1) SUMMARY

As most people in the Northern hemisphere are using this time of the year to take some much needed vacations, others continue scheming to maintain their hold on power. Various information both from this world and from the spiritual realm point to the possibility that the United States government, still under the manipulative influence of dark forces bent on world domination, has prepared plans to launch an attack against Iran that could involved the use of deep-penetrating nuclear bombs and that would undoubtedly cause the death of untold numbers and trigger a much larger and global conflict through the various international alliances connected with this part of the world. There are also speculations that a so-called "terrorist" attack could be staged within the United States borders to manufacture a pretext to go to war against Iran, as well as to establish a military government and a severe curtailing of civil liberties and, in so doing, derail legal efforts underway to put behind bars the main actors involved in the shadowy criminal actions that have plagued the world lately.

While such long discussed scenarios will most probably never be actually carried on, the mere facts that contingency plans have been made and that so many rumors have pointed towards such dire possibilities should nevertheless been considered as indicative of the growing desperation of dark elements both within the United States and in other countries, and indeed dimensions, following the increasingly more powerful assertiveness and radiant expansion of the Light Forces and spiritual awakenings that are preparing this world and all humanity for a now imminent Shift of the Ages into a lasting era of Peace, Love and Harmony on Earth and beyond.

Please dedicate your prayers and meditations, as guided by Spirit, in the coming three weeks, and especially in synchronous attunement at the usual time this Sunday and the following two Sundays, to contribute in raising a shield of Light and Love not only around Iran but also in support of the numerous souls now carrying on with high integrity their life missions in helping to purge this planet from the darkly inclined elements whose days in power will soon be over. Standing tall as the immensely powerful Light beings That We Are, as fragments of the Universal One, we shall let radiate through all dimensions and with absolute faith in the ability we collective have to shape our destiny and the future of this world, the redeeming Power of Love and thus assist to bring the Light that is streaming from higher dimensions towards all humanity and into the darkest corners and hearts of this planet, so as to magnify the innate divine nature of all Life on Earth, for the Highest Good of All.

MATTHEW: Mother, my greetings and thanks for interrupting your tasks to take my message that addresses two current topics of much speculation.

First is the growing concern about the United States invading Iran. Plans for this are not new and this is not one country setting out to war with another. This is a continuation of what has been happening for past centuries, and throughout that time the energy momentum has been building toward global domination. Because the United States has become the strongest of all nations, its government is holding the reins of conquest, but it is the ambitions of the global Illuminati power-mongers that are at work. It is in their long-intended takeover of the world that several years ago they targeted Iran as the second country in the Mideast to invade after Iraq is firmly within their control.

Initiating this phase of their plan has been delayed by the underestimated force of Iraqi resistance, but the intention is still very much alive. Although the delay allowed opposition to emerge and grow, the determination of the Illuminati has grown even stronger, and at this moment the energy field of potential shows that the invasion "possibility" status has moved to "probability"; however, the momentum is not dominant enough to stop the seesaw motion of invasion vs. opposition. Ever more light intensity beamed to the darkness can reverse the momentary status to "possibility."

As long as thought forms exist about anything, they are registered as possibilities in the field of potential, so you could say that's as good as it gets.

The Illuminati's consideration of using nuclear weaponry is an indication of their increasing desperation, because to do so would largely doom their takeover goal—the useful possession of the country's natural resources and infrastructure and enslavement of Iranian workers under the national leadership of Illuminati-controlled puppets. It is the very same intent as in Iraq, but there the situation has not been working according to the Illuminati's plan. Nevertheless, they intend to press forward, and with steadily decreasing numbers of ground troops to invade and occupy Iran, in their mental state of near-madness, they see nuclear war as their only option. All of their attempts to detonate nuclear warheads in space, whether terrorist in nature even broader than "9/11" or to destroy your space helpers‚ spacecraft, have failed—this, by the technology of extraterrestrial forces authorized by God in keeping with Creator's decree that no such effort will succeed—thus it is completely irrational for them to think that another attempt would be successful. But again, this shows their desperation as their power is rapidly ebbing in every area where formerly they held unquestionable control.

It is logical to ask why, since opposition to more war will only expand as growing numbers of you generate light in unity with your space family, an Iran invasion yet may occur, or at least be known one way or the other by us in these higher vantage points. It is because there is no clear energy dominance in the field of potential. Mother, when I told you six months prior to the invasion of Iraq that there was no way that could be prevented, it was because the energy directed toward that war was so overwhelmingly in control that the opposing energy could not have overtaken it.

But unless such a lopsided energetic situation exists, nothing is cast in stone. For an absolute predestined "future," as it were, it would mean that Creator's law of free will would have to abruptly and completely cease throughout the universe, and never will this happen! The law of free will is a cosmic law decreeing that it is the birthright of all souls to choose their pathway toward or away from spiritual enlightenment. Without that freedom of choice, there would be no opportunity for growth—every lifetime would be within the patterns set by cumulative experiencing to that point. Souls who had achieved control over others would retain it through their patterning and the patterning of those oppressed would perpetuate their status. So why continue life at all if it is only identical experiencing ad infinitum? In short, change is necessary and therefore inevitable, and free will is the driving force that offers renewal of purpose and meaning to each life. Furthermore, the cosmos is not static for a nanosecond, so stagnation cannot exist within its laws.

In ruling this universe, God's responsibility is adherence to those laws set by Creator, including Creator's one exception to honoring free will choices: There will be no more nuclear detonations in space. Why only "in space"? Myriad souls live as free spirits or travel astrally, and some have been extensively damaged due to nuclear warring in other civilizations. There is an incomparable difference between damage to a soul and damage to a body. Your bodies are but the temporary housing you designed prior to birth, with genetic inheritances that would best enable you to experience what you chose to fill gaps in other lifetimes, with the goal of achieving overall balance. Those choices become your soul contract for this lifetime. How a body dies may be a provision of that contract, and whether the death is by heart failure or being blown to bits or radiation poisoning, the soul is unscathed. The soul is eternal!

