Dear Lavar. Welcome also to you. You are to be one of those who will participate in a great announcement and showing ourselves to the world. You will be one of those who by your actions will show that you are greeting us in a friendly manner and to show to others than you have no fear and that you welcome us with open arms. We will soon be ready for this momentous event. We are truly ready to help mankind advance and progress in both body and spirit. In addition we will be helping others who are making good progress for the benefit of all mankind. (The NESARA program?).
We are willing to do all that we can, after a long wait, to help clean up the world's atmosphere and to help restore some of the threatened life forms that have been lost or near to being lost due to the pollution caused by so much burning of fossil fuels. However, you are an expert is such technology. You will be one of those who will help in the clean up of your beautiful world. It is also true that we are helping to add atmosphere to Mars so that Mars can also be again inhabited as it was before the days of ???.
There will be many things that can be done with the bit of addition of some of the technology that is being developed and that we can provide. We have been helping inspire some of the scientists who have the capability to listen to their spirits with new developments. We will continue to do so. In addition we will be able to provide some of the new technology so that your world can produce some of the new devices and systems that will help the world to be a better and cleaner place to live and work. There is much to do and we are anxious to begin. We are pleased that you are able to receive information from us. We will soon be there to provide you with much more. That is all for now. Dear Lavar. Thank you for the welcome. There are many things afloat (besides this star ship) going on in your world. This will be a momentous week in earth's history. There will be a return to proper government and prosperity for all the people of the earth. Your country is and will be a real leader for peace. There are many things that will be done to help the world and you, Lavar, will be a part of it. One of the first actions will be to welcome one of our flyers to land in your valley. The announcement of the timing of this event is not far off. There are those who will be responsible for doing similar welcoming in various important parts of the world. We long for the day when we can move among you, help you, encourage you, and partake of the great friendliness of the normal earth people. You have a rich heritage and a rich culture that extends far beyond the earth. There is much to learn about the ancestors of your people and some of the people who previously inhabited the earth many years ago. There had come to be an unfortunate prevalence of war and warlike behavior so many years ago and it is only now that we see that the earth can move into a realm of peace. There will be a new kind of spiritual awakening as you learn more about the true nature of the Lord Jesus Christ and his second coming to this earth. It has taken millennia for earth to adopt the true requirements of Christian living. There is a long way to go before the whole earth can accept the peaceful ways of the kingdom. You, Lavar, are one of those who yearns for peace for the whole world and in addition who wants to bring energy to the world for the total betterment of the earth, it atmosphere, and its people. Lavar: Welcome.
Helena:
Good Morning Lavar. We are blessed to have the opportunity to open up the earth's population to a new beginning and to a new aura of responsibility and entrance into the galaxy's traveling peoples. You are to be congratulated for your ability to witness with us some of the astounding events that are about to take place on this earth. There will be opportunities for the world to enter into a realm of peace and to begin the steps toward the stars. There is much that must be done before such an accomplishment can be made. There must be peace in the world. There must be a cessation of "holier than thou" attitude among any of the earth's population. We are one flesh, one color, one humanity, even with those whom you call aliens. We are and will be God's children: humanity. This week will bring some marvelous advances to your world. There is much to be done.
After NESARA is announced, then we will plan and announce our coming to the earth to show the world's people that we come in peace. You will be informed of that timing and will be expected to carry out some of the assigned duties, such as the notification of the appropriate media and authorities. It is important that we do not be mistaken for an invasive landing but accepted as a friendly landing of our shuttles in various parts of the world. There are those who will be frightened at our coming. You and others will show that you are welcoming us and are rejoicing at our coming. That will help quell the fears of those who might otherwise be wrongly affected.
The authorities must know that we come in peace so that there will be no attempts to shoot us down or interfere with a friendly landing and showing of ourselves to mankind. Many are they who will rejoice at our coming, but many will be frightened because of some of the bad stories that they have heard about "flying saucers" and alien beings. Your task, and the task of many others, like you, have an important role to play. We are grateful for you and the others. That is all for now. Any questions?
Lavar: What is the size of your craft and how much space is required for a proper landing?
Helena: The craft or shuttles are about 100 feet long and can descend vertically. However, people must stay at least 25 feet away from the craft due to the special energy that the craft uses.

Some background information: Two or three years ago Helen Engel asked me to critique some of the scientific material she was receiving. I agreed. Then there came a message from Helen saying that she had a message from my first wife, XXXXX. XXXXX died about 34 years ago. In the message was a simple statement that only XXXXX and I knew about. Thus, it had to be XXXXX.
Later, I went to visit Helen. While there she held a special seance for me. There was XXXXX, some members of the Council of Scientists, and others. I asked questions and received answers. Afterward, they suggested that "Lavar, you should try this."
For several years I have been relaxing and doing my best to give instructions to my spirit, such as for simple healing, curing an allergy, etc. I found that all I had to do was to focus my attention outward rather than inward and words began to come to my mind. Now I sit at the computer, close my eyes, relax and invite or welcome the sender to provide information. The biggest problem is stilling my mind so that my thoughts do not get mixed up with what is being sent. (By the way I type about 100 words per minute - so this is lots faster than trying to write what I receive.)
Helen invited me to try to channel Helena, the Capt. of the star ship Capricorn. The above is what I think I am receiving. So do be suspicious of the accuracy of what I am typing.

Lavar: Relaxing and Welcoming
Helena:
Good Morning Lavar. Thank you for your persistence in listening for me. This day will be an important day in your life and in earth's life. There will be announcements made that will change the world - for the better.
I will let you be surprised.
We are being welcomed to your earth by a number of persons and agencies. We deem it to be an appropriate time for us to begin to help Earth's people more, especially to help clean up the atmosphere. We have technology that can be quickly manufactured and distributed. You also are aware of some new-energy technologies that can also be used. We urge you to make the best use of the available earth technology first. Then if there are other problems, we can add additional new-energy technology. There must be reduction in the burning of fossil fuels and a great reduction in the turning out of CO2 [carbon dioxide], which is the major pollution that is warming the earth and destroying some of the sensitive life forms.
Our landing will be at the place that you choose. You know your area and people better than we do. There will be other volunteers who will contact us and be prepared to all make arrangements for our landings and our showing ourselves to be of no threat to mankind. These areas are important to us: We must be invited. We must be welcomed. We must keep observers away from the craft during landing and takeoffs. For the first landing, there will be no one allowed to come aboard. Also we will not come and mingle with the people until there is a world wide demonstration of ourselves, our landing craft, and that we come in peace and with helping hands.
You will be among those who will help us and there are others that we know are willing to also help. Please do what you can to provide this message to those who have a willing heart and a helping hand. That is all for now. Any Questions?
Lavar: Just one question: Do you have technology that can be relatively easily manufactured with our current earth industries or we will have to build new kinds of factories just to make unusual (to us) components.
Helena: You are one of the most advanced races when it comes to making micro-mini devices such as the most excellent work that is being done in semiconductors. Of course, we know that some of that technology was developed from some of the craft there were struck by lightning and crashed onto your planet, such as the one near Roswell. Therefore, there will not be much of a problem for your industry to provide the needed components.
