2) it is CONSISTENT with what you already know to be true.
Even if I'm including the following material, I wish to make clear that I do NOT endorse
any of it. I could have decided to not make it available, but some people may find
some usable information below and it is not for me to keep away this information
and decide for others what is a fact from what is merely a fiction. Some of it is from a heavily slanted religious perspective, some comes from a so-called patriotic worldview,
some if merely factual, according to the experience of the observer.

AMERICA - Will We Lose Her Soon?
With the recent abundance of articles--primarily in the form of postings on the internet--about
the Federal Emergency Management Agency [FEMA] and the use of presidential orders
to declare martial law; the reported widespread sprouting of what are apparently domestic internment camps, also on the internet; the now highly publicized threats
of domestic breakdown due to y2k, and biological terrorism..but this, mind you, mainly
in the majority press; the uneven accounts of practice, urban military operations
across the Land, complete with live ammunition and black helicopters, to counter whatever
is on the menu of the day; and finally, a 3-7-99 Drudge Report [re-posted on Sightings]
exposing a secret, underground command and control center in downtown Los Angeles to be used in the event of civil disturbance, one more item to the picture is now
offered.
Scares you?..Scares me
Based on the above, I would suggest if FEMA is at the operational level of overthrowing
the government, then what Mr. Drudge reported on is an extension--the local community
version--of what is notoriously known as "Big Brother". It has not gone unreported where Big Brother is, but not much in the way of its characteristics have been described
previously. However, a report produced by private individuals with sources within
the intelligence community gives a small glimpse into the eyes of the "Beast". In
that it was not its primary focus, it is all that is available at this time. For information,
in the way of background,only a handful of persons at the National Security Council
have full authority in this.

The Government has reportedly circumvented the prohibitions against domestic intelligence
gathering by the CIA and the NSA by adopting the pretense that the data about the
financial transactions of American citizens in U.S. banks are being collected for
and stored in databases under the control of FEMA and the White House's National Program
Office. These agencies, in turn, justify the data as needed in the event of a national
emergency such as a nuclear attack. The agencies reportedly store the data in a remotely-located facility in Culpepper, Virginia, that supports super-secret contingency
programs known as 'Continuity of Government' and 'Doomsday'. Once such databases
exist, however, encrypted telecommunications links can make the remotely-located
databases instantaneously accessible, even without a national emergency, for such nefarious
purposes as insider trading and political blackmail. According to confidential sources,
these databases are in fact supporting such activities.

Recently, I posted an article on various web sites dealing with the advent of Concentration
or Internment Camps springing up all over America. Many have read this article, passed
it around, and discussed it with your correspondent and among friends and family. A very few have gone on and visited some of these sites for themselves. As well,
some have just outright called me insane, a liar, and other names too foul to mention.
Some have thanked me for the research and have committed to joining the search for
the truth, no matter where it may lead.
Since the release of the article, I have received a few invitations to speak to groups
about my experiences and even to go on a few radio shows, which I've done. Some have
asked me on only because they want to discredit my research and are waiting for their own people to come back with some info that will explain away my findings. They
are HOPING to find any miter of evidence that they can use to, again, discredit this
research. As before, I must take such things and give them all the due possible on
a point by point basis.
Still, there is silence from the media and our government about the creation and staffing
of these camps. Why? Even if to deny the claims, why can't our elected officials
meet with me and others from the press at these sites and explain their purpose to
us, so we can all go back to sleep and watch more TV? Why not open the gates and let
us inspect these places? If they have nothing to hide, then where's the problem?
I have received hundreds of letters in the last few weeks,with many containing new
evidence of camps and other things that make our case even stronger. The naysayers
don't seem to have any proof, except a foul mouth and opinion of those men and women
who are looking for the truth. This was to be as expected. Some, I believe, are working
for the agency and have been working night and day to ruin my name. Others are simply
the haters and denial people. Not liking what they hear, they simply won't see what
any normal person can see with an open mind and open heart.
Here are some answers to many new questions raised by these folks.Yes. We do have
photographs. A lot of them. Yes we will publish them. As I write, we are collating
the best photos and getting ready to get them up on the Internet, complete with address
and map coordinates. These photos will be up at many sites. I will post the list of sites
which will carry these photos at my own site, which is at http://www.don-bradley.com
Yes. We do receive help from many people in the Army and National Guard, who have
given us location tips regarding these camps. The holding camps - which are by nature,
simply fences enclosing an open area - have little in the way of facilities. These
were areas already in existence (reservoirs) which have recently been modified with new
barbed wire and concertina with the tops POINTING IN. These camps are lock stock
- pens for cattle. Have you ever seen the stockyards? They are really just temp areas
for holding cattle. The holding camps are scattered everywhere, in all major cities, and
our intelligence sources confirm that these are going to be used as some sort of
interim roundup places where those gathered can be place until these souls can be
shipped off to somewhere else. Don't expect much in the way of guard towers and the like as
they were never meant to be more than what they are.
For every major full-service camp, there are probably twenty holding camps. Makes
sense, doesn't it? No, I do not believe these camps are for aliens. They are designed
for human beings.
No. I have not seen UFOs around these camps.
Hundreds of officers from the Air Force and Army are leaving the service and resigning
their commissions because they believe something is about to happen that they don't
want to be a part of. In October of 1998, I met with a Lt. Colonel from the Air Force in Colorado who was buying, through privates sale, ammunition and weapons for his
family, because in his words, "he wanted his family out of the city and in the country
before summer of next year.[1999] "A friend of mine has a law practice with another
lawyer in Colorado who helps officers with their discharges and in the last two years,
they have seen a flood of men and women - all with horror stories mind you - who
are throwing away their careers to avoid something you don't want to know about.
These men and women have nearly the same story. The US Government is going to declare Martial
Law and take over the country by force, with the military and the intelligence community
running things. They intend to rid our country of some twenty to thirty million people. They have lists. They have plans. They have been practicing. They are coming.
Yes, we have full location lists of camps from Florida to Alaska, but I've only seen
those west of the Mississippi. Quite frankly, I just haven't the time to go and see
them all.Do your own thinking. Research these camps for yourself. Take the time to
look at the evidence, which is abundant. When the pictures are published, look them over
well and decide for yourself. Only you can save you. I can't do it, nor will any
group step forward to do it. In fact,if someone tried to, they no doubt would be
prevented.
The disinfo agents are redoubling their efforts, now that these reports are making
their rounds. They don't look at the evidence, they simply slander and name call.
That's fine. Sticks and stones.
11. No, I do not believe the UFOs are behind this. It is our intelligence/money/military
cabal that is behind these camps. They have an agenda for us that is simply evil.
I believe the UFO situation is a smokescreen to keep us looking the other way. I
do not doubt the veracity of UFO sightings, only the source of such machines.
12. Y2K? It might be the trigger for Martial Law, but our sources tell us the evil
behind the camps isn't going to wait for that incident, though it is most convenient
for them to have everything shutdown so they can get on with their plans.
13. The FBI, DIA, and NSA has been compiling lists of gunowners, food stockpilers,
religious persons, new agers, patriots, etc. Why? Are these the people destined for
the camps? The answer is yes, and more. They are looking at anyone who is not going
to jump on the N.W.O. bandwagon as someone to be dealt with. It's in their plans, the National
Guard has been training for it, and notice how the commercials lately are all telling
us how wonderful the National Guard is and how much we need these fellows. Also, The DEA and FBI have been training, since January of 1999, to do house to house searchs
for guns. Why? Firearm ownership is still a right and is legal in this country, so
why train en masse? Troubling.
14. Yes, I do believe the media is a willing and cooperative accomplice with all that
is coming. Know what conditioning is? Well it is what is happening to us now, via
the media. This explains why no one in the media is investigating these reports.