When a soul is in the area of a nuclear explosion in space, it is shattered and the parts are scattered, and for healing to occur, all parts must be retrieved and reintegrated so that all experiencing once again is intact. For the largest portion of a soul to locate all of its parts is extremely difficult, and when it does, the reintegration process is complex and lengthy. The scattered parts may have ramifications for other souls. Soul parts may enter bodies, where the resultant change may either enhance or impede the resident soul's chosen pathway, or they may be captured by dark ones and cry out weakly for rescue. Way-showers and healers throughout the universe, including on Earth, are aiding the damaged souls. This is not yet within your ability to comprehend, so we say with loving intent of reassurance: As abhorrent as weapons of war are—not only the deaths, but the physical effects on survivors and often succeeding generations—those affect only bodies, not souls.

My digressing was to give answers to the questions in so many minds—How can God let these the atrocities against Earth and humanity continue? and Will there be a nuclear war?

Now I return to the potential of an invasion in Iran, and here I shall answer what many of you also are asking: We're already sending light—what more can we do to have peace in our world? We urge you souls who are so dear to us to steadfastly remain in the light and send forth its all-powerful energy to the ones still lost in darkness—they also are loved. We urge you to stay out of fear! The energy of fear is incompatible with the energy of light, and for your sake and your desired goal of peace on Earth, stay the light course! Light and love—two sides of the coin—is the most powerful energy in the cosmos, where experiencing by choice was gifted by Creator and is the life force of each soul within the Oneness of All.

The other issue is the attention being given to Internet reports about the grand jury indictment of President Bush and other principals who started the war in Iraq by deceptive means. Is this true or only a rumor? Meticulous preparation has been made within appropriate legal channels of a case so strongly conclusive that it will result in the uprooting of the US government as it presently exists. While shock, and stubborn denial in some quarters, will result when this documented evidence becomes widely known, those who are poised to assume positions of benevolent and wise leadership will do so and allay anxiety about a state of anarchy developing.

Souls with spiritual integrity and expertise in the various fields of governing are at the ready. Many who were prudent and just leaders in previous Earth lifetimes chose to return in this unique time on the planet to complete the groundwork they started for this day at hand. Others are members of your space family who volunteered to assist in this transitional period. Do not expect to know who is whom until after order is soundly established and personal safety is secure. Also, until that moment arrives, do not expect any landings of your helpers from civilizations in off-planet posts. We know of the great eagerness in some of your population for these events, but please be patient a while longer—the mingling is a certainty when the time is right for handshaking and embracing. I assure you, your space brothers and sisters are as eager as you for that momentous occasion of greetings and recognition!

Our beloved Earth family, please know with your entire being that the major reforms you desire and have been working toward are close at hand! Not all of the dark skirmishes are past, and we urge you to be encouraged by each that arises—it means that the vanquishing of the darkness is that much nearer. The energy momentum of their intentions and actions that began centuries ago must be played out, and the force of that momentum weakens with each burst of dark motion. Rejoice in knowing that it is close to the point of exhaustion and that all of you souls who are living your light are speeding it to that conclusion. You are ushering in the era of Earth's restoration to her glorious Eden self!

BUSH AND CHENEY INDICTED

A Chicago grand jury has indicted the President and Vice-President of the United States along with multiple high officials in the Bush administration

Chicago -- August 2, 2005 -- TomFlocco.com -- U.S. federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald's Chicago grand jury has issued perjury and obstruction of justice indictments to the following members of the Bush Administration: President George W. Bush, Vice-President Richard Cheney, Bush Chief of Staff Andrew Card, Cheney Chief of Staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, former Attorney General John Ashcroft, imprisoned New York Times reporter Judith Miller and former Senior Cheney advisor Mary Matalin.

There were no indications given as to whether the President and his top staff members would appear publicly before cameras at the grand jury proceedings, given the gravity of the charges.

Besides the Valerie Plame CIA leak case, the Fitzgerald probe is reportedly far-reaching and expanding much deeper into past White House criminal acts involving Bush-Clinton drug money laundering in Mena, Arkansas to White House involvement in 9.11; but also for sending America's young people to their deaths or to be maimed in Iraq and Afghanistan under false pretenses.

British Prime Minister Tony Blair was indicted for obstruction of justice and is reportedly consulting with members of Parliament and legal aides regarding how to avoid appearing in the U.S.A. for interrogation before Fitzgerald in Chicago.

The revelations emanated from sources close to the grand jury who spoke with federal whistleblower Thomas Heneghen in California who said White House Senior Advisor to the President Karl Rove was also indicted for perjury and was reportedly involved with Mary Matalin in a major Bush administration document shredding operation to cover-up evidence.

Heneghen had reported over ten days ago on a TruthRadio.com broadcast that his sources close to the grand jury said former Secretary of State Colin Powell had been subpoenaed and had testified against President Bush, telling the citizen panel that the President had taken the United States to war based upon lies--a capital crime involving treason under the United States Code.

Heneghen also reported a week ago that Gonzalez and Card had been subpoened and that Tony Blair had defied his subpoena after the response time limit had expired.

Sources close to the investigation report that members of the House, Senate, 9.11 Commission and other members of the media are also under investigation as potential targets by a grand jury regarding obstruction of justice and other oversight failures linked to the 9.11 attacks--indicating that citizen panelists working with Fitzgerald may be seeking a wholesale cleansing of what many have said is a crime-wracked White House and Congress.

Also last Monday, the whistleblower reported that Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Pat Roberts was planning to obstruct justice by calling Fitzgerald for Senate hearings to question the prosecutor's motives for the far-reaching investigation.

