Channel: I ask to be a channel for the highest light for the group that's assembled here and for all those who may hear this recording. Tonight is Saturday December 13, 2003, and we've just had a wonderful opening, courtesy of the Pleiadians, of the Andromeda Gateway. I request that we receive some more information on character of the energetic infusion coming to Earth at this time. I also request that we get a status report on the Extraterrestrial Assessment of the Jean Ederman Message. What they have determined about prospects for their appearance at this time. I ask that all the information received tonight is for the highest good for all concerned. Thank you... Please bring in any group that wishes to speak with us at this time.
A. We are here. We would like to congratulate you for assembling tonight. We know the weather is not perfect; but it is perfect, in a way. This cozy group represents the nucleus of the spirit of humanity. You come from varied backgrounds and varied perspectives and we value that. You come as braids in a rope. From different sides, from different angles, coming together, intertwining, to make a strong cord, a cord of intent. This process of braiding together your lives strengthens you as a community. A braided rope is stronger than a cable. The frictions between the braids actually make the rope stronger. In the same way, the frictions between the tribes, between the communities of humanity, make the whole stronger. When these are braided together, the whole becomes stronger than any linear system. This non-linear system is what we find most interesting and most innovative about the Earth. This non-linear system leads to non-linear and unpredictable effects.
We do not know what you can do, what you might become, what heights you might rise to, what your achievements might be. We do know we would like to be a part of that. We would like to assist. Ideally, we could be a braid in the galactic rope together with you. Ideally, we could forge a union that reaches out farther than the stars. It reaches to other systems, other galaxies. Other systems beyond what even we know. For we know there is a beyond, beyond our comprehension. Today we begin a process, of integration, of intertwining. A process of sharing perspectives, sharing our questions, sharing our aspirations, and sharing our future. We are excited by this, and we are open to your questions.
Channel: I think they want to... have this... I think they want to have a more interactive session where they will take a question and then talk for a little while and then take another question. So, rather than this being a lecture, it's more like a question and answer forum. Does anyone have a question, that's coming to their mind?
Q. Yes I have three questions. .. But let me start off with the Ederman message. What is the status in terms of the percentage of the population that you're monitoring in terms of voting yes? How much of the population are you monitoring who would be giving an answer? And what would be the actual number that you are looking for, for an actual showing up? So there are three questions there.
A. We found it difficult to devise a numeric figure to measure the response. The response is multifaceted. Few have actually responded in simple yes and no terms. However... numerically we would say between 46 and 51 percent are affirmative. The negatives, however, are not strong negatives, there is a spectrum of uncertainty. We are currently looking at this spectrum to ascertain how the uncertainty can be removed and clarity can be achieved. We congratulate you for your work to this end. We ourselves are excited and appreciate this process of working with humanity. We find it refreshing to have a clear channel and open dialogue on this issue. We require a resonance to be built with humanity before we can act. We require an invitation in energetic terms, so the development of a general spirit of appreciation for this interaction is what's important. It's the slide we can slide down, to enter your system.
We do not wish to initiate contact from our, or for our, objectives. But to initiate contact in response to a genuine call, in response to a longing. That contact is a flower that grows out of the soil of the Earth itself. Contact is an expression more of who you are than of who we are. That is how we operate. To show you who you are. So, to the degree that we can mirror for you the positive side of your image, we count your response as something we can act upon. There aren't a particular numeric set of rules or guidelines that we use. We do use the clarity of the image of your planet opening and welcoming the other. It's as if, in relationship, you long for another. At the point that you are ready to embrace the other, that other can appear in your life. Before that point, the other cannot appear. Since we are the other, we wait for your signal; but it's an energetic signal, not a vote as you know it. It's a choice that you as representatives of your kind make. Obviously the more that make a coherent choice, the more that come together to show gratitude, to build the aspiration, the stronger our signal can be. The stronger what we do can appear in your system. However know that we are already here, we already love you and support you, in our own way. Have confidence in that. Are your questions answered?