Concentration Camp Locations in Southern California

For all you disbeliever's and gun control idiots who think the government knows best,
I've compiled a short list of camps you can visit. These camps have armed guards,
surveillance systems, and many fences with the barbed wire pointing IN. If you voted
for gun-control, then you probably deserve a place in one of these things, as you've
sold not only you and your own children down the road, but me and mine as well. Thanks
a lot.
1. PEARBLOSSOM, CALIFORNIA: Located at the intersection of Ave 116 and the Pearblossom
Highway, this is a full-service facility, complete with gas chambers, moat, machine
gun towers, and roving armed patrols. Visit at your own risk. If you do decide to
see this one, you will be descended upon by some very mean fellows, who will get your
ID and license, then monitor you.
2. FILMORE, CALIFORNIA: Located on highway 126, this at first glance looks like an
orange grove and is located on the north side of the highway. It sports guard centers,
three--count em--three sets of fences, all pointing in, and some very nasty armed
men who tell you to
quot;mind your own business.
quot; This camp is huge.
3. SANTA PAULA, CALIFORNIA: This is a holding camp, designed as a stock-yard type
of facility for those rounded up in the early sweeps.
4. VALENCIA,CALIFORNIA:This is one of the largest camps ever constructed and measures
some two miles by three miles, using the resivoir at the intersection of the 5 and
405 freeways as a cover. New buildings, armed guards, new roads, and many hundreds
of buildings for housing the damned. 5. GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA: Right behind Brand Park,
take the 5 interstate to Western Ave, then head north up the hill till you arrive
at the park. Then take the road -- by foot -- by the doctor's house on the northwestern
part of the park. Proceed up the hill to you reach the resivoir, which is in fact, a
holding facility. When we were there last, there were five armed guards with M16s
walking around.
Commentary on the Concentration Camps

