of confusion that not all Reticulans are evil. There are some Reticulans that are incredible healers, that are incredibly benevolent. Unfortunately most of them are getting a bad reputation right now because of what the Greys are doing. There are five different sub-species of Greys.

Rick: May I interject here for a moment. I’ve heard the phrase “long-nose Grey”, describing the physical characteristics.

Alex: Those are not the benevolent Reticulans. The benevolent Reticulans look like children.

Rick: So the non-benevolent ones are the long-nose Greys?

Alex: That’s correct.

Rick: That’s what I thought.

Alex: That’s correct. And there’s a lot of information. Some people are really experiencing benevolent experiences with them, or they’re told they’re experiencing benevolent, when in fact they really haven’t. They maybe haven’t been regressed or taken deeply into their subconscious to know what is happening. They’re incredible masters of mind manipulation. But anyway, their race is dying. They have been so genetically altered by the Orion group that they cannot reproduce. So they were told by the Orion group to come down in here, this is how it’s been related to me, to come in here and set the stage to break down the social structure so that when the Orion group and the Draconians come back there to classes: royalty and workers, which is exactly what they’re doing.

Rick: You could see that agenda happening right in the United States since the beginning of the Reagan Administration.

Alex: Well, this is where the focus has been. It’s been on the United States, singly. And there’s been a reason for that which we will cover in just a little bit, just let me get my thoughts out here, which is exactly what the Greys have been told to do, and they’re doing it. In the meantime they themselves have their own agenda. They see us because of our genetic stock, of having the DNA of twenty-two different races and the racial memories, of trying to breed to cross the genetic bridge so that they as a race can have enough genetic stock to continue to propagate their race, which according to the Andromedans they’re destined for extinction. What they’re doing is not going to have any long term effects to propagate their race. So they’re desperately trying to do what it is that they’re trying to do before the other two groups get here. The Greys also themselves want to be free from the manipulation of the Orion group, just like we as a race want to be free of their manipulation. So there’s this incredible triangle of crap that’s hanging all over us. And all these hidden agendas and brainwashing and bizarre belief systems that are thrown at us. They should all leave. Not only the good ones and the bad ones, they should all just leave, and leave us alone, which is ultimately what the Andromedans want. But unfortunately that isn’t going to happen right now, not until some changes occur.

Rick: We have to raise our consciousness.

Alex: Right. We need to. And the first thing we need to do is we need to stop warring with each other. We need to come together as a race, and no matter what happens, we need to stop all of the political garbage and say look, when it comes down to the bottom line, all we have is each other, as a race. Period. And this is our planet, this is our home, and there’s enough of us that are polluting the planet that we need to stop. Because if we don’t stop polluting the planet, Rick, we’re not going to have a place to live. Period.

REPTILIAN CIVILIZATION

S: Can you tell me anything about a "reptilian" civilization, Matthew? What I've heard sounds crazy -- or scary, if it's true.

MATTHEW: I know you've heard of this civilization as fearsome, but, simplistically speaking, some are good and some are not. The "good" ones can be trusted to be straightforward. I was most impressed with the two reptilians I met, who were spokesmen at a conference where preservation of the privacy of specific worlds was the primary issue. Invaders from another galaxy were entering ours, and those two leaders are powerful agents with forces that could prevent the spread of that invasion.

The reptilians are unlike extraterrestrial human and suprahuman civilizations in that they don't respect positions and hierarchies, they respect fighting power. Authorities not backed by armies and weaponry technology are not considered powerful in their view. They are intelligent beyond your imagining. Their brains are much larger than human brains and, from what I observed, they use them to the fullest capacity. Also, I have heard the same thing from sources more qualified than I to make that assessment. No one doubts their brilliance or their keen perception of thoughts and brain power in manifesting.

S: What do they look like?

MATTHEW: Those I met are shorter and slighter than the regular adult human, but not frail. Their skin is gray and they have no hair on their heads, but the shape is attractive. Their eyes are black and piercing -- you can't look into their eyes and see into their souls. I've been told that the form of the females is more smoothed and rounded than the masculine form. That is the appearance of this part of their population, but I can't attest to that being the choice of any others. Since their manifesting capability is so powerful, like other civilizations with that same level of capability, they can create whatever forms they wish for housing their souls, and of course they also can change whenever they want.

They reproduce by mating, not by cloning. I suppose they can clone, because it's a simple process, but they have sexual reproductive systems and reproduce by those. Again, this pertains to the group whose representatives I met. We didn't get into a discussion of the entire reptilian civilization's lifestyle, appearance and activities. And no, Mother, I have no idea how many reptilians there are in total or where all they may reside.

I was able to talk with the two leaders in a small group who met after the conference because my work with transitioning souls was pertinent. It also is an important aspect of their world. Their "afterlife" realm is not greatly different from ours, but naturally it is in accordance with their own incarnate lives, brain power, activities, life span -- just like us, all the components of our physical life extended to our sanctuary realm. The leaders seemed to be conscientious and diligent in a way we would call humane and ethical.

S: I'm trying to get an image of you talking with them. I guess you're not sending me one. What did you wear and what did they wear?

MATTHEW: Fashion still isn't an interest we share, Mother. Let me recall. …. They wore simple, red shiny uniforms trimmed in black, with no medals or insignias. Probably I wore a business outfit more appropriate for that occasion than a white robe or jeans. Maybe I'm not sending you a picture because I can't remember what I wore.