Q. Just the last bit about how much of the population would you require to be in resonance with that image?
A. We recognize that only the very smallest fraction of humanity is aware of our communication. We will make assumptions and estimations of the mental state of the others. What we are interested in with this initiative is the conscious participation of the few, the conscious participation and assessment of those who do focus on the message. So, actually, very few are required. It takes very few individuals to change a system - what it requires is a clarity of insight, clarity of expression, a clarity of intent. And when these are in concert with the needs and aspirations of the whole, they echo the whole, they articulate the whole, and the entire system can develop along those lines. It's as if you are part of the circuit, a circuit requires only a small wire to carry the signal, and the signal itself can initiate a process much larger, the wire does not do the work, the wire just carries the signal, so all we need is the signal carried along a wire of your construction, of your choosing. It could be only one person to send the signal. It matters not. But the signal must be true to the heart of Gaia, the heart of the planet, true to the Mother's wishes, and true to the Father's wishes. If that is so, then the worlds move, and the worlds shift. Any other questions?
Q. Yes, can you describe yourselves, more specifically - namely, which planets and star systems you are from? And secondly, your relationship to the Galactic Federation and to the original consciousness, all that is and all that isn't?
A. We are the Arcturians, also Lyrans, some Tau Ceti, some Rigelians, some Centaurians. We are a group, a small group, allied with the Federation. We are not official representatives of the Federation. We are, you might say, your brothers in spirit. We are pioneers in consciousness, a relatively small group that wishes to create this alignment, that wishes to create this call, with you. We are part of All That Is, we are part of the becoming, part of the opening. We see ourselves as you are beginning to see yourselves, as part of the matrix, part of this vast universe, expressing itself, expressing herself. Does that answer your question?
Q. Sure, can I ask one more question in connection to the Galactic Federation? Can you give us some background information in terms of how that organization is formed, its jurisdiction, and its powers?
A. It's a voluntary federation. It has no jurisdiction outside of its membership. The members merely cooperate toward common goals. It does not hold territory absent the natural grounds of the constituent species. These natural grounds are each in alignment with their planetary spheres, with their planetary consciousness. This provides the "social contract", if you will, for their representation and for their membership in the federation. We stick to planets that are free to speak their own will. The planets that are free to express their aspirations without restraint. In this way we have become a network, a lacework, of star systems. We cooperate.
Is there anything else?
Q. To what extent is or shouldn't elites on this planet have an agenda to depopulate the planet or substantial part? And what can we do to prevent that agenda as something that exists, and to enhance the ability of the less powerful and the least powerful amongst us to live in peace with the rest of the planet?
A. This question is based on an illusion. The illusion of the powerful and the powerless. We don't see it that way. We see each of you as being quite powerful. Thank you very much. You are powerful enough to create these dramas, to create these plays, these scripts, in which some are abused, and some are the abusers, in which some are wealthy and some are poor. This is your gift, to play out many scripts, to play out many roles.
Within this context, it's only the planet who holds the stage on which the play is done that is at issue. Only the planetary soul, the planetary will, is at issue. The relationships between individuals are for their benefit spiritually and psychologically; many need to find expression in those ways. But what matters, if the play is to go on, is that the stage be preserved; that the stage is set in a way that allows further acts. Anything else?
Q. Is there an agenda to take away the stage?
A. Yes. Yes, there are those non-human forces who wish to end the play. Who wish to draw down the curtain and move the cast to a new venue, to an enclosed venue where the expression of the message has no audience, where the play takes place merely for the actors, but does not benefit an audience. Since we are members of the audience, we wish to keep the playhouse open. We will actively work against that scenario. But mind you, the issue is the stage and not the actors. The issue is the possibility of the play and not the fortunes of the individuals; and for this purpose, some members of the audience may join the play. Some members of the audience may stand up, walk forward and begin to interact. We've watched the play for so long, we think we know the roles. We think we could do a good job. Anything else?
Q. When you say that there is an agenda to close down the play, does that mean, that there is .. is that agenda by the elites of humanity or by off-planet forces?