Dear friends,
Recently, I sent out to the various news media an extremely small list of Concentration
Camps recently built by your United States Government. As it happens, very few journalists
acted upon the information and shared it with listeners/viewers/readers. Of course, once the information was made public, I've now become slandered, attacked,
and called all sorts of names and the like. How interesting it is that when we bring
truth to our world, the messenger is killed, even if symbolically.
Many of us in the media have been aware of these hideous camps since their inception.
It only takes a look at the history of this century to know what will happen in them
once they are populated. The heart shudders at such knowledge but ignoring it won't
make it go away. The only answer is to get the information out there in the world and
make our elected government answer.
I've personally visited these camps and have taken pictures. They are REAL. They are
manned. They have moats, motion sensors, inner berms to hide the main complexes,
guards at the gates, electric gates,processing centers, and of course, high fences
with razor wire and barbed pointing inward - not outward - but inward to KEEP PEOPLE IN.
The larger facilities are called golf courses or water treatment plants. When was
the last time you saw a golf course (Portland, Oregon) with armed guards carrying
M16s? Why do the larger facilities have smokestacks? Ever see a crematorium? The
smaller facilities are usually holding facilities, obviously designed for the short-term roundups
prior to the hapless souls being shipped off to their final destination somewhere.
You have to know that it was never my intention to uncover this information to frighten anyone nor to get publicity, as so many claim. As my readers are well aware, I stumbled
upon this stuff in research for a new book. I have a family and want to see them
grow up and they want to have a father that is alive, not dead. Reporting this type
of information has made me very unpopular with the government and I've been warned
many times by the FBI to 'mind my own business.' Unlike many of my contemporaries,I've
chosen to research these camp claims for myself.
I HAD to see them with my own eyes. They do exist. But the real question that needs
to be asked - and asked fast - is why? Why are they being built? Whom are they for?
Why does the government deny their existence? A friend of mine and I discovered 32
camps in just one county in Colorado alone. You can drive right up to them. However, the
Department of Corrections in Colorado, the Marshall's Office, the County Sheriffs
office, and the Federal agencies in Colorado all claim there is nothing at these
sites except the lonesome prairie.
That's just a flat out lie.
Because of the staggering amount of mail I've received on this, my friends in the
media - what few there are who have the guts to print the truth - have allowed me
to answer a myriad amount of questions regarding the camps. No one - not a single
person - has reported this information on the evening
news nor in their newspapers. Most of these questions are from the Internet by people
who have read the research material and it is their questions that are being answered.
Why such a short-list? This was a good question and I've given the reason much thought.
We've uncovered over 700 hundred camps so far. We have pictures to prove their existence.
The answer is: We wanted to get as much of a complete listing as we possibly could before going public. The reason for that is obvious: you can't research very
much when you are in jail on trumped-up charges or dead, can you? The other part
of the answer is that we are still observing the construction going on there. For
the most part we are very much watched when we visit them; we are stopped by armed men who ask
to see ID. This on public roads. Making a circus of these sites will only get innocent
people killed. Know this; if you visit these camps you will end up under government
surveillance, and these folks are not very kind. Also, most, if not all the construction
on these facilities happens at night. Why?
Locations. They seem to be popping up everywhere. For example, in January of 1999,
there were no camps in Fillmore California, now there are two (March 1999.) They
seem to ring around population centers for the most part, with many short-term 'holding
facilities' buried in the hills and dales around the inner cities. There are over 53 camps
in Southern California.
How do you determine if they are a concentration camp? This one is easy. Have you
ever seen a prison up close? They do have certain features that are unmistakable
from other types of things like schools or churches. Here are the determining factors.
It has to have: 1. Barbed wire or razor wire fences that point inward. Look at most security
fences. The top portion points out to keep trespassers out, right? Prisons, labor
camps and the like all have their fence tops pointing in so that the inmates are
greatly hampered in climbing them.
2. Some type of guard facility that is defendable and wired with microwave transmitters.
3. Armed guards parading around in golf-pro shirts or department of water clothing.
I wasn't aware that our utilities were arming their employees with MP5s and M16s.
Even the smallest facility we found had five, count em, five armed guards in tactical
gear.
4. Tactical berms to hide the main complexes from the road. These also have moats,
not yet filled with water, that surround the inner complex. The camp in Pearblossom
is an excellent example of a full-service camp. The people go in, but they don't
come out.
What was all that nonsense anyway about gun control? My research into concentration
camps revealed that prior to each country's use of such things, they first disarmed
their people with gun-control propaganda. Personally, I'm all for gun control, as
long as it applies to true gun control - and criminals,and the dictators the world over.
Have you ever seen someone gut shot? It's horrible. However, when you find them rounding
up you and your loved ones (separating the parents from the children) you'll soon
realize the only preventing a repeat performance of The Holocaust is firearms. The founding
fathers of America knew what they were talking about and had some pretty good insight
when they created the constitution. It is a well-known fact that the CIA created HCI (Handgun Control Inc) and that it is a well-funded creature of the CIA. Why does
the CIA want America's citizens disarmed?
That's the real question. You can't have a dictatorship or Martial Law if the voters
are armed, can you? Mr. Bradley, I think you are full of it. That may be so, but
if I am wrong, why is the government going to such lengths to hide them in orange
groves and other 'first-glance' disguises? Why are they tapping my phones, following me around,
and then following the people I talk to? Why are those men and women in the media
who are publicizing my research being called by people who are trying to discredit
me as some kind of nut case?
Aren't you scared? Sure. Everyday of my life. But not for my own existence. Quite
frankly, after spending two years exposing Remote Viewing for the mind-control sham
that it is, I haven't been in good graces with the alphabet-soup agencies. I fear
that this knowledge may be too little, too late. Quite frankly, if we don't get some public
awareness on this issue and soon, we might all be having some firsthand experience
with camps. When they come for you in Martial Law, they round up journalists who
are independent, Lawyers, History Professors, Constitutionalists, Minorities, and anyone who
won't surrender their firearms. As well, they also have been compiling, since 1994,
lists of people buying food, weapons, clothing, etc., Again, the right question is,
why the lists? Why the camps? Why so many? Why moats and electric fences? Why turnstiles
that are color-coded for processing? Why are there angry white (I don't know why,
but so far the guards we have run into have all been white males in their late twenties
to early thirties) guards carrying automatic weapons and telephoto cameras?
WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT BUILDING THESE CAMPS AND DENYING THEIR EXISTENCE?
When will you supply us with the complete list of camps? Well, not sure if it will
ever be complete. We've been to places where there were only two camps (El Canon
City, Colorado, February 1998, for example) and went back five months later and there
were seven camps. The camps in Colorado, by the way, are Huge in every sense of the word.
These,it seems apparent, are final destination or full-service camps. Also, I am
only one man. It takes a lot of time and money (both ever on short supply) to research
these things and I usually do it when traveling on other business.Plus, having a machine
gun shoved in your face tends to ruin your day.The camps around Utah and Arizona
are the spookiest ones we've photographed.
These are very clearly camps for the undead. All the full-service camps have rail
spurs and landing strips adjacent to them. What are the purposes of these camps?
Read history, what of it in print they haven't managed to dispose of by now. Camps
hold people. They aren't prisons in the normal sense of the word. A prison has a hospital, a
gym, food facilities, recreation yards, and cells for the inmates. Camps are like
stockyards for humans. Very little shelter and a great deal of death.
What do you think the government's reaction will be to this report of yours? What
it has always been: plausible deniability,a phrase and action created by the covert
agencies of this country. First,deny the existence. Then, if that fails, explain
it away with a limited hangout (short for another lie, but this time with a small miter of
truth.)
When we're they built? By all indications, and since we've started looking at these
things in early 1998, it appears most of the larger facilities were started around
1995 and are still being modified. The smaller holding type facilities are being
rapidly built RIGHT NOW.
How can I find one in my area? It's rather easy, but you have to have two things:
one, a mind that isn't sleeping or daydreaming. Two, a watchful eye. That's how we
did it. We just started paying attention to our surroundings. The government counts
on most folks not even really knowing what is around in their own neighborhoods. Also, start
looking at the fringes of your city, as this seems to be where they like to place
them. Look first for the fences pointing in that's the most noticeable feature about
the camps that you usually can see from the road. Near Trinidad, Colorado, many of the
outlying residents watched the construction happen and were warned off by armed men
without badges when they tried to approach the builders. Most, if not all building,
is done at night.
Why were they built? That's the question, isn't it?Isn't there some other explanation
for them, like a new kind of cheap prison? Really? Would you want to be in a prison
with no shelter, hospital, or any other kind of formal living arrangements and exposed to the elements? Listen, I wish these things didn't exist. I get sick everytime I
find another one. I didn't create them, you know. The messenger isn't to blame for
the message.
Have you seen Elvis and where is he now? I'm sorry,that's the next site over, not
this one. Please move on.When do you think they will start populating these camps?
Don't know. But by all indications, they are being built up at a rather startling
rate. That indicates a time-line of sorts. A deadline has been set and they are trying to get
in place and readiness for something.
Anything Else? Sure. Tons of information. What would you do with it? Most people don't
want to know, period. It's scary stuff.