This, giving rise to questions as to whether Roberts and other Republican legislators--some now under secret investigation--would join President Bush in seeking to fire Fitzgerald in the same manner that President Nixon had fired Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox in order to obstruct justice and cut off further investigations into White House crimes.

Two weeks ago Heneghen said he had talked to sources just ten minutes prior to French and U.S. intelligence agents intercepting British intelligence agents who were attempting to bomb the subway underneath the Dirksen Federal Building where Fitzgerald was presiding over grand jury hearings.

Serious questions can also be raised as to whether intelligence forces linked to President Bush and Tony Blair had participated in a failed attempt to scuttle the Fitzgerald probe by literally blowing it up--at a time when UK reports reveal that military-grade explosives were used to blow up the London subway on July 7.

Sources say the alleged Chicago subway bombing attempt has been attributed to an underground and closeted enmity involving warring intelligence and military factions within the United States government.

Moreover, reports indicate that the disturbance occurred at the same time that the Chicago Tribune and local web blogs had reported that the subway had been evacuated for 45-50 minutes regarding a "suspicious package" late on Monday afternoon, July 18.

Also confirming the under-the-radar-screen hostilities involving agents loyal to the administration and others who are disturbed about the cover-up of government involvement in the 9.11 attacks was a recent contact made with this writer by a major New York media outlet which called seeking "names of those who could confirm its own reports of warring factions within the government which were threatening the safety of U.S. citizens."

Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald's investigation into the Valerie Plame-CIA leak has now spilled over into Bush administration lies involving 9/11 and the war in Iraq, according to sources close to the Chicago probe.

Sources close to the Chicago federal grand jury probe into perjury and obstruction charges against President Bush and others said indictments were handed down this week, but a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Illinois refused to comment.

“We are not talking about any aspect of this case and our office is not commenting on anything regarding the investigation at this time,” said Randall Sanborn from the office of U.S. federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, the attorney conducting the grand jury probe into whether Bush and others in his administration violated federal law in a number of sensitive areas, including the Valerie Plame CIA leak case, involvement in 9/11 and the illegal nature of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In December 2003, Fitzgerald was named Special Counsel to investigate the alleged disclosure of the identity of who leaked information in the Plame case, but the present grand jury probe has expanded to include the wide-reaching crime allegations as new information surfaced.

Although the U.S. Attorney’s office in Chicago is staying silent, it is well known that Fitzgerald is digging deep into an assortment of serious improprieties among many Bush administration figures based, in part, on subpoenaed testimony provided by former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

According to federal whistleblower Tom Heneghen, who recently reported on www.truthradio.com, Powell testified before the citizen grand jury that President Bush had taken the U.S. to war illegally based on lies, which is a capital crime involving treason under the U.S. Code.

“Regarding the Powell testimony, there is no comment,” said Sanborn.

However, sources close to the federal grade jury probe also allegedly told Heneghen a host of administration figures besides Bush were also indicted, including Vice-President Richard Cheney, Chief of Staff Andrew Card, Cheney Chief of Staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, former Attorney General John Ashcroft, imprisoned New York Times reporter Judith Miller and former Senior Cheney advisor Mary Matalin.

Heneghen, unavailable for comment and first reported by internet reporter Tom Flocco, allegedly also told sources White House Advisor Karl Rove was indicted for perjury in a major document shredding operation cover-up and that Prime Minister Tony Blair was also indicted for obstruction of justice charges.

Heneghen also claimed that Blair failed to honor a subpoena issued by Fitzpatrick and is now consulting with British legal counsel on how to avoid appearing in Chicago.

In recent weeks, there has been much controversy over Fitzgerald’s wide reaching probe which is extending far beyond the Bush administration to include what some have called “a wholesale cleansing” of a crime-laden White House and Congress.

Fitzgerald’s investigation is said to be also centered on members of the 9/11 Commission, members on both sides of the isle in the House and Senate and also select high-powered members of the media.

Needless to say, members close to the administration are ‘fighting mad” with Fitzgerald and reports on Capital Hill are that Senate intelligence Committee Chairman Pat Roberts is trying to derail Fitzgerald’s probe by calling him to testify before the Senate regarding his true motives behind the investigation.

Political observers are now wondering whether administration-friendly Republican legislators, some under investigation themselves, are conspiring like President Nixon did in Watergate with Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox, attempting to fire Fitzgerald in the same manner in order to cool the heat on further investigations into Bush administration crimes.

Last week, other sources close to the investigation said the recent bomb scare in the subway under the Dirksen Federal Building, coincidently near where Fitzgerald was holding his grand jury hearings, raised serious questions as to whether government operatives loyal to Bush were sending the zealous prosecutor a “warning message” that he was entering murky waters with the extent of his investigation.

The bomb scare was reported to local police late Monday afternoon, July 18, causing the subway to be evacuated for approximately 45 minutes while bomb sniffing dogs and swat team members searched for what was reported to be “a suspicious package” left on one of the subway cars.

Besides Fitzgerald’s probe into Bush administration lies relating to 9/11, the war in Iraq and the CIA-Valerie Plame leaks, he is also looking into a huge drug money laundering operation involving both the Clinton and Bush administrations with ties reaching all the way to Arkansas.

Fitzgerald began serving as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois in September, 2001. He was initially appointed on an interim basis by former Attorney General John Ashcroft before being nominated by President Bush.

The U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination by unanimous consent in October 2001. In December 2003, he was named Special Counsel to investigate the CIA- Valerie Plame case.

LaRouche Warns: Cheney's ' Guns of August' Threaten the World

July 27, 2005 (EIRNS)—This statement was issued today by the LaRouche Political Action Committee.

