BUCHAREST, Romania -- A heat wave and a drought are gouging a multibillion-dollar hole into Europe's economy, crippling shipping, shriveling crops and driving up the cost of electricity. In Romania, dredgers dug into the Danube on Monday to deepen the river bed for hundreds of stalled barges, while in Croatia, five tons of dead fish polluted a lake. Levels on the Danube were under two yards near Bazias in southwestern Romania, more than a yard below the minimum needed for barge traffic. At the southern port of Zimnicea, dredgers scooped up sludge from the river bed Monday, attempting to deepen navigation channels for the 251 ships waiting to move upstream to key markets in central and northern Europe. While experts caution that you cannot read too much into a single hot summer or natural disaster, Europe does seem to be experiencing extreme weather with growing frequency. Less than a year ago, scores of people were dying as floods swamped Germany, Russia, Austria and the Czech Republic. This year, the problem is extremely hot weather and drought, which, though it might be welcome to holidaymakers, is threatening lives and livelihoods in many parts of Europe. "We've not seen such an extended period of dry weather and sunny days since records began (in about 1870)," said Michael Knobelsdorf, a meteorologist at the German weather service, referring to Europe as a whole. "What's remarkable is that these extremes of weather are happening at such short intervals which suggests the climate is unbalanced. Last year in Germany, we were under water. Now we have one of the worst droughts in human memory," he said.

are dying. Villages are being forced to move, and animals are being forced to seek new habitats. What's happening in Alaska is a preview of what people farther south can expect, said Robert Corell, a former top National Science Foundation scientist who heads research for the Arctic Climate Impact Assessment team. "If you want to see what will be happening in the rest of the world 25 years from now, just look at what's happening in the Arctic," Corell said. Alaska and the Arctic are warming up fast, top international scientists will tell senior officials from eight Arctic countries at a conference in Iceland next week. They will disclose early, disturbing findings from a massive study of polar climate change. In Alaska, year-round average temperatures have risen by 5 degrees Fahrenheit since the 1960s, and average winter temperatures soared 8 degrees in that period, according to the federal government. The entire world is expected to warm by 2.5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit by 2100, predict scientists at the International Panel on Climate Change. CLIP

France - August 5 - French forecasters yesterday warned there would be no imminent respite from the heatwave which has scorched the country for over a month. Technicians were yesterday forced to spray water on the walls of a nuclear power plant in Fessenhiem, near Strasbourg, as temperatures at the building rose to 48.5C (119F), two degrees celsius below the point at which an emergency shutdown would be triggered. More than 10,500 hectares of land and dozens of houses were burnt to the ground in forest fires which swept through the south last week. Five people were killed and thousands more were evacuated. Water restrictions were imposed in 54 of France's 95 departments, as farmers grew increasingly concerned about how they will be able to feed their cattle this autumn, with even the straw crop shrivelled and scorched.

Global warming is affecting Africa more than the industrialised world despite being the inhabited continent least to blame for the greenhouse effect. A study by scientists at Britain's Hadley Centre has found that the tell-tale signature of global warming is significantly stronger in Africa than in other continents such as Europe and America. The researchers believe that industrial pollution, which emits the carbon dioxide that exacerbates the greenhouse effect, also offers some localised protection against climate warming.

Is it really possible to run a four passenger car or a minivan or a pickup on nothing but compressed air? You bet! MDI Air Car in France has done it, but getting the idea off the drawing board and into the showroom is another matter, as its developers and investors have discovered over the last half decade since the car was officially unveiled. But it appears that the "times they are converging" as battery development continues its slow pace of progress and fuel cells remain a distant dream. Maybe the way to power the "electric" cars of today isn't chemically, but mechanically with air compressed to 4,500 psi.