We live in strange times
Suffice it to say I am a captain (not my actual rank, but at least that) in the National
Guard; but I can't tell you which state, as that information surely will be the quick
road to my demise. I have faithfully served my country in Desert Storm and Panama, both events having nothing to do with the National Security safety of this Great
Country of ours.
My wife has the same disease I have, and the doctors are still telling me I have the
flu. Does a flu last eight years? We'll get to that later. We both are under the
age of forty, but we no longer look young.
Nothing can change my mind that my superiors-so-called officers and gentlemen have
murdered us.
One of my duties requires me to train through rotation with other units, the ongoing
guard staff of various clandestine Prisons many Americans that over-sight committees
do not know exist. These prisons, or "camps" as we call them, were built for no other
purpose than for the common American taxpayer. I know. I helped build three of them.
Somewhere along the way, I have lost my soul in the process.
I know for a fact that this government of ours plans to turn America into a wasteland
of proportions that stagger any imagination. It is the Pentagon and Wall Street's
ambition to create no less than a slave state by the year 2001. They will do it too-with the media's help-because in many ways, they have already succeeded in destroying
our civil liberties and making the middle-class an ancient idea.
How can I say these things? From where do I speak?
A few years ago, I was called to a meeting in Fort Mead to join the augmenting of
a unit which would report directly to FEMA in the event of national disaster. Did
we discuss earthquakes, tornadoes, or flooding?
Not on your life. After obtaining several new written security clearances and after
having signed no less than eleven documents-all giving away my life and liberty should
I ever speak out - I was let in on the following plan.
Before I out give out the structure of this plan, I beg anyone who reads this document
to share with as many people as possible what I consider our last, best chance to
reverse the horrible course this country is going to take in the next twenty-four
months. The outline is as I remember it, as everything was verbal-nothing was ever written
down.
Troop movements, orders, and material was all coded with words that meant something
other than what they were. For example, if we needed 150 new prison cells, we didn't
call them prison cells. They became "food units, IV" Given a code sheet, we could
then interpret and act upon any written order. Most were email in our net and were to be
destroyed once the order was carried out. This was routine policy and is still in
effect today.
1. Establish a network of prisons to deal with the estimated twenty million Americans
who will not go along with the New America. This new country will no longer resemble
the USA we all grew up in. It will be a dictatorship with institutionalized and mandated slave labor.
2. Schools will no longer teach actual history. The schools of the future will mainly
be warehouses for the young. They will teach the party system: that family is dead,
and that work is good. Discovering this point made me so violently ill I became incontinent.
3. Voting will be suspended. Many of us already know that the American vote is a sham.
Officers above the rank of Major are well aware of who gives the orders in this country.
Not the White House, but the CIA. The White House and its changing occupant are merely the visible servant of something much darker and the President's sole purpose
is to create laws which lower real income, create war states, and keep the military
machine running with ever-expanding budgets. I know. I was there at many meetings
where foreign policy was dictated by four-star generals.
4. Gun owners will have their guns taken, by force if necessary, before many of the
plan's points are made operational.
5. The enforcer's of the plan will be Nato and UN forces working in cooperation with
the US Military and headed by the product from the intel groups and the FEMA.
6. Use the lists compiled by the FBI and NSA and round up all those men and women
who have ever showed any inkling whatsoever in the constitution or civil rights.
This especially includes gun-owners and religious persons.
7. Using lists obtained from grocery stores and banks, individuals with income spent
in stockpiling of goods will also be rounded up and their property absconded.
8. The Teachings of Hinduism, Christianity, and Islam will be considered anti-American.
Pastors, preachers, and holy men and women are to be rounded up for "re-education."
9. The establishment of work colonies and the takeover of the media by the Pentagon.
10. Free trade of stocks will be frozen and the assets of many individuals outright
taken away.
11.The creation of mass crematoriums in Arizona, Texas, and Washington. The dead will
no longer be buried, but will be sent to a place where they will be "cleansed."
12. The creation of a national police force with complete power. This point, as with
many others, has already occurred and the force is now 80% operational.
Friends, there is little more than I can say, except to give you my promise that I
will constantly provide as much facts as possible to lead you to the truth. You want
camp locations? I'll get them out. You want dates and places, I get them too.
God help us in our time of need.

