Islands of volcanic origin, such as the Canaries, have an especially large potential for triggering a tsunami. That the Canaries constitute a danger was shown 300 000 years ago when a part of the island El Hierro slid into the sea, triggering a mega-tsunami which carried rocks as high as a house for many hundreds of metres into the interior of the east coast of what is today the USA. The danger of a similar island collapse is seen by scientists particularly at the island of La Palma in the Canaries. Here, following a volcanic eruption in 1949 almost half of the mountain range of 20 km moved westwards towards the sea, leaving a large tear in the volcanic basalt. In the event of a fresh eruption, a huge part of the volcano could loosen itself due to differences in the types of rock and diverse water deposits within the now active volcano. As a result, the densely populated east coast of America would be massively threatened. According to a computer simulation by Stephen N. Ward and Simon Day, a tsunami (purple-red on the graphics) would rush across the Atlantic if the slopes of the Cumbre Vieja volcano were to collapse into the sea.

It is perfectly within the purview of our earthly mission to assist Mother Earth into easing the tectonic changes she needs to make to adjust to building pressures in that and any other part of the world, notably in Japan, so as to minimize extreme, sudden tectonic shifts and movement – a natural phenomenon that nevertheless happens on a continual basis. For the third day in a row, active sunspot 1261 has unleashed a significant M-class solar flare. The latest blast at 0357 UT on August 4th registered M9.3 on the Richter Scale of Flares, almost crossing the threshold into X-territory (X-flares are the most powerful kind). The number of energetic protons around Earth has jumped nearly 100-fold as a result of this event. The eruption propelled a bright coronal mass ejection (CME) toward Earth. (...) Moving at an estimated speed of 1950 km/s, this CME is expected to sweep up two earlier CMEs already en route. 1. It is not really necessary to subdue the ego, but merely to stop identifying with it.
2. It is a relief to let the mind become silent and just “be” with surroundings.
3. Reality becomes self-evident when the obstructions of perception and mental activity are removed, including all belief systems.
4. The inner truth reveals itself when all other options are refused by surrender to God.
5. When one realizes that one is the universe - complete and at one with All That Is, forever without end - no further suffering is possible.
6. The love of God is absolute and unconditional. The sky does not “be” for some people and “not be” for others, nor does the sun shine on only a select few who have been arbitrarily chosen. God is complete and total.

I had cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma), and on this morning, I could not move. My husband rushed me to hospital, where, after doing scans, they diagnosed me with grade 4B lymphoma (the highest grade). The senior oncologist looked at my report and told my husband that it was too late, and that my organs were now shutting down. I only had 36 hours to live. However, the oncologist said he would do whatever he could but prepared my husband that I would most likely not make it, as my organs were no longer functioning. They started me on a chemotherapy drip as well as oxygen, and then they started to take tests, particularly on my organ functions, so that they could determine what drugs to use.
I was drifting in and out of consciousness during this time, and I could feel my spirit actually leaving my body. I saw and heard the conversations between my husband and the doctors taking place outside my room, about 40 feet away down a hallway. I was later able to verify this conversation to my shocked husband. Then I actually "crossed over" to another dimension, where I was engulfed in a total feeling of love. I also experienced extreme clarity of why I had the cancer, why I had come into this life in the first place, what role everyone in my family played in my life in the grand scheme of things, and generally how life works. The clarity and understanding I obtained in this state is almost indescribable. Words seem to limit the experience – I was at a place where I understood how much more there is than what we are able to conceive in our 3-dimensional world. I realized what a gift life was, and that I was surrounded by loving spiritual beings, who were always around me even when I did not know it.
The amount of love I felt was overwhelming, and from this perspective, I knew how powerful I am, and saw the amazing possibilities we as humans are capable of achieving during a physical life. I found out that my purpose now would be to live “heaven on earth” using this new understanding, and also to share this knowledge with other people. However I had the choice of whether to come back into life, or go towards death. I was made to understand that it was not my time, but I always had the choice, and if I chose death, I would not be experiencing a lot of the gifts that the rest of my life still held in store. One of the things I wanted to know was that if I chose life, would I have to come back to this sick body, because my body was very, very sick and the organs had stopped functioning. I was then made to understand that if I chose life, my body would heal very quickly. I would see a difference in not months or weeks, but days!