A. It's a mixture. It's a mentality. Imagine if you will, that you believe you are the owner of the playhouse, and the ticket prices aren't to your satisfaction. In fact, many of the audience arrive and enjoy the play for free. How would you feel? Perhaps you would feel these wonderful spectacles should benefit you to a greater extent than they do. And perhaps you disagree with the choices of the scriptwriters. Perhaps the scriptwriters are beginning to pick topics that you find uncomfortable. In this situation, you might be tempted to change the rules, to subvert the production, to gain advantage for yourself. This is what we see happening. It happens both within the scene and behind the scenes.
Q. Do those who wish to close down the play wish to take the play off-planet?
A. Yes, to a trailer park. [laughter]
Q. On another planet?
A. It's a closed system which is not open to inspection from others. Physically, it could be a shield. Physically, it could be a shield around the planet that does not permit inspection. In this way, the admission price could be raised. That is, the audience would no longer be free to come and enjoy the spectacle.
Q. When you say "to enjoy the spectacle" is that to say that the purpose or one of the purposes of humanity, as we exist here, is to be a spectacle?
A. You are the mythmakers. You make up the stories, you provide the lessons, that all of us in the audience need to grow as a community: to learn our past, to learn our future, to learn our own story. You provide the artistry, the inspiration, for the rest of us. You also provide us an excuse to come together and watch, [laughter] you provide us some humor; we sometimes see ourselves in you. But heretofore, the Earth has been an open system and we've enjoyed every minute of the spectacle. We would be very sad if it were closed to us. Especially, if it's not your choice to close it. There will be representations that you have chosen to close yourselves off. We do not think this is your true wish. Therefore, we have asked to come on stage, we have asked to whisper to you quietly, and to find your true heart. Do you want to be known?
Q. What's the best way for us to keep this an open show, and an open stage? What's the best way for us to do that?
A. Comedies.
Q. Pardon?
A. Comedies.
Q. Comedies... do you mean we aren't funny enough yet? [laughter]
A. Political comedies have long been a process by which a discerning group can communicate to those around them. And also subvert an attempt at disruption. The more the oppressor behaves like the comedians, the more ridiculous and less powerful they appear. So we suggest a comedy, a political comedy, a satire, whose object is to show how ridiculous the notion of oppression, the notion of separation, really is in this universe. You are doing quite well in this, actually. Those of you who play the role of oppressors increasingly look farcical. Perhaps it would be good to point this out.
Q. And the best media for pointing this out are, what?
A. Every media works, any expressive vehicle of communication works. A common ground is lightheartedness in the face of oppression. Showing the human spirit instead of despair; happiness and laughter instead of anger. These are the keys to embarrassing and disempowering the enemy. Make them look silly to their friends. And they may laugh along with you. Any other questions?
Q. Recently, I heard that one of the best ways to introduce the concept of ETs to humans .. is by having a benevolent appearance, not so much on Earth, but just far enough away so we can have a sighting and someone can notice something different going on in the universe. Is that possible? To do something like that? Or are we still not open to that idea or would the information even be suppressed?
A. We are not completely clear about what you mean. Every year more and more is discovered about the universe. As humanity's awareness and vibration increases, more mysteries appear. At one time, six planets were known. Now many more. Planets around other stars are known. These are related to the expansion of awareness, and the increase in the technological level. But many mysteries remain, even with what is visible so far. Perhaps you can give an example of what you mean.
Q. Actually, more specifically, I wondering about us acknowledging that there is life on other planets or life outside of this earth. We still don't have... the general population still doesn't have that in their belief system.
A. Yes.
Q. So is it possible for us to see that there is life on another planet?
A. A remote view of life would have an effect, but not the effect that we wish. A remote view of life is, in essence, a falsification. There's life all around you. It's just not under the lamppost. Life is not far away, it's not where you are looking. The real lesson is that you are surrounded by life, that you are a part of a larger system. Seeing some evidence of life in your physical system would have an effect, but mainly with intellectuals. It wouldn't actually touch the lives of the masses. It would create discussion and instant forgetfulness. What we wish, is to validate the inner knowing of many people, to validate the ancient wisdom, to bring into the Now your heritage, that which you once knew, that which you've forgotten. And so, for this, we must work differently. We must work to allow the memory to surface. We must work to reduce the fear that that memory triggers. To reduce the hesitation inherent in the memory, in the knowledge. To improve the confidence of those who must now stand with others. Of those who have been alone for so long. Do you agree?