Lyndon LaRouche, on this Wednesday afternoon, issued an international alert, covering the period of August 2005, which is the likely timeframe for Vice President Dick Cheney, with the full collusion of the circles of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, to unleash the recently exposed plans to stage a preemptive tactical nuclear strike against Iran. The danger of such a mad, Hitler-in-the-bunker action from the Cheney circles would be even further heightened, were the United States Congress to stick with its present schedule, and go into recess on July 30 until September 4. With Congress out of Washington, the Cheney-led White House would almost certainly unleash a "Guns of August" attack on Iran.

LaRouche based this assessment on a series of factors, reported to him over the recent days, beginning with the qualified report, from a former U.S. intelligence official, published in the American Conservative magazine, that Dick Cheney ordered the Strategic Command (STRATCOM) to prepare contingency plans for a conventional and tactical nuclear strike against hundreds of targets in Iran, in the event of a "new 9/11-style attack" on the United States. As EIR reported several months ago, the Bush Administration, under CONPLAN 8022, had already placed the relevant "mini-nukes" under the control of theater military commanders, as part of a new Global Strike doctrine, a doctrine originally conceived when Dick Cheney was Secretary of Defense under George H.W. Bush in the early 1990s.

The recent bombings in London have provided Tony Blair with his own "Reichstag fire" incident, and the full resources of the British "liberal imperial" faction can now be expected to weigh in behind the brutish Cheney circles in Washington.

The most compelling evidence of this "Guns of August" plan, LaRouche emphasized in discussions with colleagues, is the pattern of eyewitness reports of Dick Cheney's state of mind. Cheney is living out an American version of "Hitler in the bunker," lashing out at Republican Senators who have dared to resist his mad tirades, accusing anyone who fails to follow his orders—including senior members of the United States Senate—of being "traitors" and worse.

And finally, LaRouche identified a series of reports from highly qualified Congressional, military, and intelligence community sources, who have confirmed the essential features of the original American Conservative account of Cheney's Strangelove schemes for a preemptive nuclear strike on Iran. Whatever plans Dick Cheney and his neo-conservatives may have had to conjure up a nuclear threat from Iran as "justification" for military action have been sharply undercut by some timely leaks to the Washington Post. In a redux of President George W. Bush's spin on the "grave and growing" danger from Iraq, Cheney protégé and newly appointed U.N. Ambassador John Bolton is on record warning that Iranian "deception" must not be allowed to continue much longer: "It will be too late. Iran will have nuclear weapons."

Not for ten more years, report sources close to the U.S. intelligence community in yesterday's lead story in the Post . Several government officials with access to the most recent National Intelligence Estimate on Iran have told journalist Dafna Linzer of its main judgments. By doing so, Linzer's sources seem determined not to sit idly by as our country is misled once again into a war favored only by "neo-conservatives" in Washington and their counterparts in the far-right Likud government in Israel who share a vision of remaking the map of the Middle East.

Linzer has shown commendable tenacity on Iran and the nuclear issue—tenacity highly unusual by today's lax media standards. According to Linzer's sources, the National Intelligence Estimate states that, while there are credible signs that the Iranian military is doing some clandestine work, there is no information to connect that work directly to a nuclear weapons program. Moreover, U.N. inspectors have found no convincing proof that Iran is conducting a nuclear weapons program or that it has a nuclear warhead design.

The NIE concludes that Iran will not be able to produce enough highly enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon until "early to mid-next decade," with general consensus among intelligence analysts that 2015 would actually be the earliest.

Devotees of Preemption

The exposure of these intelligence judgments is extremely well timed. It comes amid rumors that Vice President Cheney's office has ordered up contingency plans for a large-scale air assault on Iran using not only conventional weapons but also tactical nuclear weapons to take out hardened underground nuclear facilities. The action would be framed as a response to a terrorist act—whether sponsored by Iran or not—on the United States. According to former CIA operative Philip Giraldi, senior Air Force officers involved in the planning are appalled that Iran is being set up for an unprovoked attack but, sadly, no one wants to jeopardize a career by posing objections.

Indeed, Cheney is once again leading the public charge, just as he did in 2002 in the lead up to invading Iraq. On the morning of Inauguration Day 2005 on MSNBC's Imus in the Morning , Cheney warned that Iran has "a fairly robust new nuclear program." And, he added, it sponsors terrorism. The vice president said Iran's "objective is the destruction of Israel." Imus then brought up the possibility of preempting Iran, asking, "Why don't we make Israel do it?" Cheney responded:

Well, one of the concerns people have is that Israel might do it without being asked, that if, in fact, the Israelis became convinced the Iranians had significant capability, the Israelis might well decide to act first, and let the rest of the world worry about cleaning up the diplomatic mess afterwards.

A few weeks later President Bush elaborated on Cheney's remarkably nonchalant remark:

Clearly, if I was the leader of Israel and I'd listened to some of the statements by the Iranian ayatollahs that regarded the security of my country, I'd be concerned about Iran having a nuclear weapon as well. And, in that Israel is our ally (sic)—and in that we've made a very strong commitment to support Israel—we will support Israel if her security is threatened.

That all fits in with Cheney's personal view of the one time Israel did 'take out' what it perceived as a hostile nuclear weapons program. Despite the official position of the United States (and the unanimous U.N. Security Council vote) condemning the Israeli preemptive attack on Iraq's nuclear reactor at Osirak in 1981, Cheney saw fit to refer to the Israel attack approvingly in his speech on Iraq on August 26, 2002. Earlier, as defense secretary in 1991, Cheney reportedly gave Israeli Maj. Gen. David Ivri, then the commander of the Israeli Air Force, a satellite photo of the Iraqi nuclear reactor destroyed by U.S.-built Israeli aircraft. On the photo Cheney penned, "Thanks for the outstanding job on the Iraqi nuclear program in 1981."

Cherry-Picking Intelligence

Will this new, apparently reality-based NIE on Iran influence the actions of the White House? Linzer points out that a number of less ambitious papers on Iran, ordered up during Bush's first term "were rejected by advocates of policies that were inconsistent with the intelligence judgments." In 2002, then-deputy national security adviser Stephen Hadley commissioned one such paper on the possibility of "regime change" in Iran. The paper concluded that Iran seemed to be on a slow march to democracy and cautioned against U.S. interference in the process and thus became material for the shredder.