Hello Christopher,
I received your letter and I am up on most of the subjects you mentioned. I was
stunned at one story though. As a CEO of a large Company in Canada I can see the
big picture very well!!!
The bottom line is if their are burlap bags on Martial Law signs in a couple of states
we are talking NOW!!! This is about to happen NOW!!! There is no question that
they have been moving in stealth for years! However, when I hear this we are not
talking 2000 we are talking in April/May! There is no way that they would take the
chance and install these signs now if they are going to do this in the fall or on
Jan 1st 2000.
If you can help me with confirming this story in no uncertain way I would forever
be thankful! If you can get me the eye witness I would like to fly down on the
next plane and see this for myself and take some Video! Please can you e-mail me
any further information on these Martial Law signs already posted and the information about
the Truck with the signs on board!
I have not been able to confirm a story of a train travelling from the eastern United
States to LA and the train went off the rails. a couple of cars broke open and
it was full of thousands of Shakles!! This was destined for California!! I can
not confirm this but again it is more smoke!!!
The big story is the chem trails that are being sprayed over the entire North American
Country! WiIl Tomas is going to be featuring the pictures on his Web site of these

Recently, I received this CHILLING, very prophecy-related prayer request.
BACKGROUND. A missionary friend called and asked for prayer for his friend, a professor
of toxicology at a top university and a dedicated Christian, who is one of the top
three experts in the world on the effects of nuclear fallout. Russia has used his
consultation on Chernobyl, and the U.S. government uses him. He has recently been invited
to speak before the United Nations.
He says the government is now telling him that it is not a matter of "if," but "when"
the U.S. gets hit with terrorist weapons of mass destruction, AND THAT THEY EXPECT
IT MAY HAPPEN WITHIN THE NEXT YEAR! (This explains the various reported evidences
of soon martial law. The government is quitely getting ready and trying not to alarm the
public. It is obviously not just because of Y2K or for Clinton to remain in power,
although the latter may be a result.)
The professor friend says that there is now a biological agent available to terrorists
that does not kill but attacks the brain with excrutiating pain for which there is
no remedy. It drive the victim crazy with pain. He was with scientific and government
personnel watching a film on exotic biological agents now available that are so bad
that even he could not stand to watch as people were dying such horrible deaths.
He says the threat of chemical, biological and/or nuclear (CBR) attack from terrorists
in the U.S. is imminent. Clinton reportedly has approved $70 million for anti-anthrax
and anti-smallpox agents, but that is hardly enough for the military and government officials. The public is left with no protection. The professor said supplies of
a certain type of military survival food is virtually depleted because of people
in the know in Washington who have been rushing to store it.
In numbers of deaths, such an attack could be as bad a Hiroshima, or much worse if
a coordinated attack against many cities is made. It will make the Oklahoma City
bombing seem like a small fire cracker. Just one well-placed bomb, such as on Wall
Street, could instantly bring down the U.S. economy and cause mass panic everywhere. Never
in history has there been such a threat. (America and the West are facing the horror
of horrors, yet everyone is dancing on the deck of the Titanic. The music plays on.)
PRAYER REQUEST. The professor is producing a television series to educate the public
on this imminent danger, including and most importantly to urge them to get right
with God, to prepare themselves spiritually for this. Much of the production work
has already been done. He is sending a proposal to the Discovery Channel and he asks for
God's favor. He also asks for favor when he addresses the United Nations on this
subject.
He is planning for a fall, 1999 television airing. When I heard this, I immediately
remembered the recent input from two different, independent and credible scholarly
sources that this fall, September 11, 1999, will be the end of the 6,000th year since
Adam's creation and the 2,000th year since the birth of Christ, a probable date of great
historic and prophetic significance. This is a historic hour in which we live!
This TV special can be a great, great witness for Christ to the world, whether before
or after the rapture, and both before or especially after any such destruction and
mass deaths may come.
Your prayers for this TV special and U.N. address are requested.
Should we pray for God to prevent such a catastrophe? As the Lord may lead you, according
to His will. We are not sure, but it may be too late in His plan for history to avoid
it. At the least, let us pray the protection of Psalm 91 for ourselves, friends and loved ones. Many have been praying and fasting for revival. Since biblically,
revival typically comes as a result of judgment or chastening, this potential catastrophe
could, in fact, be hastened by such prayers. Whichever, may God have His way and
be glorified.