THIS YEAR'S WINNER: The late John Pernicky and his friend, the late Sal Hawkins, of the great state of Washington, decided to attend a local Metallica concert at the George Washington amphitheater. Having no tickets (but having had 18 beers between them), they thought it would be easy to "hop" over the nine foot fence and sneak into the show. They pulled their pickup truck over to the fence and the plan was for Mr. Pernicky, who was 100-pounds heavier than Mr Hawkins to hop the fence and then assist his friend over. Unfortunately for Mr. Pernicky, there was a 30-foot drop on the other side of the fence. Having heaved himself over, he found himself crashing through a tree. His fall was abruptly halted (and broken, along with his arm) by a large branch that snagged him by his shorts. Dangling from the tree with a broken arm, he looked down and saw some bushes below him. Possibly figuring the bushes would break his fall, he removed his pocket knife and proceeded to cut away his shorts to free himself from the tree. Finally free, Mr. Pernicky crashed into holly bushes. The sharp leaves scratched his entire body and worse, without the protection of his shorts, a holly branch penetrated his rectum. To make matters worse still, on landing, his pocket knife penetrated his thigh. Mr. Hawkins, seeing his friend in considerable pain and agony, threw him a rope and tried to pull him to safety by tying the rope to the pickup truck and slowly driving away. However, in his drunken haste/state, he put the truck into reverse and crashed through the fence, landing 30' below atop his friend, killing him. Police arrived to find the crashed pickup with its driver thrown 100' from the truck and dead from massive internal injuries. Upon moving the truck, they found John under it half-naked, scratches on his body, a holly stick in his rectum, a knife in his thigh, and his shorts dangling from a tree branch 25-feet in the air. Hearty congratulations gentlemen, you win...

U.S. Bartering Arms for Soldiers for Iraq War (July 31)

UNITED NATIONS -- Faced with a rising death toll among its soldiers in Iraq, the United States is trying to "buy" foreign troops for a proposed 30,000-troop multinational force in Baghdad. ''When they were seeking U.N. support for a war on Iraq, they were twisting arms,'' one Asian diplomat told IPS. ''Now they are offering carrots in exchange for our troops.'' Since the war on Iraq began Mar.19, 244 U.S. soldiers have died--163 from hostile actions and 81 from accidents. The rising death toll looms as a political liability for Bush who faces re-election next year. The inducements--including weapons and increased military aid--have apparently been offered to at least three countries whose troops Washington desperately needs to bolster the fledgling multinational force in Iraq and relieve the pressure on U.S. forces. The administration of President George W. Bush has intensified efforts to seek troops from India, Pakistan and Turkey in order to bolster a multinational force that now includes troops mostly from former Soviet republics and Latin American nations. The Indian government, which withdrew its offer of 17,000 troops under heavy domestic political pressure, is being lobbied once again with an offer of sophisticated military equipment. The quid pro quo, according to diplomatic sources, is approval of the proposed sale of the state-of-the-art Arrow-2 missile defence system by Israel. Since the $100 million system includes U.S. components and funding, Israel needs U.S. approval to close the deal. General Richard Myers, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, is now in New Delhi to try to convince the government of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to change its stance on troops for Iraq. The London Financial Times said Tuesday that the Bush administration has also pledged to further relax the sale of dual-use technology to India in return for that country sending troops to Iraq. France, Germany, India, Pakistan and several other nations have declined to provide troops unless there is a new U.N. resolution authorizing the proposed multinational peacekeeping force in Iraq. (...) Washington is also expecting smaller units from Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Honduras, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Mongolia, the Philippines and Nicaragua. It has logistical support from Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and South Korea). The Washington Post reported Tuesday. The Bush administration has agreed to pay $240 million in support costs to the Polish contingent of about 9,000 troops. As for the great human catastrophe in Iraq, the bereft hospitals, the children dying from thirst and gastroenteritis at a rate greater than before the invasion, with almost 8 per cent of infants suffering extreme malnutrition, says Unicef; as for a crisis in agriculture which, says the Food and Agriculture Organisation, is on the verge of collapse: these do not exist. Like the American-driven, medieval-type siege that destroyed hundreds of thousands of Iraqi lives over 12 years, there is no knowledge of this in America: therefore it did not happen. The Iraqis are, at best, unpeople; at worst, tainted, to be hunted. "For every GI killed," said a letter given prominence in the New York Daily News late last month, "20 Iraqis must be executed." In the past week, Task Force 20, an "elite" American unit charged with hunting evildoers, murdered at least five people as they drove down a street in Baghdad, and that was typical. (...) The verboten truth is that the unprovoked attack on Iraq and the looting of its resources is America's 73rd colonial intervention. These, together with hundreds of bloody covert operations, have been covered up by a system and a veritable tradition of state-sponsored lies that reach back to the genocidal campaigns against Native Americans and the attendant frontier myths; and the Spanish-American war, which broke out after Spain was falsely accused of sinking an American warship, the Maine, and war fever was whipped up by the Hearst newspapers; and the non-existent "missile gap" between the US and the Soviet Union, which was based on fake documents given to journalists in 1960 and served to accelerate the nuclear arms race; and four years later, the non-existent Vietnamese attack on two American destroyers in the Gulf of Tonkin for which the media demanded reprisals, giving President Johnson the pretext he wanted to bomb North Vietnam. In the late 1970s, a silent media allowed President Carter to arm Indonesia as it slaughtered the East Timorese, and to begin secret support for the mujahedin, from which came the Taliban and al-Qaeda. In the 1980s, the manufacture of an absurdity, the "threat" to America from popular movements in Central America, notably the Sandinistas in tiny Nicaragua, allowed President Reagan to arm and support terrorist groups such as the Contras, leaving an estimated 70,000 dead. That George W Bush's America gives refuge to hundreds of Latin American torturers, favoured murderous dictators and anti-Castro hijackers, terrorists by any definition, is almost never reported. The armchair warriors who directed the American-led conquest of Iraq would like us to believe that the estimated 10,000 innocent civilians who died in the invasion were simply unfortunate, inadvertent, unavoidable, accidental victims of a just and noble action. No one wanted these innocent people to die. Surely no American leader ever knowingly ordered a mission with the certain knowledge that innocent people were going to be killed by it. These deaths just happened; no one is to blame for them. That's what the armchair warriors tell the world -- and themselves too, no doubt, when they look into the mirror every morning. But like almost every other statement issued by the Bush Regime on the subject of Iraq, this comforting fairy tale is a cynical, blood-soaked lie. To take just one example: U.S. military commanders revealed last week that up to 1,500 civilian deaths were personally approved by Pentagon chief Donald Rumsfeld. CLIP