Bush is more likely to take his "intelligence" from Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who, according to George H. W. Bush's national security adviser, Gen. Brent Scowcroft, has George W. Bush "wrapped around his little finger." It went little noticed that on his visit to Crawford last April, Sharon had his senior military aide, Gen. Yoav Galant, present photos and other Israeli intelligence on Iran's nuclear weapons program, showing it to be at a "very advanced" stage. In July 2003, Sharon and Galant gave a similar performance in the oval office, reportedly showering Bush with data from a thick dossier on Iran's covert program.

As has been abundantly clear in the case of Iraq, Vice President Cheney does not feel at all bound by U.S. intelligence, unless he can put in enough appearances at CIA headquarters to slant the intelligence in the desired direction. This time he is likely to dismiss the new NIE on Iran, harkening back—as he is fond of doing—to the less-than-stellar performance of earlier U.S. estimates regarding how far along the Iraqi nuclear program was before the Gulf War in 1991.

And then there is John Bolton. Let us recall that during his confirmation hearings, amid countless credible charges that he had politicized intelligence, he had the chutzpah to write to the committee that he reserves the right to "state his own reading of the intelligence."

A Leak in Time...

You readers out there in the intelligence and policy communities may wish to take those who told Linzer about the NIE as your model. Between multiple sources in London and in Washington finally willing to see it as their patriotic duty to speak out to prevent war, we have a new, very hopeful, truth-driven process going less than a year after the Truth Telling Coalition gave it fresh impetus. This disclosure will make it more difficult for the Bush administration and/or Israel to launch war on Iran. Timing makes all the difference.

Some rumors eventually prove to be accurate foreknowledge. I hope that this one turns out to be silly paranoia spawned by someone (me) who gets too much email and worries too much!

We hear it every day from our government officials: “It’s not a matter of if, but when!” This phrase of course referrers to the domestic nuclear terrorism that our government tells us in inevitable. Naturally when our our government tells us this we have to respect their words. But when similar information is sourced to independent media the “conspiracy theory” tag is immediately applied. Let’s all hope that we can look back at this note and tag it as well meaning alarm and not as foreknowledge.

Before I fill you in on the information rumor mill regarding supposed upcoming nuclear terror let’s keep a few things in mind:

1. The US government is warning us that a nuclear terrorists attack is imminent. It is just a matter of time.

2. Nuclear weapons have only been manufactured by governments; with the US government being the most prolific producer.

3. The above 2 facts should lead you to realize that nuclear weapons do not get used without some kind of government involvement. Governments are the only entities that have the ability to manufacture nuclear weapons and they have always been in complete control of these weapons.

4. The fact is that no nuclear device has or will ever go off without the knowledge of at least one government that has a nuclear weapons program. We all know about the official nuclear capable nations and we all know that Israel is the unofficial nation to have nuclear capabilities. What is taking place, as was the case with Iraq, is that Iran is being set up as a nuclear threat in the event of a nuclear terror incident. Iran is not a nuclear WMD producer and if they were their technology would be so primitive that they would not be able to produce a small nuclear device that can be delivered by a terrorist. Nations do not jump from having no nuclear capabilities to producing the state of the art miniature nuclear devices. It just does not happen. Only the Soviet Union, the US and Israel would have that capability at this time. Perhaps some of the other nuclear nations can produce such devices but it is unlikely. What is surely unlikely is that Iran can produce them. Keep that in mind.

More background: Any president worth his salt is supposed to try to make the citizens feel safe and secure. George W. Bush and his PNAC warriors have done nothing but try to keep us frightened to death. Without even throwing a rock, by keeping us scared, this administration has terrorized the citizens of out nation and of the world. They are terrorists by virtue of the fact that they keep us in a continual state of fear. George W. Bush and his PNAC handlers use fear as tool to garner support for their otherwise unacceptable agenda. Any time they want to go after some person or some nation they raise the country’s fear factor in relation to that person or nation to unrealistic level so that Americans are frightened enough to permit the administration to do anything and everything to protect us. All this occurs even though the rationale for the fear is unfounded.

As professed by the members of the Bush administration who have taken part in the agenda of the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), events the likes of “Pearl Harbor” can frighten the people of this nation into supporting even the most radical agenda of their group. It is the old adage of being protected from a perceived enemy that is at play here. Even though issues such as environmental pollutants pose a far greater risk to the lives of Americans, the perceived threat posed by the media created bogey man known as the terrorist, is being used to scare the people into supporting Bush the “Protector.” Operation Northwoods is a perfect historic documentation of this strategy. This operation was designed to utilize the fear factor to garner support for unnecessary military interventions. Operation Northwoods (http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/northwoods.html) was a government plan to conduct false flag terror operations on our own nation and blame these events on a foreign country; in this case the country was Castro’s Cuba. The US planned to conduct state engineered terrorism which would then be blamed on Cuba. The result of this operation would be public support for protection by any means necessary against a perceived threat (Cuba in this case). This is not a new concept, and has been used for centuries. Hitler’s self inflicted Reichstag Fire is the perfect example of such state sponsored terrorism. Of course the example are numerous. . If the 9/11 researchers are correct in their suspicions those attacks served as a perfect example of a false flag operation. It had motive, means and response all fitting the blueprints for such a scheme.

THE RUMORS: I get a ton of email each day. I also read a great deal of news from a many sources. What I am hearing these days is very frightening, although it is VERY difficult to believe. It is for this reason I do not post all my information on the main web site. However I do want to share some of the chatter because if any of this information is accurate I want the real story to be heard BEFORE any official cover stories get out.