S: Oh, right, Matthew! What about the "bad" reptilians?

MATTHEW: I haven't had personal contact with any, but I am well aware of the havoc they are causing on Earth and elsewhere in the universe. Those among you are not recognized as reptilian in nature because of their assumed human forms, but they can recognize each other. Indeed, they endeavor to keep their civilization pure by interbreeding, and they influence the human minds given to dark proclivity to assist in reaching their aims of total world domination. They are the embodiment of what you call evil, but more accurately stated, it is embodiment of the dense energy souls who are spiraling toward lost soul status.

Many reptilians are in combat with each other, as the "good" ones are as fiercely opposed to their "bad" counterparts creating such intense negativity as are any other light beings in physical form. Light is neither restricted to nor denied to any civilization. It is available to every soul of every civilization, and the dark forces will influence any soul of any civilization who is willing.

MATTHEW: You are right, Mother, and I am pleased to introduce Horiss, one of the commanders I met several years ago at a conference in Nirvana. He has been given permission by the Council to give a message for the book. That double “s” in his name indicates the best English sound, which does have a long soft “s” sound at the end, but please don't associate this with the hiss of a snake! In the language of his people, the various sounds of the names have a quality that is pleasing to hear. Now, please welcome Horiss.

S: Greetings, Horiss.

HORISS: My very warm greetings to you, Madam. I have been told that I may address you informally, but if you will, please grant me the favor to address you more formally as I will be more comfortable speaking that way.

S: I want you to be completely comfortable, and Madam is fine.

HORISS: Thank you. It is known by some of your people that certain of my civilization are fearsome creatures that have been causing all manner of evil upon your world for endless time. We are not proud of that truth, and I have been requested to speak on behalf of our greater numbers who equally oppose the influence of those dark members. We, too, think of them as dark because of their actions, and we are in combat with them to rid their influence on your planet and all the rest of this part of the universe.

It is possible that of all who oppose their darkness, we are the most vehement because their actions reflect upon us as a total civilization. Those members are not in the majority and are not representative of the rest of us and it is not how we wish to be portrayed. Please let me advertise to your world the nature of the rest of us. Thank you.

Without intending to sound vane, I tell you that our intelligence level exceeds that of many other civilizations that also are advanced intellectually and technologically beyond you. We are less advanced spiritually than many civilizations that have not progressed to our stage of mental development. We are endeavoring to bring more enlightenment throughout our civilization and one pursuit of attainment in this respect is joining with others in light forces to subdue and then eliminate the dark reptilian influence.

All souls in this universe derive from the same One Source, Creator, which makes all of us inseparable aspects of Creator and each other. God has told you that He is the amalgamation of all souls in this universe and loves all in equal amount. I say God to you, Madam, because that is your name for the ruler of this universe. That equality of love is true from our experience, as we first petitioned to God to eliminate these most foul of our brothers from this universe. He has no authority to do this and likewise, no desire, because all subsequent soul aspects of those original ones are indeed elements of God.

The darkest souls of my civilization entered this universe from another in an energy blending of the two universes that was meant to be mutually advantageous by a sharing of light to advance spiritual clarity. Some souls resisted this opportunity and now in this universe, they have become God's responsibility to bring light into them. That makes it our responsibility to fight against their continuance in darkness.

Madam, am I going too quickly for you?

S: No, Horiss. All that red is typing mistakes and I'll correct them later. But I'd like to ask a question. Were the dark souls that entered this universe the original reptilians or did your civilization exist here and they chose to enter it?

HORISS: I like your question, Madam! What entered was the soul energy with dark thought forms attached. It is not only the reptilian civilization in this universe that this kind of soul energy entered, but it is primarily this one. They were attracted to it through the universal law of like attracts like, and the attraction on this end was our civilization's inclination to see strength in maintaining powerful defense forces of great military might. The souls with darkness that are influencing Earth humans are the reptilians that have made clear to other belligerent souls that Earth is solely their territory in this conquest.

I see that your mind is satisfied and ready for me to continue.

The most effective way of eliminating the dark reptilians is by creating more light in this universe to the extent that their souls either will be infiltrated with it or they will leave here to flee from that possibility. No, I do not know where they would go as I do not know about conditions in other universes or if they can enter any without permission. That is why we are endeavoring to bring light to them here and now. Light is missing from those souls and they believe it will destroy them if they are in contact with it. It is their fear of that which motivates them to fight the light everywhere they see it. The light would fill them with the en-LIGHT-enment they lack, not destroy them, but they do not believe this and so they continue their battle against it.

I would like to describe to you the light ones of the reptilians. Because you associate that name with your animal reptiles and have little affection for those, it is easy for you to picture us in those forms. We are not in those forms unless we desire to make them, which we don't, because those forms would be too confining for the movement and functioning we desire. We are at a level of intelligence where we can make any forms we design.

You have been told that the dark reptilians on your planet look just like any other human, so you know that all of us have that capability. It may be either pleasant or unpleasant for you to know that some of us with lighted souls also are there, and quite a number of you are genetically crossbred human and reptilian. This is neither to your advantage nor disadvantage, as this is DNA inheritance only and has no effects whatsoever upon your soul evolution.