United States military casualties in Iraq are running at more than twice the number most Americans have been led to believe they are. The public is largely unaware of a high number of accidents, suicides and other non-combat deaths. Since May 1, when President George Bush called an end to combat operations, 52 of his troops have been killed by hostile fire, according to Pentagon figures. But the total of deaths from all causes is much higher at 112.

EarthRights International - President Bush has issued an Executive Order, so far completely unreported, that purports to grant broad legal immunity to oil companies operating in
Iraq. The Order is, on its face, outrageous, and should be investigated. Executive Order 13303, issued on May 22, 2003, claims to be essential to Iraqi reconstruction efforts. A cursory reading of the Order indicates that its real purpose is to protect oil companies by giving virtual impunity for any activities undertaken relating to Iraqi oil. This Order, with broad language that seems to sweep aside federal statutes, including the Alien Tort Claims Act, has received no public attention. A US department of energy panel of experts which provided independent oversight of the development of the US nuclear arsenal has been quietly disbanded by the Bush administration, it emerged yesterday. The decision to close down the national nuclear security administration advisory committee - required by law to hold public hearings and issue public reports on nuclear weapons issues - has come just days before a closed-door meeting at a US air force base in Nebraska to discuss the development of a new generation of tactical "mini nukes" and "bunker buster" bombs, as well as an eventual resumption of nuclear testing.