I was shown how illnesses start on an energetic level before they become physical. If I chose to go into life, the cancer would be gone from my energy, and my physical body would catch up very quickly. I then understood that when people have medical treatments for illnesses, it rids the illness only from their body but not from their energy so the illness returns. I realized if I went back, it would be with a very healthy energy. Then the physical body would catch up to the energetic conditions very quickly and permanently. I was given the understanding that this applies to anything, not only illnesses – physical conditions, psychological conditions, etc. I was "shown" that everything going on in our lives was dependant on this energy around us, created by us. Nothing was solid - we created our surroundings, our conditions, etc. depending where this "energy" was at. The clarity I received around how we get what we do was phenomenal! It’s all about where we are energetically. I was made to feel that I was going to see "proof" of this first hand if I returned back to my body.
I know I was drifting in and out between the two worlds, but every time I drifted into the "other side", I was shown more and more scenes. There was one which showed how my life had touched all the people in it - it was sort of like a tapestry and showed how I affected everyone's lives around me. There was another which showed my brother on a plane, having heard the news I was dying, coming to see me (this was verified to me as when I started to come round, my brother was there, having just got off a plane). I then saw a glimpse of my brother and me and somehow seemed to understand it was a previous life, where I was much older than him and was like a mother to him (in this life, he is older than me). I saw in that life I was very protective towards him. I suddenly became aware he was on the plane to come and see me, and felt "I can't do this to him - can't let him come and see me dead". Then I also saw how my husband's purpose was linked to mine, and how we had decided to come and experience this life together. If I went, he would probably follow soon after.
I was made to understand that, as tests had been taken for my organ functions (and the results were not out yet), that if I chose life, the results would show that my organs were functioning normally. If I chose death, the results would show organ failure as the cause of death, due to cancer. I was able to change the outcome of the tests by my choice!
I made my choice, and as I started to wake up (in a very confused state, as I could not at that time tell which side of the veil I was on), the doctors came rushing into the room with big smiles on their faces saying to my family “Good news – we got the results and her organs are functioning – we can’t believe it!! Her body really did seem like it had shut down!”
After that, I began to recover rapidly. The doctors had been waiting for me to become stable before doing a lymph node biopsy to track the type of cancer cells, and they could not even find a lymph node big enough to suggest cancer (upon entering the hospital my body was filled with swollen lymph nodes). They did a bone marrow biopsy, again to find the cancer activity so they could adjust the chemotherapy according to the disease, and there wasn’t any in the bone marrow. The doctors were very confused, but put it down to me suddenly responding to the chemo. Because they themselves were unable to understand what was going on, they made me undergo test after test, all of which I passed with flying colors, and clearing every test empowered me even more! I had a full body scan, and because they could not find anything, they made the radiologist repeat it again!!!!
Because of my experience, I am now sharing with everyone I know that miracles are possible in your life every day. After what I have seen, I realize that absolutely anything is possible, and that we did not come here to suffer. Life is supposed to be great, and we are very, very loved. The way I look at life has changed dramatically, and I am so glad to have been given a second chance to experience “heaven on earth”.
Note from Jean: Now imagine for a moment if all human beings on Earth were to simultaneously have such a direct experience with the clarity of mind and all encompassing level of consciousness that happens when you come close, as Anita did, to making your transition into the realm of Light and Love where we all come from every time we are born again into a new incarnation... The face of the Earth would be literally changed in a flip second once every soul would return to their body to resume their physical experience, and Heaven on Earth would become a Reality as everyone would shine with the joyful knowledge of their true divine nature. Because everything around and within us is a faithful reflection of what we believe and what sort of vibration we generally resonate to, very soon, as for Anita's fast recovery, our living global body would be healed from its many ailments and become again radiant, vibrant, healthy and balanced, just as it was meant to be before we fell from Grace and became oblivious to Who We really Are. This is what will happen when a critical mass of us will join in global soulful communion and when everything will align for this perfect Moment of Grace and Bliss near the end of next year. This is what we are preparing for, what we have been trained for, what we came here to BE. So let us all BE Who We Are and spread this Living Awareness to all through our very Presence as One with All That Is...

In recent decades, the consciousness of humankind has progressed rapidly. Indeed, today, we are in the throes of the greatest transformation in the history of humankind, a shift to a New Reality of heart-centered consciousness. We stand at the gateway of an unprecedented turning point in human consciousness, a social and spiritual transformation called The Shift.
One of the hallmarks of the New Reality is that people are becoming spiritually self-empowered. In the Old Reality, it was necessary for people to follow a rule book of moral behavior in order to stay upon a path which avoided temptation and its undesirable side-effects.