I repeat this is all chatter…none of which I can corroborate. There is quite a lot of information coming in so I will share some of it with you.

It is believed that Dick Cheney, a known PNAC kingpin, has ordered plans to be drawn up preparing for a launch of a nuclear attack on Iran (http://rense.com/general67/nuke.htm) to be used as a retaliation for a massive terror attack on the US. This information has come from several rather reliable sources. At the same time a stepped up PR campaign to make the public think Iran is developing nuclear weapons is underway.

Obviously Cheney can not launch an attack of any kind on Iran without provocation. I doubt that this nation will allow another Iraq to take place. So according to the rumor mill there are terror events planned that will provide the justification for a new military and perhaps nuclear strike by the PNAC crew.

My sources tell me that there will be one or more events taking place to justify such actions. The events are as follows: (AGAIN, I REITERATE THAT THIS IS UNCORROBORATED RUMOR!)

1. Terror attacks, perhaps in the form of perceived suicide bombings, will take place at venues that represent the heart of America, such as a baseball game or holiday celebration.
2. A US warship will come under attack in the Persian Gulf.
3. Nuclear terror will reach American shores. Small nuclear devices will go off in one or more American cities. These cities are to be large but not key cities like New York or LA. Death tolls of 200,000 per event are predicted.
4. I have received information from 2 sources (both sources claim CIA connections), that Mossad has started to pull their agents out of the US in anticipation of the nuclear events.

Some facts to go along with the rumors:

Again…this is all just crazy rumor right now. But some rumors turn out to be legitimate foreknowledge. If these or similar events do take place, the word on the street as we know it today indicates that these events would have been state sponsored false flag operations. We should keep that in mind…but hopefully you will be able look back at this little blurb as paranoid induced hysteria.

More About Those Nuclear Attack Speculations

Before I get to the current rumor mill, I want you to think about why it might be important to pay attention to rumors even if they never pan out.

Consider the rumors that can serve us well financially. When we come across buzz about a corporate takeover or a drug about to be approved by the FDA, what do we do? Many of us do the smart thing, we inquire. We call our broker or we talk to knowledgeable friends, just in case there is something to the rumor. If there is a way to take advantage of what we heard, we do not want to miss a good opportunity. Some of us will even skip an intensive validation process before we put in a buy or sell order with a trusted, low fee, on-line brokerage service. Sometimes it’s worth risking a little in order to gain a lot.

It seems that when it comes to personal gain or profit, we are willing follow through on rumors. Even more interesting, we also are willing to admit that others know more than we do. When it comes to making a buck, we seem more ready to listen to people who have some knowledge about things we know little or nothing about. We will seek out people with some expertise in areas in which we have absolutely no experience. When we come across stock “tips” on the financial rumor mill, we have no problem placing our trust in other sources. If some of these tips fall flat and disappoint us, we don’t stop trusting these more informed sources. We continue to have faith in their good intentions and we wait eagerly for the next bit of market gossip to come along.

Why, then, do the attitudes of most people change so dramatically when the “tips” are rumors that involve their government? Most, and I repeat most of us do not understand the powerful factors that control the governments of the world. Most people have a view of the world as it is presented in school books. They have no idea that a handful of very wealth, very powerful, and very well entrenched people wield enormous power over most of us. There is no room here to discuss this huge and complicated topic in detail. Suffice it to say that some very powerful people have inordinate power to influence the agendas of many governments of the world. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is fact. Before you pass judgment, do some reading and find out for yourself. Spend some time looking up the private adjuncts to our governmental bodies: the Bilderberg Group, the Illuminati and the World Bank. Research the Tri-Lateral Commission, the National Security Council and the Council on Foreign Relations. Then ask yourself why these unelected bodies are so closely and consistently entangled in so many aspects of so many governments. Then ask yourself why do the members of these groups also have deep ties to many multi-national corporations; many of which are energy, defense and media related. We are not just talking about one or two conflicts of interest here. We are talking about people who sit on the boards of multiple companies and who are involved in these secretive yet powerful organizations. Who do they actually represent; the corporations or the organizations? Why is it that only that extremely wealthy and corporately connected individuals are involved in these organizations?

But let’s do some of your homework right here. One example is a power group with inordinate influence over the policies of the Bush administration, yet totally hidden to most Americans.. This group is one of the most easily researched and verifiable of all: the Project for a New American Century (PNAC). The motives and goals of this organization are not secret. They are not some mythical theory. They are not the paranoid fabrication of a tinfoil hat conspiracy nut. The agenda of this organization is available for all to see. Their plans and visions are clearly detailed on their own website. Their activities, past and present, are recorded and archived for everyone to examine. These are the people who proposed war with Afghanistan and Iraq long before 9/11. These are the people who designed the doctrine for global military superiority long before George Bush was even a candidate for the presidency. And today, these are the people who hold an extraordinary number of key positions in every major foreign policy department of the US government. They are seen and heard over and over on the corporate media. They are invited to offer advice and give opinions to an unsuspecting public that never hears a single word about their relationship to PNAC.

Thanks to the controlled corporate media, most Americans have no idea who these people are. PNAC members hold dozens of key positions in the Bush administration. They are never identified as being members of PNAC. There is never mention of their common affiliation and history. Oddly, the one non PNAC person in the White House is George W. Bush. He is the outsider.

Research this group and you will find that many of these key members of the Bush administration were once known in Washington as “The Crazies!” These men - and women, who have been connected to several past administrations, supported agendas that were so radical that that they were kept out of positions in which they could really do some harm. Today, they direct, and control the foreign & military policies of the United States. That is not an exaggeration. Keep this in mind when you get to the rumor mill portion of this blog.

This being said, let’s understand there is a pretty good chance that there are people who know a great deal more about the power brokers behind our government than the average American. Many of you might be ahead of the curve on this and may have read up on the topics I mentioned. You may also have listened to or read the works of Alex Jones, Jeff Rense, Meria Heller, Whatreallyhappened.com, David Ickey or others on the Internet. There is a great deal of information about these power brokers out there for those who really want to know.