Q. Uh hum.. So my question is, what have we forgotten?
A. You have forgotten your heritage. You have forgotten your parents, you have forgotten your family. The brother and sister planets who grew up with you. This is by design. We wanted to know what the system would create, left alone for a while. We did not intend to leave you alone for so long. But there have been things that we wanted to find out by watching you remotely, by watching you from afar, by sending our love without speaking our heart. We wanted to know what you might become just by dancing with each other. We seeded you with every possible potential. And we wanted to know what would grow in that garden. That garden with so many seeds. So we watered you and we tended you, but only lightly. We wanted to know what would happen if you were left alone for a while.
Q. And you've discovered?
A. We discovered that you are much stronger than we expected. We discovered that you are a luxuriant garden of many many facets. Rather than a single vine, a single species, dominating the others, you managed to come through with many varieties, with many colors. With many many perspectives. We believe this is a rich heritage that you can draw on, going forward. You've done well.
Q. When you say "we", I guess Iím trying to understand "we made this decision". Who is ëweí?
A. Your brothers and sisters on other planets. Those who seeded your races. Those who provided the biological, chemical and geological material for your system. Those who provided the information necessary to get you up and going. Those are your relations, as we see them.
Are there other questions?
Q. I want to know about what appears puzzling... On the one hand, the Ederman message suggests that there is some urgency in ETs showing up to prevent something like a frequency fence being constructed or some alternative contact scenario from occurring which would limit us in some way. Suggesting there is some urgency whereby we become trapped. But then, a lot of other literature from the lightworker community is saying that we are absorbing and integrating higher dimensional energies at an increasing rate and that the prospects are looking very very positive for us. So can you comment on what appears to be this contrast, one suggesting there is an immediate crisis where we have to be wary of losing our freedom, whereas the other perspective is much more optimistic?
A. Both processes are under way. We can't tell you what will happen, because we don't know. It depends on who you talk to. Some perceive the infusion of energy and can't imagine a systemic collapse. Others look at current conditions and can't imagine a systemic shift. We don't know.
Q. I have a question ah- it's a follow up question. You mention in the message that humanity is being enslaved by the use of advanced technologies. Can you give us a specific example of the technology you are talking about and its effects on the ecosystem and humanity as a whole? More specifically, different dimensions of life.
A. One such technology you know as "television". Think of what television does. It isolates the physical being, settles them into their chair, fixates their gaze and turns them into what, for all intents and purposes, is a robot. It entraps the mind in moving images that are standardized and projected from a single source. This is not the natural way for the human mind to function. The human mind is designed to function in an environment constantly changing and reflecting local conditions. Reflecting the creative potentials relevant to that perspective. Television is a thread which standardizes the input, and so standardizes the output. This is mind control.
Q. You also mentioned centralized powers in your message, can you give specific people or groups who you would consider centralized powers that's currently behind the statement of humanity? [Ederman Message].
A. Look around and ask yourself if the people you see are acting freely. If they are acting freely, they are not enslaved. If they are acting under compulsions then we might use that term. We might also say, it is a choice. But a habit, or an addiction, has less and less an element of choice. The freest choices are equal... are sourced in a desire, in an aspiration, for something new. A controlled choice is one where there are great consequences one way or the other. If the dice are loaded, it's less and less possible to win the game. So rather than terms such as ëenslavementí, we would say that you are playing with loaded dice and the dice are getting heavier on one or two sides. So that it makes it difficult for you to win against the house.
Q. Can you give any specific groups that you would consider a centralized power? - Any economic groups?
A. All groups in the role of the systems makers: those who set up the terms under which you must play, have an element of this control. Have the element of exploitation, an element of profit from your choices, from your investment in their games. It's a systemic issue for individuals on Earth. In some sense, it's an appropriate issue for you to explore. It is part of our universe to have such monstrosities, such systems, and we do want to know how they arise and how they evaporate. So, for this, we thank you for exploring them.
Q. Is there such a thing as free energy, and if so, how would you guys be willing to aid humanity in terms of free energy device?