A human rights report has documented widespread extortion, armed robbery and kidnapping by police and intelligence officials and militias in Afghanistan. The report accuses the US of supporting some of the worst offenders, and blames all countries for not doing enough to intervene and halt the abuses. The 101-page report, titled Killing You Is a Very Easy Thing for Us, by the New York-based Human Rights Watch, is a list of violent crimes committed against Afghan civilians in recent months in 12 provinces in eastern and southeastern Afghanistan. Are computerized voting machines a wide-open back door to massive voting fraud? The discussion has moved from the Internet to CNN, to UK newspapers, and the pages of The New York Times. People are cautiously beginning to connect the dots, and the picture that seems to be emerging is troubling. (...) Another concern is Internet voting, since it's impossible to ensure its accuracy. Imagine if all the time a voting machine was being used, it also had its back door open and an unlimited number of technicians and hackers could manipulate its innards before, during and after the vote. Plan would enrich Bush corporate campaign contributors - President George Bush is seeking funds for a controversial project to drive gas pipelines from pristine rainforests in the Peruvian Amazon to the coast. The plan will enrich some of Mr Bush's closest corporate campaign contributors while risking the destruction of rainforest, threatening its indigenous peoples and endangering rare species on the coast. Among the beneficiaries would be two Texas energy companies with close ties to the White House, Hunt Oil and Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), a subsidiary of Vice-President Dick Cheney's old company, Haliburton, which is rebuilding Iraq's oil infrastructure. The pipeline slices through some of the mostbiologically diverse places on earth. Their remoteness has preserved an extraordinarily rich ecosystem in the coastal Paracas reserve, which is home to such rare species as Humboldt penguins, sea lions and green sea turtles.

WASHINGTON, July 29 - An internal analysis by Environmental Protection Agency economists has found that a Senate plan to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions linked to global warming could achieve its goal at very little cost, according to a copy of the analysis made available by a group supporting the plan. This stands in contrast to public statements by Bush administration officials saying the environmental benefits of the plan, which sets limits on emissions of so-called greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, would come at a significant cost to the nation's economy. The results of the environmental agency analysis, dated May 23, were never completed and analysts were told not to continue with the study, employees at the agency said. In June, Christie Whitman, who was then the agency's administrator, sent a letter refusing to carry out the study to the proposal's sponsors, Senators John McCain, Republican of Arizona, and Joseph I. Lieberman, Democrat of Connecticut. In the letter, Mrs. Whitman wrote that the Energy Department's independent statistical office, the Energy Information Agency, was already doing an analysis and "based on past analyses, I would expect that E.I.A.'s cost estimates should not be significantly different from the estimates that E.P.A. would have produced." But the results do appear to diverge significantly. The Energy Department projects economic harm dozens of times that projected in the internal environmental agency results. The department study says the economy will be reduced by $106 billion, or six-tenths of 1 percent, in 2025. The E.P.A. results put those losses at from $1 billion to $2 billion, or one-hundredth of 1 percent. Environmental agency officials emphasized that the analysis was preliminary and incomplete.

For the first time, scientists have found evidence that worldwide efforts to halt the destruction of the ozone layer are working. Although the protective atmospheric layer has not begun repairing itself, the rate of its destruction has slowed considerably, presumably thanks to the global phase-out of ozone-destroying chemicals mandated by the 1989 Montreal Protocol. Because these chemicals take a long time to break down, no improvement in the condition of the ozone layer had been measured until now -- and even at present, the changes only affect the uppermost part of the stratosphere, which is home to less than 20 percent of the layer. Scientists expect it will be 40 to 50 more years before the ozone layer fully repairs itself. Still, environmentalists welcomed the news and called it proof of the efficacy of coordinated international action against long-term environmental threats.

"These first-ever tests of farmed salmon from U.S. grocery stores show that farmed salmon are likely the most PCB-contaminated protein source in the U.S. food supply," the group, a non-profit organization that investigates environmental matters, said in a statement. "EWG's analysis of seafood industry fish consumption data shows that one quarter of all adult Americans (52 million people) eat salmon, and about 23 million of them eat salmon more often than once a month," the group said in a statement. "Based on these data we estimate that 800,000 people face an excess lifetime cancer risk ... from eating farmed salmon."