Sadly, many people simply dismiss these sources as the ranting of crackpots or conspiracy theorists whose information is not credible. They do this without ever considering the validity of what is claimed. By doing this, they place themselves in the same class of those who dismissed the round-world theorists. These people could not and would not open their minds to any idea that refuted their belief that the world was flat. They ridiculed and denigrated the findings of people who, in fact, knew what they were saying, and who knew more than their deriders. This made no sense at the time, and makes no sense now. It is self defeating and possibly dangerous to ignore the words of informed sources. It makes even less sense to dismiss them outright before they ever have a chance to be heard.

It makes a great deal more sense to have an open mind about information that has been researched and documented, especially when that information directly affects your life. This is not unlike accepting, or at least considering information about your health given to you by a doctor. You may not have a clue about the technical facts leading to the diagnosis, but you listen to what is being said. When you go home, you might research the condition that was described. You might get a second professional opinion and ask others about the condition. Finally, after listening and asking and reading and thinking, you discern the validity of what the doctor told you. You would not simply dismiss the claims made by your doctor because you were unable deal with what you heard. Even if the diagnosis was bizarre and too extreme to accept at the moment,. you would not dismiss it outright. You would not allow your lack of medical knowledge to get in the way of accepting life saving information. Obviously, that close-minded approach could very well endanger, if not end your life. By the time you figure out that the doctor was right, it might be too late to use what he had to say.

So, why not take this approach with other vital issues such as those involving the government? It might be an essential strategy for becoming more open-minded and ultimately more aware of what goes on in this very complex and confusing world. It also might be helpful in finding ways to distinguish legitimate information from unfounded rumor. You really can’t lose if you listen and think about things you are tempted to dismiss or ignore. At worst, you will have wasted some time. But at best you might be on the receiving end of some very valuable information. Bear in mind what was just said: a close-minded approach could endanger your life. You really wouldn’t want to start listening when it was too late to use the information.

Okay. I think I’ve made my point, so on with the rumors:

Recent events are adding fuel to the rumors, and suggest that the final pieces of the puzzle may be falling into place. Here is some background:

1. The entire rumor is based on the concept that elements within the government (and their adjuncts, see above) are intent on creating a New World Order in the form of a single world government.

2. In order for the people to go along with these plans events have to take place that create an atmosphere of great fear. Frightened citizens will permit their government to do anything so long as they believe it is for their own safety. This is an old psychological ploy that has been used successfully by governments in the past. At present, the American government promotes and engenders constant fear in the public. In part this is done, as it was during the Cold War years, to finance the military industrial complex. When the Cold War ended, military budgets needed new life - so along came the international terrorist. For war profiteers there is no better enemy than one that can not be seen or identified, and ultimately can never be defeated. There can be no end to a war on the catch phrase, “Terrorism” . Terrorists are not an enemy that can surrender, so there is no way to tell when the military effort has succeeded. The war that is being waged today is the perfect never-ending war that will provide a never-ending flow of funds. It is the perfect business plan for the military industrial complex. An enemy that can not be identified can not be defeated. Everlasting war is the result. Everlasting war funding is the goal.

3. The PNAC crew, formerly know as the Crazies, control a virtual dictatorship. As we speak, there is no oversight or accountability in the Bush administration. Those in power do pretty much whatever they want. Their march into Iraq was a prime example of the way they do business. The world stood still as the administration, with the help of their corporate adjunct, the mainstream media, convinced the American people that Iraq was to be feared. This was a ludicrous claim that was almost laughable. Iraq was a smashed and defeated nation with no military to speak of, that had undergone 12 years of crippling embargoes and 12 years of bombing raids and they were the ideological enemy of Al Qaeda. There was nothing to fear, but fear we did so that phase one of the PNAC plan could go into action.

4. Don’t believe for a moment that the PNAC crew that took control of our government will ever let go of that power. They waited too long and planned too hard to stop in their tracks. They assumed power by stealing elections and reaping the benefits of the “new Pearl Harbor” they themselves said they needed. On September 11th, 2001, these not-so-crazy men went into full gear. The oil pipelines to the Caspian could be fully in their hands if Afghanistan and Iraq were under their control A rapid defeat of these countries would lead to domination of the region. Despite the setbacks to their poorly laid, albeit ambitious plans, these people are here for the duration. There is no way this long awaited power is going to slip through their hands. This is a now or never opportunity for to achieve the goals they openly laid out year before.

5. There is no possible argument to refute the reality that the people in power today needed a tragedy like 9/11 to take place. Without it, there would have been no opportunity at all, none, nada, nil, to implement their openly published agenda. Without the attacks of that day, there would be no wars against Afghanistan or Iraq. Saddam Hussein would be trading his oil in Euros, the pipelines of the oil rich Middle East would be in the hands of other nations, and the ambitions of the PNAC power brokers would be in the garbage. For whatever it’s worth, this is a harsh reality. Think about it.

Here is what has recently changed:

1.The public is beginning to catch on to what is going on. Questions are being asked. Answers are being demanded.

2. There is a groundswell of public interest in the events of 9/11. A great deal of new evidence has been uncovered by the independent 9/11 research community that exposes the official story of 9/11 as the real conspiracy theory. A great deal of evidence points to government complicity, at least to the level of permitting the events to unfold. The media can no longer stem the grass roots information campaign taking place. The more people examine the findings of the independent community, the more they realize that something sinister is at hand. One can not view the uncovered information without becoming suspicious about what the Bush administration knew and when they knew it.

3. The Plame investigation is coming to a head. According to recent reports, indictments have already been issued or are underway. The investigation reportedly goes far beyond the leak of a CIA agent, and has looked into illegalities by people at the highest levels of government concerning 9/11 and the war in Iraq.