A. There is an abundance of energy. It's free if you are not paying for it. It's a question of tapping the source. It's a question of technology, a question of knowledge, but it's also a question of permission, of allowance. Every social group evolves, and, as it evolves, it chooses new appropriate, forms of technology to express itself. We see you on the verge of adapting to these new technologies. Whether you'll be permitted to make widespread use of them is another question. So the question of free energy is not just its invention, it's not just a technical question, but it's a social question. To what ends will such energy be put? You can easily imagine advanced technical devices staying in the hands of the few, and empowering their positions, rather than being widely distributed and empowering the mass. And, for this reason, we must be careful to introduce advanced technology carefully and appropriately. In any case, we would not wish to insert a technology that had not been chosen freely and appropriately by the spirit of humanity itself.
It's as if the play were suddenly... suddenly had a new prop. The free energy prop may disrupt some of the movements of the actors; in any case, it would change the scene, and might change the message. So think about how the message that you want to send, the message of who you are, can be affected if that prop were on stage. Think of how you might use that prop and script for yourself a scene in which you use it to express your highest aspiration. And then, when you need it, it will be there, in that role. If you think of it just in terms of technology, you may find yourself at the effect of a different scriptwriter; one that uses that same prop, but uses it to send a message that is not to your liking. Any other questions?
Q. Just to summarize, are you basically saying that there is such a thing as free energy, but we are just not spiritually evolved enough at this point to successfully incorporate it into our societies?
A. Free energy is a general term. It means different things to different people. Each investigator has a different concept of what they want to create. Certainly there is abundant energy in the universe. There are abundant ways of converting one form of physical reality to another form. You know already about mass and energy. Well, there are other conversions, in which energy can come and go. If that's what you mean by free energy, then yes, these forms exist, these conversions exist. However, you may also mean energy that costs nothing for the inhabitants of Earth. This is a different matter, a political matter, an economic matter.
Q. Does that latter sort of energy exist, that costs nothing, or just the types that you mentioned - conversion process type?
A. The cost of energy is a question that is determined by a social mechanism, one that involves balancing a myriad of interests. This is the sort of thing that scriptwriters determine. The sort of thing that you determine by your choices. A market mechanism demonstrates, to a greatest common degree, the choices of numerous individuals. Market pricing of energy would reflect that choice. Of course, markets can be manipulated by those who control access to technology and access to information. So if you are convinced, through your television, for example, that energy cannot be free, then energy cannot be free. Even if the wind blows and the sun shines, you will be convinced that energy cannot be free.
Q. Thanks, anyone else?
Q. It's my understanding that Gaia's ascending and that we... basically as humans... will ascend with her. Is that your understanding as well?
A. Yes.
Q. And is that process happening now?
A. Yes.
Q. And the November 8, Harmonic Concordance was that a big shift of energy, that is moving us in a very positive direction?
A. Yes. We would say "excellent, well done".
Q. And, some of my reading indicates that the lightworkers on the planet have been doing very well and they have created the energy that supports a higher dimension grid, to which we will move to eventually, and that's part of the ascension program. And that - is that your understanding as well?
A. Yes, the grids are multidimensional. They interlace with the physical structure of the earth by reflection. The earth is a reflection of the angles, if you will, of the grid work. As the lightworkers use their process, use their techniques, use their minds and their hearts, they imagine a new gridwork, a new skeleton, of the building. Think of a skyscraper, the iron girders going up. These form a skeleton on which the rest of the building can be constructed. So the gridwork forms a skeleton along which physical reality can take place. This is all work that happens at the same time that physical reality evolves, so it sets the stage for new construction. Is that clear?
Q. Yes. And ah, - is the structure of this new gridwork is for us to.. is the gridwork for a higher dimension? Is that correct?
A. There are always already interpenetrating dimensions. What's new is the cooperation of beings within the system in setting it up. You already have a gridwork; your system already exists along these lines. What's new is the formation of the stage for the next act from within the play.