I'm deeply concerned, to say the least, that you would give space to Neal Kruse's opinion of NESARA. Matthew never would speak positively of anything that didn't deserve it or describe Dove as a high light being if that were not also true. In my on-going searching through 1000s of old emails to purge useless ones, I have found several requests for M's opinion of NESARA going back over 1 1/2 years, and although his replies were shorter than his most recent one, they were consistent: He verified the validity of the NESARA legislation and stated that there was so much going on in the energy field of potential that "they" couldn't tell when its announcement would happen, but it was not imminent.

I'm writing because Matthew urged me to. The ramifications of NESARA's provisions are so profound that they will uproot the political and economic stranglehold of the the dark forces in this country and the full impact of the provisions will be beneficial worldwide. The dark forces are magnifying their efforts to hang on, to prevent the announcement because enactment of the provisions will be started immediately afterwards, with the current US government being replaced with people of integrity and many other greatly needed reforms being initiated. All of this is being done within US legal and constitutional methods, which is one reason for so many delays affecting the announcement.

In addition to planting betrayers within the "good" ranks of the NESARA people, disinformation is the major tool of the dark forces. At the other end of their struggle to retain control are the very high light beings who are -- and have been all along -- working for NESARA, but just as in all other aspects of our free will, they cannot do this for us, only HELP us to achieve what WE want. That's why it's imperative that we maintain our positive attitude and focus on NESARA's announcement so WE also are generating light toward this result.

I've told you that when I first heard of NESARA, I thought it was a big harebrained scheme (Matthew told me then that since that was my opinion of it, it was good that I didn't put any energy into it), but gaining knowledge of the legislation has definitely changed my opinion. I know that Dove has been denounced as a fraud, that it has been claimed that Doris Ekker is masquerading as Dove and that she and her husband EJ are the ones responsible for the big-time NESARA "scam." On her RumorMillNews site, Raye Allen published a long account about her convictions of this. I know both Raye and the Ekkers, and while it's easy for me to believe that Doris and EJ have swindled people (probably through the Phoenix Institute), they are in NO way affiliated with NESARA!! From my personal dealings with Raye over several years (and with her ex-husband Gunther Russbacher as well), I firmly believe she is operating at least to some extent under mind control and is programmed to publish the information she does.

Jean, you know me well, so you know I don't speak disparagingly about any person or situation unless I have solid ground, and then I do it privately as a caution, not publicly. I know whereof I speak on Raye, the Ekkers, Dove and NESARA, and if you want to post this, I will happily make an exception to my penchant for sharing confidentially because people knowing the TRUTH of NESARA is so vital.

Please do NOT give "aid and comfort" to the enemy!

They are sponsoring NESARA and are physically appearing at their meetings. According to one report, St. Germaine appears to go through the wall, while Sananda is suddenly standing there. I also heard from Alie Marie that the Jesuits may have released their tremendous wealth into NESARA. This is a spiritual-social action. To add to that, I have a communication from a man who died in 1968, for whom I was secretary wen he was Leader of the Opposition in Saskatchewan, a province of Canada. He advised that he was St. Ignatius Loyola reincarnated. That meant nothing to me until I checked on the Internet and discovered that Ignatius was founder of the Jesuits. This old boss is called "Brock" and he is just learning the art of intercommunication, so we are moving slowly. Perhaps he wishes to confirm re the Jesuits turning their wealth over to Germaine and Jesus.

Matthew, of Suzy Ward's son Matthew, says that there are a great many other masters involved. So that makes NESARA an spiritual-economic matter; whereas in our present society we usually deal with political-economic matters. Quan Yi has urged the Earth Council of Women to get into economics. I remember she said "banking" and I wrote to several persons re credit unions and collectives, as Quan Yin called it. Perhaps the whole argument is about SPIRITUAL ECONOMICS VS POLITICAL ECONOMICS. We simply have not used the term "spiritual economics" up to now. You cannot eliminate economics, because we live in communities called countries, and the exchange of goods and services comes under the umbrella of economics.