With New Reality consciousness, order comes to society automatically because people are heart-centered. They simply don’t engage in actions that would be harmful to themselves or others because they unconditionally love all people, and would therefore do no harm to anyone. New Reality consciousness is one of responsible freedom. With it, people are self-empowered and fully consider the effects of all of their actions from a place within their hearts.
Heart-centered consciousness develops the flow of unconditional love. Once this flow is started, nothing in physical reality can affect it in a negative way. It is not altered or rationed by likes and dislikes, nor by emotions of any kind. It is something that just is, regardless of the circumstances. It is an expression of the love of God, which exists in every part of the universe and flows through each one of us, if we but allow it.
Unconditional love is something that readily flows through your heart when you reach upwards above regular, day-to-day consciousness, open your heart and just allow the flow to come through. Unconditional love is, by its very nature, allowing, accepting and supporting. As a state of allowance, it is not something that you have to try to do; it just flows when you allow it to enter your heart. It will raise your consciousness above the cares of daily reality and open up an expanded vista of awareness.
Each time you allow unconditional love to flow, you upgrade the entire human experience, taking humanity yet one more step into the unfolding New Reality.

There is a subtle Disclosure occurring now that is quite promising in its ability to lead to the announcement that will be unmistakable for everyone on your planet. Watch carefully for its effects as it ripples out from the source.
We wish to lay out a likely scenario for Disclosure as it occurs on your planet. After the “Big Announcement,” there will be a time of several days to over a week where there will be little else said officially on the topic. It is during this brief time that the greatest fear and misunderstanding can spread. It is also during this time that all of you will be asked to do your part in maintaining your sense of balance and calm and instilling it, by example, into all those who would otherwise panic. While the official channels will relay bits and pieces of information during this time frame, nothing more of any impact will be released. However, that will not stop the media and others from speculating, conjecturing, and fear mongering. The initial announcement will make it clear that there is no hostility intended, but those who would whip up fear based on speculation will be hard at work nonetheless.
After that brief period post announcement, a timetable will be set by the leaders of your world for a meeting with representatives from the Federation. We have carefully selected a group to be the first to have open contact with you. This group will hopefully dispel much of the fear that the people will have regarding our presence, our motives, and our technology as it relates to your safety. This group will be presented to all media and will be available for any and all questions asked. There will be no topic not allowed, no secret to be kept, no ulterior motive. We simply wish that all have access to the truth of who we are.
It is obvious that the First Contact group will be of human appearance since this will carry the least impact emotionally and mentally on your species. Only later, when most people have come to terms with our appearance and purpose here will those of us who have different appearances come forth. We have no set timetable for this second group’s contact with you. Rather, we will assess your reaction to the First Contact before we decide when best to make this appearance.
Most likely, after the First Contact, will come our de-cloaking as we gradually allow you to witness our ships in a more open and unveiled way. These de-cloakings will occur at a great distance at first, but there will be none of the elusiveness necessary to evade the Illuminati’s attempts at take down. After this initial de-cloaking will come ever more closer fly-bys and, depending upon your reactions and state of mind, we may de-cloak some of our great spacer fleet. This will be a decision based solely on your progress, as we are quite aware that Hollywood has programmed your minds to associate craft of this size with hostility.
Once the initial contacts are complete, we will begin, slowly, to come down not to your leaders, but to your masses, as it is you we wish to contact most of all. We will do this first where we are felt to be most welcome, so that others, more hesitant and skeptical, can watch at a “safe” distance and take note of what occurs. We will then invite you aboard to view our technology, answer your questions about any topic (none are barred) and generally revel in our mutual friendship.
As further matters unfold with your leaders, and as the plans already developed for you, economically, legally, and socially, are put into place, our appearance will become more common place and we will begin to disseminate the truth about these times and what it means for your human species and the Ascension process. This, our true goal for you, will unfold as a natural consequence of this contact.
This information will be overwhelming for some, joyous for others, baffling for many. Truth on this scale will put some of you into states of near catatonia as you try to sort out what is happening. Naturally, we will assist anyone who needs help in adjusting, either spiritually, mentally, or emotionally. Our help is freely given with Joy and Love.
We give you this information so you may prepare accordingly. When the time comes, things will move very quickly and we wish you to be as prepared as you can. Just like soldiers in wartime, you can prepare as much as possible, but never be truly ready for the events that unfold. We stand ready to guide you, in Love and deep admiration for you, our brothers and sisters.