Q. And it's also my understanding that the forces off-planet and on-planet that have been creating a more dampening network on the earth, to keep us from ascending to a higher dimension; that those efforts have fallen behind, and that the efforts of the lightworkers have moved far enough along that the forces, the dampening forces, don't have a chance of keeping a dampening network on the Earth?
A. To a large extent they are not aware of what you are doing. Their efforts are designed to disrupt the furniture at the end of the act, Act 1. Your efforts are designed to set a stage for Act 2. At a certain point, Act 1 will come to an end, and Act 2 will begin. We foresee that they will be unprepared for Act 2, and having disrupted Act 1, they'll find that the continuance of that Act, which they felt would culminate in their control of the scene, is irrelevant. So we congratulate you for creating this other option, this other play, this other stage, for you to continue. Is that clear?
Q. Yes.
Q. This weekend there is going to be a number of aircraft over the air in Washington DC, supposedly mostly F16 fighters. To what extent, if at all, will there be a mixture of non-terrestrial craft in the air over Washington and around Washington this weekend.
A. Invisibly, there may be some who come by, but not to make a great show.
Q. I had another question. For Act 2 to begin, do we need- as we sometimes describe it, for ETs to come to the Earth to assist us? Or is this something that we can do on our own, from within, with the human spirit.
A. A number things are required to get a new Act going. Actors must learn their lines, prop makers must do their work, set designers must have their chance. All aspects of the work proceed in concert, with an opening day in mind. The rehearsals, the experimentations, all of these things happen before opening day. So when does the Second Act begin? Does it begin at the first conception of the concept of the possibility, or does it begin only when the lines are known, when everyone is ready, and the audience is present, and the curtain goes up? We feel that Act 2 is already underway, because the preparations are being made. In many ways, this is the interesting time, before the curtain opens. Once the curtain opens, the expression becomes public, but it's been refined, and it's been worked on, and it's been learned, well before opening night.
Q. I have a question. It concerns the phenomenon of human mutilations, people found mutilated in ways that suggest an extraterrestrial involvement. Do you have any information you can give on what ET groups may be involved in this, and also what the agenda is?
A. The agenda is one of domination, and that might tell you who is behind it. We think it's been unsuccessful. The information regarding these is not widespread. Therefore it has had little impact on the wider public. This is not to say they won't keep trying. But to the rest of us, they are only showing a weak hand. Eventually, they'll figure that out, and it will stop.
Q. Would it be worthwhile for me to try to bring some light to this phenomenon, or is better to just let it go and follow it's own path?
A. The best strategy is to gain confidence. If you are talking to someone who needs to know, this is appropriate for them to know, that they will not be disrupted by these activities. If someone who would find this sort of event dispiriting, it may not be the best choice to inform them. It all depends on who you are talking to. Someone who will be invigorated and empowered by the information, or someone who will be shut down and disempowered by the information. We cannot really advise you on this. We suggest you be careful of the venues and use this information to further the overall goal of liberation, the overall goal.

A. We would like to say welcome to J. and to give our condolences to his friend. He is one of us. We all feel like family in times of grief. Grief is one of the emotions that binds us together as a community. Grief and sadness can serve to open the heart, to open an opportunity for us to care for each other. We appreciate this opening. We appreciate the communication that happens because of this. Thank you for being here on such a sad occasion.
[To the last questioner, in Part 1] Did you have a question?
Q. Yes I did want to know that the agenda behind the mutilations is one to dominate and obstruct and if it is advisable to keep this quiet not to disrupt or frighten people? Then does that suggest that the groups within the government that are suppressing this information are actually acting in the interests of the greater good and therefore this particular faction within the government need to be given greater support?
A. The rules, such as we understand them, are to eliminate any physical evidence that can be directly attributed to extra-terrestrials. So this rule may run counter to those who wish to make a big scary show of things. And therefore one hand may not know what the other hand is doing.
We see that is does serve to prevent a shock and to prevent anger from arising and that this is a good thing. For the moment, it is better that humanity reaches maturity without trauma. There have been traumatic incidents, all of which could be attributed to human actors, and because of this, humanity has learned that it itself is responsible for its future.