To be considering NESARA as a political project is narrowing its scope. In a statement by St. Germaine, he explains how since U.S. is so powerful, the spin-off will affect the rest of the world. Europe has already made changes. I realize that you did not explain what you meant by politics, and I would agree with you that it is recommended that the Earth Council of Women as a group do not enter that field. My argument is that changing the social structure of the globe, and bringing us at least a little in line with the social structure of other planets, is a socio-economic project.

Yoga At The Speed Of Light

It is amazing how much Western science has taught us. Today, for example, kids in grammar school learn that the sun is 93 million miles from the earth and that the speed of light is 186,000 miles per hours. Yoga may teach us about our Higher Self, but it can't supply this kind of information about physics or astronomy.

Or can it?

Professor Subhash Kak of Louisiana State University recently called my attention to a remarkable statement by Sayana, a fourteenth century Indian scholar. In his commentary on a hymn in the Rig Veda, the oldest and perhaps most mystical text ever composed in India, Sayana has this to say: "With deep respect, I bow to the sun, who travels 2,202 yojanas in half a nimesha."

A yojana is about nine American miles; a nimesha is 16/75 of a second. Mathematically challenged readers, get out your calculators!

2,202 yojanas x 9 miles x 75 - 8 nimeshas = 185,794 m.p.s.

Basically, Sayana is saying that sunlight travels at 186,000 miles per second! How could a Vedic scholar who died in 1387 A.D. have known the correct figure for the speed of light? If this was just a wild guess it's the most amazing coincidence in the history of science!

The yoga tradition is full of such coincidences. Take for instance the mala many yoga students wear around their neck. Since these rosaries are used to keep track of the number of mantras a person is repeating, students often ask why they have 108 beads instead of 100. Part of the reason is that the mala represent the ecliptic, the path of the sun and moon across the sky. Yogis divide the ecliptic into 27 equal sections called nakshatras, and each of these into four equal sectors called padas, or "steps," marking the 108 steps that the sun and moon take through heaven.

Each is associated with a particular blessing force, with which you align yourself as you turn the beads.

Traditionally, yoga students stop at the 109th "guru bead," flip the mala around in their hand, and continue reciting their mantra as they move backward through the beads. The guru bead represents the summer and winter solstices, when the sun appears to stop in its course and reverse directions. In the yoga tradition we learn that we're deeply interconnected with all of nature. Using a mala is a symbolic way of connecting ourselves with the cosmic cycles governing our universe.

But Professor Kak points out other coincidences: The distance between the earth and the sun is approximately 108 times the sun's diameter. The diameter of the sun is about 108 times the earth's diameter. And the distance between the earth and the moon is 108 times the moon's diameter.

Could this be the reason the ancient sages considered 108 such a sacred number? If the microcosm (us) mirrors the macrocosm (the solar system), then maybe you could say there are 108 steps between our ordinary human awareness and the divine light at the center of our being. Each time we chant another mantra as our mala beads slip through our fingers, we are taking another step toward our own inner sun.

As we read through ancient Indian texts, we find so much the sages of antiquity could not possibly have known-but did. While our European and Middle Eastern ancestors claimed that the universe was created about 6,000 years ago, the yogis have always maintained that our present cosmos is billions of years old, and that it's just one of many such universes which have arisen and dissolved in the vastness of eternity.

In fact the Puranas, encyclopedias of yogic lore thousands of years old, describe the birth of our solar system out of a "milk ocean," the Milky Way. Through the will of the Creator, they tell us, a vortex shaped like a lotus arose from the navel of eternity. It was called Hiranya Garbha, the shining womb. It gradually coalesced into our world, but will perish some day billions of years hence when the sun expands to many times it present size, swallowing all life on earth. In the end, the Puranas say, the ashes of the earth will be blown into space by the cosmic wind. Today we known this is a scientifically accurate, if poetic, description of the fate of our planet.