The FEMA scenario
No review of impending disasters and worst-case scenarios would be complete without
reference to FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Authority. This is the organization
which has developed and largely implemented extensive plans to manage the country
under martial law, whenever and if ever a national emergency is declared by the president.
Although this agency is so far known only as a benevolent group that provides government
loans and other assistance to disaster victims, that was not its main purpose for
existence. FEMA was primarily designed to protect and sustain the federal government
in case of nuclear attack. Then, its powers were expanded to include management of
the populace under martial law over an extended period of time, should it be deemed
necessary to control the people against their will. For the period of an emergency,
then, FEMA's bureaucratic power would replace our Constitutional form of democratic government.
This raises a good question. Would it be possible that FEMA's hold on the country
might extend far beyond the period of national emergency? Actually there would be
no incentive for them to allow things go back to "normal." Some authorities expect
that when FEMA assumes power, this will indeed be the permanent end of U.S. democracy. Our
federal government will have then become, for all intents and purposes, a presidential
dictatorship. Chuck Missler, too, hinted at this change while he was commenting on
the domino effect a Y2K financial collapse would have, "The probability that we are even
going to have elections in the year 2000 is up for debate."

We need to talk about martial law. Do your friends really understand what martial
law means? Are you prepared spiritually and emotionally for living under martial
law? Under martial law, the writ of Habeus Corpus is suspended. That means you lose
your right to a trial by jury. When you are arrested under martial law, instead of going to
a judge, you go directly to prison. (You do not have any rights, and you do not call
a lawyer.) So should a government takeover by FEMA come to pass, beginning with a
declaration of martial law by the president, we will all be shocked to see how swiftly FEMA
will act in reorganizing the country, and preventing any resistance to those changes.
The plans for all of this have been thoroughly prepared, and they are both fascinating
and scary. To get the whole story, you will need to read and take to heart what our
Christian brother Alex Cuppett reported, with stacks of documentation to back it
up. Alex is the retired and highly decorated military officer who previously wished to
be known only by his alias, Mr. Sea. He spent years working for the Pentagon and

There could be some event other than the ""worst-case scenarios" we have described
here, that the president might use as an excuse to declare martial law. We have no
idea when, or what that event might be. It will only take a single phone call from
him, to remove the rest of our constitutional rights as Americans and to make us slaves of
the government.
Whatever happens, we need to guard our souls against debilitating fear. Satan would
have us live in terror, but God gives peace of heart even in sight of those who would
persecute us. God is faithful. In view of these worst-case scenarios, it seems to
be time to cling to our Savior and God, looking for the "city that has foundations." (See
Hebrews 11:10, 11:16 and 12:22) We are not the first generation of Christians who
have had to do that. Let us keep in mind these principles: "The LORD is my light
and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I
be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)
"The very hairs of your head are numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more
value than many sparrows." (Matt 10:30-31)
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and thanksgiving . . ." (Phil