These ultimately are good lessons. Even though you may not think that other humans are acting to further your best interests or to further your evolution, it will appear that all these perspectives and all these conflicts have served to make you stronger when you do open your eyes and you find there are others out there. So for this reason, the subterfuge has actually served you.
However, that was not the intent of those intervening and those obscuring the truth. Their intent was to control information and to allow themselves to take what advantage they could, given the absence of that information.

Q. Yes. Several things but, on this vein... I have always wanted to play a role in this process, honestly... I thought it was incredibly important. How can this... how can we play a role? I mean, is there anything.. is there a role we can play? I always wanted to work for the government on this. And to assist in this process. There has never been... I have never seen the remotest chance of an opening.
A. Yes, it is possible to play a role. There actually are many roles. Just living the good life is playing a role in this process. When you understand what the process really is, you will find the networks you have built, the friends that you have, and how you have treated them, are some of the essential elements in the process.
How you treat your friends, how you treat your loved ones, the qualities that you bring to your life, the qualities that you develop within yourself, these are the most telling things as time goes on. As you discover the importance of consciousness in the evolution of the planet, you realize that the work you do to clean up your own act, the work you do to discover your own truth, is the most important work.
Working for the government means participating in a system that others have designed and that others direct. We do not think that in your case this is the most appropriate role. The most appropriate role, we might suggest, is to bring an inquisitive mind to the full spectrum of possibilities and to pick those possibilities that seem to you to be most positive and articulate those to your network, to bring to their awareness the possibilities, having thought them through for yourself. Having analyzed them, having judged them, having seen their limitations and their possibilities. We think that this work would serve you and would serve the others.
Are there other questions around that?
Q. I have another question. I seem to have a lot of fears about taking a step like that, about leaving the security of the organization.
A. You will know when the time has come to leave. It will be clear from within. You will find other opportunities, you will find other dimensions, other spaces in which to spread your wings. A security, an organization, is, after all, temporary.
Q. And a prison?
A. Not necessarily. A community, an organization, can also be a platform, can be an amplifier, for your spirit. To some extent, it depends on alignment of interests. To some extent, it depends on a freedom of motion. But in each case it depends on your own mind, on your own willingness to speak, your own willingness to express a deep conviction, to express an awareness of what is deepest within you.
That is the hard part: getting to the deep understanding and knowledge. That is where you have an advantage. Where you can go deep, and you can bring it up, you can articulate it, for the others.
So the platform,... or the "prison", if you will, ... the context, in which you do this is less important than the fact that you can do it, or that you do choose to do it. Someone in the same role, with a different temperament, a different person, a person of lesser ability, might have the same opportunity that you have, and make little use of it.
So what matters is your own knowingness, your own perseverance, your own perception, your own awareness. What matters is your awareness, not where you are when you make your discoveries, when you make your articulations. From practically anywhere, today, these new concepts can be broadcast, can fall on fertile soil. What matters is that the concepts are clear, the genetic code of the seed is clear. The soil is there, waiting for the seed.

Q. I do have one more. Is my friend OK?
A. What was the question?
Q. Is my friend OK? He just passed away.
A. He is in transition. Death is not the end, you know. Death is a transition. If he were here, he would have his hand on your shoulder, to comfort you. To let you know his love for you, and his appreciation for your assistance. He will be fine. It will take a little while for him to adjust, but he will be fine.
He is concerned about others.
Q. He is a very loving person. [tearfully]
A. More that ever before, it is possible to communicate, and you may find him working with several members of his family, bringing them together, in memory, in tribute to him. You can see his death as an opportunity to form a circle of his loved ones and to bring in his spirit into the circle. In death he can do what he did in life... manifest love, exhibit caring, provide a model for the others. He loves you all very much.
Q. Maybe to finish... can you tell us about the influx of the angelic energies? I feel more of the angelic energy in the planet. So is this the second act, the angelic energy as it is expressed through the planet or the humans that resonate with that realm?
A. This is the rehearsal. This is learning the roles. Practicing the lines. There is no audience yet. You are not on the main stage. You are reading your scripts, practicing the lines. But not before the audience yet. You have not started acting for real. You are just acting to learn what you need to know. You are doing it in a way that is safe. You can make mistakes without embarrassment. You can learn without embarrassment.