4. If we get past the midterm elections and vote rigging is under control, there is a chance that many members of Congress will be getting their walking papers. If Republicans lose control of Congress there is a chance that impeachment proceedings will take place. The grounds for impeachment of the President and Vice President have been clearly established - and include the high crimes of lying to Congress, and manipulating intelligence information for political gain.

What does all this mean? Let’s consider the most recent rumors that involve the indictment of people in high places. Such an event will mean the end of the PNAC dream. This is why they have to work fast, before any such indictments are issued or before too much truth gets out. This administration cannot risk letting Americans know really took place on 9/11. That, too, would mean the end of the PNAC dream.

The last pieces of the PNAC power structure were just put in place. John Bolton is Ambassador to the UN. He is PNAC. Zalmay Khalilzad is Ambassador to Iraq. He is PNAC. Paul Wolfowitz is the head of the World Bank. He is PNAC. So are Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and Scooter Libby. Need I go on? If undeterred, they can proceed at full speed with their global domination agenda. Only now things don’t look to good, and if the rumor about the indictments is true, something will have to be done. This something, according to the rumor mill, will be a false flag terror operation in the form of a limited nuclear attack on our own soil. This will permit the PNAC crazies to freeze our government, implement martial law and maintain absolute dictatorship level powers indefinitely. Don’t put it past this dangerous gang of radicals to do this.

Here are my two cents: In my scenario George W. Bush does not survive an attack. I say this for several reasons:

1. Bush is not a PNAC member. Cheney runs the show. Bush has been a burden for these people. They have to teach him what to say, how to present his little issues, tutor him, give him his sound bites, etc. He could not even handle one hour in front of the friendly 9/11 Commission by himself; Cheney had to accompany him. He had nothing to do with creating the PNAC agenda and by getting him out of the way Cheney and crew can move faster and harder.

2. If George Bush were no longer President, it would add to the power of the PNAC crew. If you think they assumed great power because 3,000 anonymous Americans died, just imagine how much more power they can assume after claiming that terrorists are a great enough threat to get to an American president. Bush would be the sacrificial poster boy. He would have served his purpose and would no longer be needed. He would provide PNAC with more power than they ever could achieve if he had lived. An interesting side note is that George W. Bush’s Skull and Bones nickname is “Temporary!” Interesting, to say the least.

3. Also, look for a hit on Chicago . The records and principles involved in the Plame investigation have to be eliminated. Just as a great deal of Enron information perished in the WTC, the criminal evidence against PNAC members must disappear. How convenient that would be.

4. (Added 05-Aug-2005) - If the event takes place at night it would also be an indication of a false flag operation. It would help prevent being caught. For instance if a device is delivered by air, eye witnesses will not be able to see the plane or missile that delivers or detonates the device. Then again, with a micro nuke a device can be delievered, placed and detonated by timer or remote. Just some thoughts.

Do I know for certain that any of this will happen? NO, OF COURSE NOT! The idea that the US will experience a nuclear terror event and it will unfold as I describe IS INDEED A CONSPIRACY THEORY. I repeat THIS IS A CONSPIRACY THEORY!!! However, the information used to compile my theory, most notably the goals and motives of the PNAC crazies is NOT THEORY; it is FACT. And if my frightening theory got you to pay attention to the people who are really running this country, this blog entry has accomplished its goal.

OK, so there is my brain dump. Why am I sharing this with you? I am writing this because, amazingly, I know more about the thugs in PNAC than almost every single person I meet, anywhere. With the exception of the people I have met through running TvNewsLIES.org, almost everyone I know or meet is clueless as to who the PNAC people are and knows nothing whatsoever about their agenda. Even some the most informed activists against this administration are unaware of the affiliation, the intrigue, and the cabal that is PNAC. So many Americans have no idea about the people behind the people who run the government, and I feel it is about time to turn that around. If your curiosity has been piqued at all, I’ve done something worthwhile.

Please let me be wrong! But if I am correct…let’s not wait until it’s too late to listen to what I am saying! We could be talking about life and death.

You are very accurate about the connection of Enron to 9-11. Also, a major criminal investigation of Exxon/Mobil was ongoing at that time also. George W. Bush is simply a pawn in the hands of his controller, Cheney. He is expendable, as was Reagan. GWB is a classic example of an individual who has been subjected to intense, and from an early age, trauma-based mind control, a la MKULTRA.

This is not speculation. It is evidenced in his behavior and speeech patterns. We should feel sorry for him, and concentarte on the real gangsters, the PNAC-ers!

I have been tracking the election on Tuesday in the Ohio 2nd Congressional District. Clearly it was another “questionable” result. And, I think it was done for a couple of reasons. Firstly, a victory by the anti-war vet Hackett would have been a very bad PR situation for the PNAC/WH. It would have given the few remaining “loose cannons” in the right-wing spin-machine controlled media something to hang their teeth on in their “the war is going bad” stories. It would have put a FIRST crack in the dam that is Republican control of congress, and it would have energized the fight to take back the house and senate in ‘06. No, that would have been bad.

But, even more important, I think they wanted to produce a fairly BLATANT looking fraud to see if people would even care and if they really had the media well locked-down. They needed to “dry run” their plans for ‘06 to make sure they were well set.

YES, they might go the “martial law” approach to keeping power, but they might also simply go the “fear” approach after a terrorist incident. They would begin to label Dems as “non-patriotic” and “pro-terrorist” if they didn’t vote for Patriot III on the first vote, and hope to enable their continued theft of congress.

Just as they did a “dry run” on the whole election fraud with Hagel’s election in 98, I think Paul Hackett’s defeat in the Ohio 2nd was a test run for another massive national election fraud in November of 2006.

And, they were successful. Except for a few isolated instances in the blogsphere, this story is dead and they pulled off their silent coup once more.

I fear for our republic.