The Surya Siddhanta is the oldest surviving astronomical text in the Indian tradition. Some Western scholars date it to perhaps the fifth or sixth centuries A.D., though the text itself claims to represent a tradition much, much older. It explains that the earth is shaped like a ball, and states that at the very opposite side of the planet from India is a great city where the sun is rising at the same time it sets in India. In this city, the Surya Siddhanta claims, lives a race of siddhas, or advanced spiritual adepts. If you trace the globe of the earth around to the exact opposite side of India, you'll find Mexico. Is it possible that the ancient Indians were well aware of the great sages/astronomers of Central America many centuries before Columbus discovered America?

Knowing the unknowable

To us today it seems impossible that the speed of light or the fate of our solar system could be determined without advanced astronomical instruments. How could the writers of old Sanskrit texts have known the unknowable? In searching for an explanation we first need to understand that these ancient scientists were not just intellectuals, they were practicing yogis. The very first lines of the Surya Siddhanta, for of the Golden Age a great astronomer named Maya desired to learn the secrets of the heavens, so he first performed rigorous yogic practices. Then the answers to his questions appeared in his mind in an intuitive flash.

Does this sound unlikely? Yoga Sutra 3:26-28 states that through, samyama (concentration, meditation, and unbroken mental absorption) on the sun, moon, and pole star, we can gain knowledge of the planets and stars. Sutra 3:33 clarifies, saying: "Through keenly developed intuition, everything can be known." Highly developed intuition is called pratibha in yoga. It is accessible only to those who have completely stilled their mind, focusing their attention on one object with laser-like intensity. Those who have limited their mind are no longer limited to the fragments of knowledge supplied by the five senses. All knowledge becomes accessible to them.

"There are [those] who would say that consciousness, acting on itself, can find universal knowledge," Professor Kak admits. "In fact this is the traditional Indian view."

Perhaps the ancient sages didn't need advanced astronomical instruments. After all, they had yoga.

A meeting has taken place recently between an investigative researcher and a well placed military source. The identity of both parties is to be protected. The source has intimate knowledge of at least one aspect of the aerosol operations, and asserts the following:

1. The operation is a joint project between the Pentagon and the pharmaceutical industry.

2. The Pentagon wishes to test biological diseases for war purposes on unsuspecting populations. It was stated that SARS is a failure as the expected rate of mortality was intended to be 80%.

3. The pharmaceutical industry is making trillions on medications designed to treat both fatal and non-fatal diseases given to populations.

4. The bacteria and viruses are freeze-dried and then placed on fine filaments for release.

5. The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply.

6. Most countries being sprayed are unaware of the activities and they have not consented to the activities. He states that commercial aircraft flying are one of the delivery systems.

7. Most of the "players" are old friends and business partners of the senior Bush.

8. The ultimate goal is the control of all populations through directed and accurate spraying of drugs, diseases, etc.

9. People who have tried to reveal the truth have been imprisoned and killed.

10. This is the most dangerous and dark time that I have experienced in all of my years of serving this country.

This information is relayed without qualification, as I am knowledgeable in the level of integrity of the researcher that has made this information available to the public. There is both risk and restraint that has been exercised in the preparation of this statement.

Amazing Ascending Children

There is a new wave of children being born since the new millennium began. These children are bringing in a higher vibration that matches the higher vibration of Earth. This is the beginning of the ascension of Earth and humanity. Earth's ascension is manifesting as global warming and drastic weather changes.

Ascending children will raise the vibration of their parents and Earth. These children are being born around the world. No culture will be left out. They are the peace makers, bringing peace to the world with their presence. Each year the number of ascending children is rising. Ascension will come through each generation of ascending children. They will become the ascending parents of ascending children, bringing in a new golden era of peace and harmony.

So who are these children and how can you recognize them? Look in their eyes and you will see a wise soul looking back at you with a steady gaze. You will feel the richness of their soul. You will feel peaceful in their presence. These children radiate a calmness that calms adults. You will not feel that you are in the presence of a baby, but as wise being. These children become our teachers, when adults tune into the child's spirit. Adult's are drawn to these children and begin to seek them out, simply to bask in their presence.