The Coming American Holocaust
The REAL Conspiracy

It is just like a good mystery story, where the reader breathlessly ponders each character
to determine "whodunit," all the while expecting to be surprised in the end at how
it all comes out. I am referring to the mystery or pursuit of attempting to identify an unseen government or conspiracy, if there is one.
Many apparently have concluded that the "real" government of the US, or of Canada,
or of Germany, is not what we see. It is behind the scenes. They are convinced that
someone or some group back there is calling the shots. Could it be perhaps, an international elite that controls many of these countries?
Those who look into such things sometimes come upon discoveries that point directly
to a certain group. The evidence, for instance, may appear to lead right up to an
association of international bankers, or to the members of a secret society, or to
certain organizations that are known to be promoting a one-world government. It has to be
some cohesive group like this, they reason. (One author, John Coleman, has even asserted
that there is a Committee of 300 based in Britain that controls all of the other
secret clubs that control the world.)
I wish to suggest two reasons why it has been so difficult for any of us to establish
and to prove the existence of a conspiracy that seeks to take over our country, or
that seeks to take over the whole world:
1.It is difficult because nearly all conspiracy hunters are looking under the wrong rocks. We can so easily get pointed off in the wrong direction.
2.It is difficult because the real unseen government is far more clever than we are. It takes steps to avoid being exposed.
Actually, both of these reasons are true. First, we need to get back on track. We
need to recognize the age old contest going on between God the Creator on the one
hand, and Satan the destroyer on the other hand. In Scripture, we find that the devil
is called "the god of this world," the one "who deceives the whole world," "a murderer from
the beginning," and "a liar and the father of it."
Satan knows how to cover his tracks. He is the arch deceiver. He can even make bad
things appear to be good. So no wonder that we cannot identify the real conspiracy.
Satan has it pretty well covered up. He is also very clever in international intrigue.
He has practiced that art ever since the world was created, and will continue to do
so until Christ returns to set up His earthly kingdom. To assist him in achieving
his purposes, Satan uses his army of demons (fallen angels). Bible prophecy teachers
point out from Daniel chapter 10 that some of Satan's generals or principalities are linked
to specific countries. One was called "the prince of Persia" and another was called
"the prince of Greece." God's arch-angel Michael fought with these princes. This
tells us that God's forces are at war with Satan's forces. Some have already laid claim
on certain countries, to act as their governments behind the scenes.
We find also that Satan employs a large army of influential humans who have, to some
degree, "sold their soul" to him. Some of these people are industrial leaders, some
are in government, some are in the news media, some are Hollywood script-writers
and entertainers, and some are even clergymen who have secretly denied the truth. So together
with his demonic spiritual beings and his "purchased" human accomplices, Satan has
set up a tremendous network to carry out his plans for individuals, for the nations,
and for the entire world. The whole drama of history is very much related to what
is going on between God and the devil. God can always overrule and overpower the
devil, but often He does not. So, in all of the interconnected "happenings" that
destroy people or move civilization even further toward ruin, we will find that the common thread
is Satan.
He has masterminded the real conspiracy. If you and I then wish to investigate what
we consider to be a conspiracy, then it stands to reason that we should first study
and understand how Satan operates. If we only fix our attention on those humans who
willingly assist him, then we will surely fail to grasp the overall strategy.
What about those humans who are part of the plot? Do we have any evidence that they
interface with Satan? Do we happen to have any example that shows how the devil actually
alters the makeup of individuals who consciously sell their souls to him, where they become almost beast-like, because of Satan? Yes, as a matter of fact, we do.You
will find evidence of this interface in a document called Silent Weapons, Quiet Wars
(on the Internet at http://www.lvdi.net/~willys/preface.htm and continuing.) This
is an amazing revelation. It shows that Satan's goals for world-wide domination are being
carried out by selected individuals who have an intense desire for power and money.
In exchange for those rewards, they agree to assist in forwarding a secret plan,
even to the point of killing persons who get in their way.
I will quote from its introduction:
"Conspiracy theories are nothing new to history. Plots to 'kill Caesar' and overthrow
Rome abounded for instance. However, it is seldom that concrete clues to such plots
come to light and are generally known.
"TOP SECRET: Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, An Introductory Programming Manual was
uncovered quite by accident on July 7 1986 when an employee of Boeing Aircraft Co.
purchased a surplus IBM copier for parts at a scrap sale, and discovered inside details
of a plan, hatched in the embryonic days of the "Cold war" which called for control
of the masses through manipulation of industry, peoples' pastimes, education and
political learnings. It called for a quiet revolution, putting brother against brother,
and diverting the public's attention from what is really going on.
"The document you are about to read is real. It is reprinted [on the Internet] in
its virgin form, with diagrams, as a touch of reality."
Following that introduction by the person who dared to publish it, the document starts
off under the heading of "Security" by stating that (and I quote): "It is patently
impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of society, i.e., the
engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale
without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human
life, i.e., slavery and genocide.
"This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such a writing must be
secured from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically
formal declaration of domestic war. Furthermore, whenever any person or group of
persons in a position of great power, and without the full knowledge and consent of the public,
uses such knowledge and methodology for economic conquest -- it must be understood
that a state of domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons and
the public.
"The solution of today's problems requires an approach which is ruthlessly candid,
with no agonizing over religious, moral, or cultural values.
"You have qualified for this project because of your ability to look at human society
with cold objectivity, and yet analyze and discuss your observations and conclusions
with others of similar intellectual capacity without a loss of discretion or humility. Such virtues are exercised in your own best interest. Do not deviate from them."
So far, we have learned that this manual was to be kept secret and issued only to
a person likely to be cold and ruthless with the public, someone who would allow
no religious or moral qualms to interfere with the destruction of human life through
slavery and genocide. We also may see an implied threat in the final statement above. It suggests
that if anyone qualified to join the project decides to drop out later, he would
suffer serious consequences. Basically, the Silent War described in these pages is
an economic conquest, where people are sacrificed as pawns, and who are ridiculed for
their lack of power to resist. It says:
"The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they
are being attacked and subdued by a weapon. The public might instinctively feel that
something is wrong, but cannot handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they
do not know how to cry for help."
Can you sense the presence and power of Satan in what you have read so far? It seems
like the kind of manual that dictator Adolph Hitler might have used, to justify his
killing of Jewish people in the Holocaust.
By way of explanation, the manual explains that Silent War technology had its roots
in Operations Research, a strategic methodology developed in England during World
War II. After that, (quoting again): "It was soon recognized by those in positions
of power that the same methods might be useful for totally controlling a society."
Silent Wars then, was developed to benefit the upper class of society, by constructing
an economy that would be totally predictable and capable of being manipulated. It
would then serve to bring profit to what it calls "the worthy few." Its designers
next found that an economy obeys the same laws of fluctuation as does electricity, so therefore,
all the mathematical theory and practical computer know-how needed for the field
of electricity can be directly applied to the field of economics.
For that reason, the larger portion of this manual that describes the methodology
for Silent Wars was presented as a set of electrical inductance formulas and diagrams.
The variables in these formulas were labeled as economic values things like capital,
goods, services, and a population. Studying these formulas and diagrams may not say
anything to you unless you happen to be an electrical engineer, in which case you
should be able to analyze and interpret them to be a control system over a population.
I need to emphasize that the manual on Silent Wars only points to a small part of
Satan's conspiracy. In order to analyze the whole network, we would need to discover
many documents like this one. It does serve to show, however, that influential people
in the network must first "sell their soul." They must purposely minimize the value of
other people's human lives in the overall scheme of things, just like Satan does.
If we believe in our fellow human beings, it is hard to imagine that people around
us could kill the unsuspecting public for any reason. We do have, however, a Bible
portion that helps us to understand how people can be made to do things like that.
It is the account of Jesus' temptation by the devil in the wilderness.
Here, we will be able to see, by "reading between the lines" so to speak, three things
that Satan offered to Jesus and also offers to us humans when he attempts to "make
his bargain." They are:
Creature comfort: A sweeping release from all hunger, pain and discomfort. For Jesus,
this was the temptation to make stones into bread. For you and me, Satan presents
this ancient but workable "you are great, so you deserve it" ploy. He knows that
the natural man (other than Jesus) loves himself above all.
A stage on which to perform: His grand death-defying leap from the pinnacle of the
temple would surely wow the people and make them realize how important Christ really
was, so said Satan. But Jesus would not perform for Satan. Many of us though, would
jump at the chance to show off. We love the praise of men.
Power and authority over all the kingdoms of the world: Satan said to Jesus, "All
these will I give You if You will fall down and worship me." What an insulting proposition.
Christ the Creator and Sustainer of the universe, the rightful King of Kings, was
being asked to worship and honor one of His disobedient subjects!
Jesus rejected that offer for a number of reasons. He can wait. The Father will give
Him the kingdoms at the proper time, and Satan will then be chained in the pit. You
and I are less patient. Satan knows that, and he also knows that many of us are greedy
and self-centered. The thirst for power and wealth can so easily grab our heart. Can
you see where we are going with all this? I want you to see the devil to be a very
powerful being who is highly experienced in finding all the weak places in humans,
including in those of us who call ourselves Christians. Let us not overestimate our strength
as compared to his, or to proudly assume that we could never fall. Remember, "pride
goes before a fall." We are not invincible. We need all of the armor and protection
that we can get.
Nor are we all that clever. Apostle Paul truthfully said of himself, "We are not ignorant
of his devices." I fear that many of us church-goers today are vulnerable. We really
"are ignorant of his devices." We do not have the slightest idea of what Satan is doing.
Or else we think that it only applies to someone other than ourselves. Be aware that
the Master of Deception is already interested in you. He will use every trick in
his book to soften you to his program and to blind your spiritual eyes, "so as to
deceive, if possible, even the elect" (Matt. 24:24). This is not a game we are in. It is war,
and the devil fights dirty.
Now you are not likely to receive a "Silent Wars" invitation in the mail asking you
to join the Conspiracy. But I guarantee you that in some way, you will be tempted.
Don't fail this test. Don't give in. If the devil gets you once, he will surely come
back again and again. His training program consists of one temptation at a time. Even
Satan1s right hand man, the one who will eventually become world- ruler through the
conspiracy, will be trained in exactly that same way.
These are perilous times that we live in. We need to keep up to date with our Lord
and Savior, confessing and forsaking every sin. We need to stay ever so close to
our loving Lord, anxious to please Him in everything we do. That is where we enjoy
the very best protection from the kingdom of darkness around us.
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
For You are with me" (Psalm 23:4).