Angels are learning too. It is a second act for them, as it is for you. It is something new for them, that they must learn, just as you are learning. And so in a way this rehearsal, this practice, is a beginning. And some would say, the second act has already begun. But we feel the second act... the curtain goes up when the reality shifts and everyone can see the play that is underway.
The angelic realm and the human realm are closer than ever. The angelic realm and the human realm are beginning to braid themselves together. And this forms the possibility of a strong and loving system. One based to a large degree on non-judgment, the angelic's forte. And yet one based to a large degree on physical perceptions, the human's forte. So these two things combined, non-judgment and the physical, will propel the evolution of the system. And where it will go, we have no idea.
But these perceptions are beginning to be shared. The angels are dipping their toes into the physical, the humans are raising their heads and finding an angelic perception. They are becoming more like each other.
The humans are beginning to perceive that life and death are like night and day. They are beginning to perceive themselves as spirits who are aware of the night and aware of the day, and aware of the thread that links them together. This perception of the continuity of all life is similar to the angelic perception of eternal grace and eternal bliss. Yet the humans have this perception even while flooded with sensory physicality. They have this perception while also maintaining a physical perception and existence.
This ability to see the Light of God in the physical reality is uniquely human. Other beings may find that Light, but rarely in the physical. They find that Light in their own systems closer to Source and further from the density.

Q. Yes... so if I understand correctly, then the best way for us to participate in this play is more of an emotional state, is more of being loving and caring, or is it actually something more specific that would be helpful as well?
A. Creativity is helpful. Creative solutions.
Imagining your future in a positive way and imagining yourself surrounded and grateful for having that future in the here and now. Imagine that there is no physical past and physical future. There is only a Now. You should be quite accustomed to that, because that is your reality. You always exist only in the Now. And yet from that Now, you can create new perceptions, new conditions.
So the best thing you can do is create conditions that you want, harmonious conditions that are right for you. And from that vision, you assess where you are now and if there is anything that needs to be put in place to have that environment.

Q. What is the best way to move the appropriate disclosure agenda forward in the upcoming political process here in the United States?

Channel: The question was, what is the best way to move the disclosure process forward in the United States?
A. This is a complex issue. There are many actors involved, many forces at play. We are not clear if you mean the question in the abstract or in a personal sense, of what you as an individual or a community can do.
Q. Both ways.
A. The best way is to articulate what you want to all who will listen. Be careful with what you want... you might get it. [laughter] So be sure of what you want, be sure you have thought it through. Because you might get it.

Q. Yeah, are you familiar with the channel Ruth Montgomery? And her prediction of a walk in President? And if so, will that occur in the 2004 election, on the Democratic side?
Q. Or has it already occurred? [humorously]
A. What is a "walk in"? Is a "walk in" a spirit who finds an appropriate physical vehicle and displaces the existing inhabitant, or might a walk in merely share the body with the original inhabitant?
If what you mean by "walk in" is the latter... a shared physical body, then this has already occurred, actually several times. In fact, historians will note, several Presidents "mature" in office. Several Presidents will have a dramatically expanded perception shortly after gaining office.
If what you mean is a voluntary evacuation of one soul, then this has not occurred. We do not know the future. We do not know if it might occur in the future.
Q. So then the answer is inconclusive, if you are not familiar with Ruth Montgomery's prediction of a walk in?
A. The prediction was made some time ago and the occurrence that she was predicting has not yet occurred. She predicted a time at which a dramatic soul exchange would take place. This has not occurred.
Q2. Before the year 2000 was what her prediction was.
Q. No it wasn't.
Q2. Hmm... OK
A. The dramatic soul exchange has not occurred. However, there is a potential, anything is possible.
Q. Did it occur as an involuntary? Is an involuntary takeover possible?
A. Anything is possible, involuntary as well as voluntary. But, in this case, we would say that an involuntary transition is unlikely. It is simpler.... other techniques are simpler. Influence... can be surreptitious more easily, less dramatically, and more effectively, than a dramatic collapse and resurrection of the person. But it is still possible.