Ascending children know who they are and expect to be treated as equals. Most of the communication with ascending children is non- verbal, communing with their soul. This awakens the parents spiritual awareness as they come into harmony with their child's soul. Parenting can be a graceful flow between parent and child in the dance of soul.

Some parents may find these children a challenge if they treat them as a child and try to use old parenting skills. They will not work with these children. They demand respect and dignity. They expect their parents to become as aware as they are. They will not tolerate being talked down to. They can see right through adult games. They force their parents to "get real".

If you find yourself the parents of an ascending child... on a soul level, you agreed to this mission. You will be transformed by your parenting of an ascending child. These children will teach all by their presence, how to live in peace and harmony on Earth. Your child will raise your vibration unconsciously. To intend to consciously ascend with your child will bring awareness to the process of ascension. Consciously choosing to ascend also supports the ascension of earth.

In consciously choosing to ascend, I have become an ascending caregiver to welcome these new children to Earth. I am currently living on the island of Kauai. The Hawaiian Islands have the highest vibration on the planet at this time. Living in Hawaii speeds up the raising of ones' vibration in ascension. It is a wonderful place to raise children in the middle of nature.

I have welcomed two ascending baby boys since I arrived on Kauai. They are brothers and their connection with each other is very strong. I have watched their parents change greatly since they were born. When I met the family, their first son was only six weeks old. The parents were overwhelmed. Clearly, they were out-of- touch with the technique of tuning into the soul of their child. Instead of practicing soul guidance in caring for their baby, they had read a book on disciplining a baby so they would sleep through the night by six weeks old.

Their son Sasha, was telling them in no uncertain terms that book had to go. He would scream non-stop and nothing they could do would console him. This made the parents feel more out- of-control which created a vicious circle.

When I picked up Sasha, I saw the panic of the disconnection between him and his parents. Screaming was his way of letting them know that their way wasn't working. Once I made eye contact and non-verbally let him know I was communing with his soul, Sasha calmed down. he looked at me with a clear understanding when I asked him silently what he needed. Knowing we had connected on a soul level, Sasha became a different baby. His parents thought it was a miracle.

Together Sasha and I taught his parents how to parent him, by demonstrating what worked. His parents went through a lot of inner growth that year. I'm glad to say that when their second son was born, they were completely different parents. Sasha had paved the way, and as a result they had learned to come into harmony with their children. Their second baby radiated peace, calming the parents.

Choosing to consciously ascend with your child makes caring for these children much easier. An ascending parent and child do not go through the conflict and struggles expected. There is a calmness at the center of the relationship that brings cooperation on a spiritual level. This allows guiding an ascending child through the stages of childhood run smoother.

As these children are ready for school, they will require a different educational system. Because of their spiritual awareness, they learn holographically. They will know what the teacher knows, by being in their presence. There will not be the need to teach step by step. Exposing them to learning will be enough. The best teachers for ascending children will be ascending adults. I have a vision of families with ascending children coming together in community settings and creating a new educational system for their children. I see these communities in beautiful settings of nature, for ascending children's vibration are in harmony with nature.

The world is changing with ascension. Humanity will be freed to find new ways of living in harmony with each other and the planet. If, we listen to the wisdom of our ascending children, they will help guide us into a new world of peace and joy.

It is a great honor to be the parents of an ascending child.

Two Vietnamese refugees have just arrived in the United States by boat and one says to the other, "I hear that the people of this country actually eat dogs."

"Odd," her companion replies, "but if we shall live in America, we might as well do as the Americans do."

Nodding emphatically, one of the refugees points to a hot dog vendor and they both walk toward the cart. "Two dogs, please," she says.

The vendor is only too pleased to oblige, wraps both hot dogs in foil and hands them over the counter. Excited, the companions hurry to a bench and begin to unwrap their "dogs."

One of them opens the foil and begins to blush. Staring at it for a moment, she turns to her friend and whispers cautiously, "What part did you get?"