The issues here, for me, are the following:
1. the info above might or might not be true, and I have no way of checking it at
present, so I cannot really comment. However...
2. It's dead easy to make allegations to a hungry and somewhat gullible public, who
eat allsorts of things for their cosmic breakfast, but it's less easy to really demonstrate
this, and everyone relies on the word of the person making the allegations;
3. it's also easy to interpret information in a way which reinforces one's own picture
of life, while in fact losing the track of what the information actually means, and
what its true worth is. Trouble is, in this game, one's interpretation of information reflects one's own personal psychological disposition in relation to power, authority
and trust in our fellow humans - and there are some pretty hurt people around! In
this light, the above information might have elements of truth and reality to it,
yet it might actually be intended for entirely different ends (such as civil defence);
4. it's easy to be suspicious, less easy to be constructive;
5. again, I believe that, to change the world, it's necessary not so much to oppose
the existing, but to get on with building what will replace it and make it obsolete.
While acknowledging the existence of such possibilities as the above, is it nesessary
to face backwards and rant about things like this, or to face forwards and get on with
building a new world?
6. the above information has an element of powerlessness-programming to it, and it
can be fed into the public domain to make people feel helpless to do anything - or
to make them rant and rave, which is equally powerless behaviour;
7. I don't buy it myself, though I'm not close enough to that issue to judge. However,
rest assured that, as more and more people emerge from sleep, they will be righteously
pumping out more of this paranoid, extreme stuff - and some people are very good
at constructing exceptionally believable illusions! I believe folk like David Icke
to be like this too - I wish he and others would *think* a bit more and consider
their evidene in a wider, longer-term framework, without just jerking off over everyone
else because they have a bee in their bonnet! I wish that such people would also own up
when they get things wrong, rather than keeping on manufacturing replacements to
keep getting angst about! It's like much of the stuff about earht changes and earthquakes
- the actual geological evidence points in a fundamentally different direction to what
earth-changes buffs are ranting about!
My approach, when in doubt, is neither to accept nor reject, but to leave it to see
what happens next, since most of these things cannot be fixed immediately anyway.
As communicators we need to be careful what we put out, and only to put things out
that we intutively feel safe and responsible putting out - or to add a qualifying commentary
which might balance things up a bit. Are we seeking polarisation or balance, extremes
or reintegration of the human race? Watch out for people who are on a 'them and us'
number, even if they are 'spiritual' in their presentation. Sorry, but we're all in
this game! And I too am liable to make such mistakes as those which I might criticise
in others - and, in fact, by judging others we increase the karmic likelihood of
committing the same crimes ourselves! It's dead easy being 'in opposition', and it's less
easy being 'in government' (that is, responsible for actually fixing things, rather
than just bleating and complaining).
That's what I think!
